Joshua James Maahs was raised in Huntington Beach, CA. He is enrolled in the Bachelor of Fine Arts Fashion Design program at The Art Institute of California—Hollywood, and has been working as a menswear designer for the last 9 months.. Growing up in Southern California has had a heavy influence on his design aesthetic, taking inspiration from all aspects of the SoCal llifestyle; skateboarding, music, youth, and street culture are apparent in his designs. This collection takes on those influences and elevates them to a new level, combining diverse pieces to create an effortless style. This is The Ride.
