PUBLICATION PROCEDURE =====================

Publication procedure of a paper proceeds through five steps: A. Submission B. Editorial Screening C. Review D. Editing E. Publication The author should first register to the journal. Manuscripts of abstract and article should be submitted online at http://www.jepublichealth.com/. Upon completion of online submission, the author is expected to notify the principal administrator by email at [email protected] or [email protected]. The manuscript will then proceed through editorial screening, content review, editing, English translation if necessary, and finally publication. Accepted articles are only published online at http://www.jepublichealth.com/. If a manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will receive a Letter of Acceptance from the Executive Editor.

3. After clicking “Register”, open your email inbox. You will have notification in your email that your account has been activated.

4. Upon completion the registration, the web will look like as follows:

Click “Save and

continue”

Click “New Submission”


Upload article file in

Word format, then click

“Save and Continue”.

5. The next step is to enter data on the title, abstract, and reference of the article.

6. Enter title of article and abstract in the following column


7. Enter the reference as the source of citation in the following column:

8. This optional step allows to add Supplementary Files. The supplementary files can

take on any format, including (a) research instrument, (b) data sets, which comply with the terms of the study’s research ethics review, (c) sources that otherwise would be unavailable tor readers, (d) figures and tables that cannot be integrated into the text itself, or other materials that add to the contribution of the work.

9. Finally you will receive notification by email that looks like as follows:
