    IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY

What I have observed at Lung Center of the Philippines is that they

are very responsible, they give all of their best to their job. They love their

    work.

The strength and challenges of this company is that they have the

qualities in the position that they are assigned. I think the challenges that

Ive encountered during my OJT is they are facing different kind of people.

The others are very hostile but despite all, the patience is standing out, its

    always with them.

I think the best practice of this company is they have to improve their

communication skills on how to socialize with other people.

My over-all observation in LCP, their company is well organize and

has a quality. They assist well their patients and they are doing their job full

    heartedly.

    V. PERIODIC REPORTS (daily, weekly, monthly)

What we do daily are the following:

    Sorting papers

    Filling some documents

    Answering phone calls

What we do weekly are the following:

    Sorting papers

    Filling some documents

    Answering phone calls

What we do monthly are the following: Recording the (JBR) Journal of Bills Rendered(Payments and Charity)

During my whole training in I think the problem/s that I have encoun-

tered are their facilities are not well organize, the place especially the

    canteen is unpleasant.
