    Joint School Music Camp and Concert 2013Registration Form

    Regulations for participants

    1. Punctuality should strictly be observed. Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the events.

    2. Participants are not encouraged to bring valuable belongings to the camp. They are responsibleto take care of their own belongings. CYMCAC is not responsible for any loss of belongings.

    3. Participants should not enter any closed or locked rooms without permission of the organizer.

    4. Participants must attend all activities of the music camp. Any absence without prior approvalfrom the organizer would lead to termination of participation of the rest of the camp. All feeswill NOT be refunded.

    5. Participants who feel sick or want to take sick leave should contact the organizer at once. Ifmedical treatment is needed, the organizer will contact the parents of the participants and allfees are to be paid by the participant or parents.

    6. Causal wear is allowed but it should be decent and simple. Participants are not suggested towear revealing clothes, overly casual foot wear and make up. E.g. tube tops and mini-skirts,flip-flops are not recommended.

    7. Personal behaviors of participantsIt is expected that participants must maintain good and polite behaviours during the camp andinside the school premises. Behaviours such as gambling, use of foul language, consumingalcohol and causing damage to any equipment or school premises are strictly prohibited.Participants should always keep the school premises clean and tidy, return all borrowedmaterials and respect others including other participants, tutors, teachers and staff of the school.We cannot list all behaviours we don t expect and we expect. It is to one s understanding that

    participants own school rule is a good reference of your behaviours.

    8. Participants must follow instructions from section leaders and tutors for music practices, as wellas instructions from teachers and student leaders all the time.

    9. Participants must prepare themselves with the repertoire before the camp. Any participant whodoes not meet the standard set by the tutors and conductors might be restricted from the concert

    performance.

    10. Participants are suggested to wear school uniform as the attire for concert performance.

    11. In case of bad weather including rainstorm signals and typhoons, we will follow the EDB sdecision of normal school or suspension of school arrangement.

    12. The organizer reserves the right to the alteration of the above regulations Joint School Music Camp 2014
