6,879 incident reports received in CY 2010 down from 13,946 in 2009
2,204 assigned for investigation (32%) up from 1,821 in 2009 (13%)

• The AAR website had more than 5,000 inquiries in 2010
• 28 persons were placed in 2010• 17of those appealed their placements
