Journal  #14    As  journalism  major  there  are  a  few  different  careers  in  fashion  I  can  apply  for  after  graduation.    The  most  obvious  choice  would  be  a  copy  editor  for  different  designers.  This  job  would  entail  making  sure  all  the  word  documents  would  be  spelled  correctly  and  use  proper  grammar  as  well.  This  job  would  be  a  good  fit  because  I  have  already  studied      Another  job  that  I  could  go  for  in  the  fashion  industry  would  be  in  the  public  relations  department.  This  would  be  a  great  fit  for  me  as  journalism  major  because  I  have  taken  public  relations  courses  and  I  would  be  able  to  write  press  releases  as  well  as  make  sure  that  the  company’s  sending  out  the  right  image.      The  last  job  I  could  have  would  be  a  fashion  writer  for  a  newspaper  or  magazine.  As  a  fashion  editor  for  a  magazine  like  Vogue  or  Vanity  Fair  I  would  understand  the  business  end  of  the  fashion  industry  as  well  as  knowing  how  to  write  about  it.
