We at Jole' Home offer a design and development service, sourcing the product especially for you, your store or special interior design project. We service both retail and accomodation industries, and are always looking for the next opportunity to shine. Our staff at Jole' Home have been in the design industry for over 10 years. Both architectural, interior and also developing product for some of the largest retailers in Australia. Our team will follow your brief and assist in developing the product that will suit your requirements. We are aware of the product in our market, its price and its life. Therefore when it comes time to sourcing or developing product for you, we will ensure that it is not only commercial but is affordable for you and your customer. We source our products from some of the best factories throughout Europe and Asia. The product we source or develop for you can be any type of soft furnishing you require to add to your current ranges or space. Sometimes that new piece for the bed room, lounge or kitchen can sell the whole story. Jole' Home have supplied 'special branded' pieces for hotels, yachts and retailers who were looking for an exclusive product. We will always ensure that any piece or range that you wish to develop with us is right for you and your client. Working with the factories we have over the years has enabled us to secure small order quantities for our clients. Which in turn allows our client who is looking to grow their brand for the first time or our client who is simply looking for an exclusive piece, or again just update a current range in store can do so exclusivley. Orders MOV - $500 for first orders, thereafter NO MOV. Official Purchase order via email [email protected] will be required on company stationary, or Jole' Home order form signed and dated by buyer / purchaser. Delivery FIS for all orders over $1000 to Melbourne metropolitan areas. The freight of orders to metropolitan areas of Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide are charged either the actual freight cost by carrier or 13% of the total value of the invoice, whichever is the lesser amount. Goods sold at clearance will be charged the cost freight. Prices All prices shown exclude GST, and are valid at time of print. Prices charged will be those ruling at the time of the invoice/pricelist and are subject to change without notice. Payment New account – Applications for new accounts with JCNR will be on a pro forma basis and payment will be required by credit card, cheque or direct debit at time of confirming your order. Applications must be completed in full and signed where indicated. Existing accounts – Payable within 30 days from the date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge 3% interest per month on all accounts exceeding 30 days. Credit cards incur 1.5% surcharge,please call our office 03 9402 1221. TAKING CARE Jole' Home product is all about quality and care. We want to give you value for money by supplying a product that is guaranteed to last with simple care. WASHING Jole' Home recommend washing your bed sheets and duvet covers at least once a week; this will ensure that your bed linen continues to look vibrant, and avoid any discoloration. To protect your fabric's colours and any bed linen features, we suggest washing your bed linen inside out. Always wash separately from dark colours in cool or warm water (we don‘t recommend hot water, as this causes fabric to shrink). Jole' Home suggest using a detergent which is free from bleaching agents and whiteners, as these can cause damage to fabric and colours to fade. Always follow instructions provided on your item for care and on your detergent pack.* DRYING If you prefer your bed linen with minimal creases, we suggest a simple yet effective method. Take the bed linen out of the washing machine as soon as the cycle has finished (never leave it sitting for too long), preferably hang to dry on the line or you can dry flat, this will discourage creases. Remember 100% Pure Cotton will crease, unlike many man made fabrics. However, with time the Cotton fabric will soften and creasing will reduce. Another effective option is to use a tumble dryer (on warm setting). Do not over dry and always remove it promptly to reduce creasing.* IRONING We don't all iron our bed linen, but to keep it looking smart Jole' Home suggest ironing your linen when it is still slightly damp.* Completely dry fabrics are always harder to iron. Just another tip, should you want the ‘ironed look', you can simply iron the Flat sheet top fold, and the pillow cases. When ironing, ensure you iron from the corner inward, this alleviates corner creasing.

MADE TO ORDER MONGOLIAN CASHMERE

Wool of Inner Mongolia is considered to be ‘fibre diamond’ in the world of textiles. Mongolia is one of the few countries in the world who have the cashmere goats. These goats produce what is considered the finest wool in the world. The indigenous Mongolian Cashmere goat on average yields cashmere fibers which are 14-16 microns in diameter and lengths reaching 38-43mm. This in turn places Mongolian cashmere at top place in the world in terms of quality. Some reasons for its high quality are due to the climate these Mongolian goats’ lives in. The variety of plants, the severity of the winter climate and the breeding, all contribute to the softness, warmness and fineness of pure Mongolian cashmere wool. Please note that being an item made from cashmere wool slight variations can occur in the colour, especially on lighter colours. This is due to the natural darker colouring of the Mongolian goats and the need to ensure that our products are kept as chemical free as possible.
