Remember Me

Remember me, remember me Find myself all alone In darkness without you Now, I can't turn away From what I must do You know I'd give my life for you More than words can say I've shown you how to love someone I know you'll find a way Say goodbye, close your eyes Remember me Walk away, the sun remains Remember me I'll live on somewhere in your heart You must believe, remember me No way I can change my mind I don't have the answers If you could see through my eyes You'd let go of your fears And though, I have to leave you now With the thought of each other I'll miss your touch, you call my name I am with you forever Say goodbye, close your eyes Remember me Walk away, the sun remains Remember me With the change, we can't explain Remember me I'll live on somewhere in your heart You must believe, remember me You know I'd give my life for you More than words can say And I've showed you how to love someone I know you'll find a way Say goodbye, close your eyes Remember me Walk away, the sun remains Remember me Be there to watch over you Remember me Feel I'm gone, my heart lives on Remember me

Don't you think of this as the end? I'll come into your dreams, remember me Close your eyes Say goodbye Remember me Say you will, say you will, say you will Close your eyes, ooh remember me Say you will, say you will, say you will Say goodbye, ooh ooh ooh remember me

Higher Place

So I think I got it all in place now No distractions under control Yet there's something missing inside me I'm chasing shadows of myself And the clocks are tickinʼ Oh my world is spinninʼ Spinninʼ 'round and 'round And 'round and 'round again  And I try I try to reason why Don't you know I can't go on this way Baby please don't walk away There is this place Where I toss away my pride So you can see that I'm the one To take you to a higher place this time  I am on the outside lookinʼ in To a place where I will be Let me give you what you need from me I surrender my soul to you And my heart is poundinʼ And a fire's burninʼ ('round and 'round)

('round and 'round) And my head is spinninʼ, 'round and 'round again  And I try I try to reason why Don't you know I can't go on this way Baby please don't walk away There is this place Where I toss away my pride So you can see that I'm the one To take you to a higher place this time  Oh, I crash, and burn inside my mind It happens time and time again I can't explain the way you make me feel Oh, I know, I don't have much to give But what I have I give to you With all the madness left inside of me With the madness left inside of me  Oh, oh

Ooh, and I try I try to reason why Don't you know I can't go on this way Baby please don't walk away There is this place Where I toss away my pride So you can see that I'm the one To take you to a higher place this time Forgive what was, there was that fear Oh side by side and in betweens Don't you know I can't go on this way Baby please don't walk away There is this place Forgive the yesterdays Iʼve learned a thing along the way baby To raise your sights, and let in your dreams To a higher place this time

All The Way

I kiss you and I feel you pull away It hurts me when I see you hesitate Mistakes I've made, wish I could take them back Say it's not too late to hear you... Speak your heart and I will listen Don't hold back we'll find what's missin' I'll take you all the way Close your eyes and think forever If you believe we go together I'll take you all the way Sifting through the memories we have known Looking back at places we have gone Let's not leave behind what so few have found Love ain't always easy so... Speak your heart and I will listen Don't hold back we'll find what's missin' I'll take you all the way Close your eyes and think forever If you believe we go together I'll take you all the way I'll take you all... the way I'll take you all... the way From the miles that come between us To faith in love and where it leads us I'll take you all the way Ooh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh Ooh, I'll take you all the way Ooh oh oh oh oh oh (all the way) Ooh, I'll take you all the way From the miles that come between us To have faith in love and where it leads us I'll take you all the way All the way

Signs Of Life

It's been forty days since I heard from you This waiting game you put me through I feel the silence... killing me... day to day Losing hope, I lose myself It's got me thinking there's someone else We need to talk... You give me metaphors, By the way... what are you tryin' to say Tryin' to not think about you I'm not a dead man walkin' without you You know I'll be alright I'm showinʼ signs of life You left me barely breathin' I've had time for the healinʼ And now I've opened my eyes I'm showinʼ signs of life Lyin' next to me... Were you ever mine Just wasting love and wasted time Did you ever find what you were looking for, My, you took my breath away I miss your love... I, I Miss your touch But this holdin' on it hurts too much Now it's my time to walk away... I'll be okay Yeah, tryin' to not think about you I'm not a dead man walkin' without you You know I'll be alright I'm showinʼ signs of life You left me barely breathin' I've had time for the healinʼ And now I've opened my eyes I'm showinʼ signs of life, yes I am Well, tell your friends that you stole my heart But you'll never get a piece of my soul You took my love, tore my life apart There's more to me than you'll ever know... Ooh oh Tryin' to not think about you I'm not a dead man walkin' without you You know I'll be alright Showinʼ signs of life Yeah, yeah, tryin' to not think about you I'm not a dead man walkin' without you You know I'll be alright I'm showinʼ signs of life You know I will You left me barely breathin' I've had time for the healinʼ And now I've opened my eyes I'm showinʼ signs of life Seeinʼ signs of life... Yeah, yeah, yeah

All The Things

You paint a rainbow of emotion You are the rhythm... Life is a dance... Yeah You are the queen of many faces How you can move me with just one glance I don't stand a chance All the things I love about you Keeps amazinʼ me now All the things I love about you You're a garden of many hidden secrets Leaving clues to the mysteries you will reveal, yeah You are the eyes of intuition You see through illusion... You know what's real Just something you feel All of the things I love about you Ten thousand dreams you make come true Devil and angel, lover melted into one... All the things I love about you Keeps amazinʼ me now All the things I love about you You twist the truth still you're sincere To get your way you'll shed a tear Don't need a reason when you're beautiful... All of the things I love about you Ten thousand dreams you make come true Devil and angel, lover melted into one... My whole world revolves around you Changinʼ colors with the moon... Yea, all the things I love about you

Loved By You

Every time is like the first time tenderly Loving you's like breathinʼ spring Seasons change but your heart beats constantly Count my blessings every day as you love me As the sunset disappears across the northern sky You look for forever in my eyes All that I can say, long as I have a voice I'll thank God above that I was your first choice If I should die before I wake I'll go into the night whispering your name If lying in your arms is the last thing that I do At least I know that I'll be loved by you In about a hundred years from now When all of my love letters are found And someone reads these words I've written only meant for you They'll know how forever came true... If I should die before I wake I'll go into the night whispering your name If lying in your arms is the last thing that I do At least I know that I'll be loved by you So Let the years roll on by These are the best times of my life I'll just smile when my days are through Knowing I've been loved by you At least I know that I've been loved by you

Livin' To Do

A message comes down... It's a warninʼ It's not your time, oh no it ain't, but it's cominʼ Now what makes us think, we're here forever When life is gone, life is gone, before you know it's over A church in the rain...a sad congregation An old friend I knew When I look at the end...I understand now I got livin' to do...there's still livin' to do With every breath, comes deeper meaninʼ I don't want to waste, I don't want to waste, one single minute Tears fall from the sky, angels are cryin' Now they cry for those...who don't know that they are dyin' I wait for the sun...a chance at a new day Oh, there's no time to lose When I look at the end...I understand now I got livin' to do...there's still livin' to do , hey hey Yea! When I look at the end...I understand now I got livin' to do... ooh Whoa... There's still livin' to do…ooh

World Gone Wild

See the signs, madness all around us Somewhere I hear sirens wailing through the night Read the Times, starts to make me wonder Is there more to life than black and white I'd never thought I'd question

(i'd never thought I'd question) The doubt I'm seeing everywhere

(the doubt I'm seeing everywhere) Standing here beside me you're the answer

(standing here beside me you're the answer) When I lose my faith you're there Face the fire, in a world gone wild You're the fortress in my life See the world through a child's eyes They can't fool me now I don't believe it's all a world gone wild, oh yeah It's a lie, the more you got the more you want It leads to nowhere Should have learned by now What is life without someone to share The mountains that you climb to reach the sky With everyone uncertain (with everyone uncertain) The future's never really clear (the future's never really clear) Standing here beside me you're the reason I found my faith again with you here, yeah Face the fire, in a world gone wild You're the fortress in my life See the world through a child's eyes They can't bring me down I don't believe it's all a world gone… Now you can count on me to keep you safe I'll be your shelter from the storm Come lay down with me Let our spirits melt us into one Ooh ooh ooh I donʼt believe it I donʼt believe it I donʼt believe itʼs a world gone wild

I Got A Reason

I wake with the morninʼ light Makin' love all through the night Was I dreaminʼ Lyin' there I watch you sleep One kiss before I leave, what you've done to me I'm gonna tell the world... Yeah I got a reason to feel alive You put the smile on my face There'll be no more lonely nights in this town Oh no... no... 'cause I got a reason I used to be a restless soul All the dreams I could not hold I was searchin'... I reached out and you were there I never thought someone would care The way that you do... You got me shakin' now girl Yea yea, I got a reason to feel alive You put the smile on my face There'll be no more lonely nights in this town Oh no... no... 'cause I got a reason Oh no... no... I want your love... Want you to stay... Ooh ooh ooh ooh oh yeah baby You know you got me night and day Every day... Ooh, I got a reason to feel alive You put the smile on my face There'll be no more lonely nights in this town Oh no... no... 'cause I got a reason... Yes I do Oh no... no... 'cause I got a reason... yeah yeah Now I got a reason, yeah yeah You give me a reason, baby Oh all the sweet things that you say to me, yeah Oh oh oh you know you do I got a good, good, good, good reason I got a reason, yeah I do You give me good good, good good, good good, good good reason I got a reason I got a reason, you know

With Your Love

On this day... To be standing here with you There's no doubt... I know this love is true See my tears... Only you can understand A state of grace... I feel blessed to hold your hand There's a room in my heart And you've unlocked a door That no one's ever opened before With your love I'm not alone In your world… I'm never far away from home A life I thought I'd never find... In your eyes I see all that I am With your love On my own... Iʼve searched for something more In your arms... The kiss I've waited for I was lost for words... To say what's in my heart Just to be close... To the beauty that you are If someone could see To the end of our lives I know they'd find me there By your side With your love I'm not alone In your world.. I'm never far away from home A life I thought I'd never find... In your eyes I see all that I am With your love Ooh, I've walked among the lonely... Watching lovers come and go Fate finds us here as one... Youʼre salvation to my soul With your love I'm not alone In your world.. I'm never far away from home A life I thought I'd never find... Itʼs in your eyes I see all that I am With your love With your love With your love

Lifetime Of Dreams

From the first day... I envisioned myself with you It's so hard to wait... But with you it was easy to do Somewhere in time... I knew I would find you here With every passing moment Oh, I see forever so clear Part of me was lost without you You are where I found my faith Feels like love is here to stay... When I look in your eyes baby I see a lifetime of dreams come true And I want you to say That you feel the same way too The stars in your eyes tell me All my tomorrows will wait for you You're all of my prayers answered My one saving grace is you... In another life... I believed that I loved you then, If lightning strikes twice We are destined together again We don't have to make a promise We were always meant to be It's written in the way you look at me... I see When I look in your eyes baby I see a lifetime of dreams come true And I want you to say That you feel the same way too The stars in your eyes tell me All my tomorrows will wait for you You're all of my prayers answered My one saving grace is you... Love moves at the speed of life Takes years to get it right But we've got ʻtil the end of time... Oh, I can see... I can see... You and me, forever You're the one woman that can make me stay My one and only saving grace When I look in your eyes baby I see a lifetime of dreams come true And I want you to say That you feel the same way too The stars in your eyes tell me All my tomorrows will wait for you You're all of my prayers answered My one saving grace is you... Oh, I can see... I can see You and me, forever Oh, I can see... I can see You and me, forever

Live And Breathe

I've been waiting for the sky to clear, to get me out of here To get me on my way and go I've been waiting for a sign to appear To show me the way to a place I've never known All I have are my dreams.... Your love and blind faith There in the sky spins a wheel, it's givin' me the feelin' that my dream Came true today There's a place... where we two can be together Once the clouds are gone we'll both move on in search of all we've dreamed There'll come a day... Blue skies endless and forever Well, that time has come I've found the sun in you, I live and breathe From the moment that I close my eyes, feel the sun it rise Hear it echo through my soul For the first time in this young man's life, makes me feel alive Fills my heart, it makes me stronger All I have are my dreams... Your love and blind faith There in the sky spins a wheel, it's givin' me the feeling' that my dream came true today There's a place... where we two can be together Once the clouds are gone we'll both move on in search of all we've dreamed There'll come a day... Blue skies endless and forever Well, that time has come I've found the sun in you, I live and breathe Someplace closer to both our hearts Somewhere further than where we are Just as long as there's hope enough As long as I live and breathe

There's a place... where we two can be together Once the clouds are gone we'll both move on in search of all we've dreamed There'll come a day... Blue skies endless and forever Well, that time has come We've found the sun in you, I live and breathe Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah Yeah, yeah

To Be Alive Again

Doin' time...where it takes you You know it's time that can break you We get caught in the moment... Just sleepwalkin' most of our lives In your mind when you need it With a song to help you believe it You can reinvent your world Anytime you like To be alive again... Wakin' up from where you've been Younger now than you were then You're cominʼ round again Do you remember when... Life was so much simpler then Like summer nights that never end To be alive again Find the smile you've been missin' There's someone that you could be kissin' Ooh, so open your eyes and see What's been there all along

Letting go of your feelinʼs But Darlinʼ, dear donʼt need it Break the chains of the heart of the soul thatʼs been waitinʼ so long

To be alive again... Wakin' up from where you've been Younger now than you were then You're cominʼ round again Do you remember when... Life was so much simpler then Like summer nights that never end To be alive again You're not among the walkin' wounded anymore There's a time to fall There's a time to rise above it all To be alive again... Wakin' up from where you've been Younger now than you were then You're cominʼ round again Do you remember when... Life was so much simpler then Like summer nights that never end To be alive again (alive again) To be alive again (alive again) Yeah, you make you feel alive again Yeah, yeah To be alive again To be alive again

Kiss Me Softly

There's a state of grace that happens every day It's a feelinʼ I thought lost or locked away Another question to an answer that I know Oh, are you cominʼ home, cominʼ home for sure I'd walk a thousand miles, just to hear you callinʼ out my name Kiss me softly, kiss me slowly I get lost in you, like only lovers do Hold me closer, love me tender I get swept away, like only lovers do You've awakened something deep inside my soul And every moment, every breath I feel it more Your hidden treasure that you kept down deep inside We make love freely as we watch the new sunrise I'd live a thousand lives if every one I lived could be with you Kiss me softly, kiss me slowly I get lost in you, like only lovers do Hold me closer, love me tender I get swept away, like only lovers do I'd live a thousand lives If every one I lived could be with you Kiss me softly, kiss me slowly I get lost in you, like only lovers do Hold me closer, love me tender I get swept away, like only lovers do Kiss me softly, kiss me slowly I get lost in you, like only lovers do Hold me closer, love me tender I get swept away, like only lovers do Only lovers, only lovers, only lovers do Only lovers, only lovers, only lovers do Only lovers, only lovers, only lovers do (oh so right) Only lovers, only lovers, only lovers do

We Will Meet Again

Was it the words she said Or was it all in the way In which my lady said them? Her eyes that spoke to me were sending my heart A thought so deep I can't forget them I guess it wasn't the right time or the place for love right then But we met destiny, and it sealed our fate We'll meet again (we will meet again) I know we will (we will meet again) On my heart it's written (we will meet again) Somewhere, someplace, somehow I'll find her then nearly as I did now, just for a moment And I will hear the wind that told me I will return again my love have patience Life's a circle, it all comes back around, so until then... I'll be waiting for you knowing somehow We'll meet again (we will meet again) I know we will (we will meet again) On my heart it's written (we will meet again) If she were standing in a crowd She'd be the one that I would find among the faces And if the music was too loud It'd be her voice that I would hear Above it all (we will meet again) Oh, I know we will (we will meet again) I know we will (we will meet again) Oh oh oh oh oh oh If she were standing in a crowd She'd be the one that I would find among the faces And if the music was too loud It'd be her voice that I would hear Above it all (we will meet again) Oh, I know we will (we will meet again) I know we will (we will meet again) On my heart it's written (we will meet again) From this day ʻtil (we will meet again) We'll meet again (we will meet again) We'll meet again (we will meet again)

Iʼm Not That Way (Released only in Japan)

Hold me... let me dry those tears for you Be the healer... of your heart he broke in two I wanna hold you close.... But somethin' tells me to wait Is it too soon to touch, to reach for the love that you hide away... Talk to me... tell me with your eyes What did he do... to make you feel this way inside Empty words, and promises made I'm not that way (I'm not that way) Come to me and don't be afraid I'm not that way Silence... was meant to be broken Like waves on the shore Let your tears wash away these emotions I can't change the world, I can change your mind... I'll always be here, for you until you realize Empty words, and promises made I'm not that way, (I'm not that way) Broken trust... a failure in faith I'm not that way Ooh, I'm not that way ʻCause life's too short for wastin' Wastin' precious time If time is what you need baby I'll give you all of mine One day you're gonna look at me And love is what you'll find... Empty words, and promises made I'm not that way, (I'm not that way) Come to me Bring back your faith Don't be afraid ʻCause I'm not that way I'm not that way Ooh ooh ooh ooh I want to hold you I want to hold you close Let me hear your heart baby Let me know Let me know

State Of Grace Reaching for places in time to remember All that reminds me of where I come from Safe in the innocent arms of surrender In a shattering moment it all comes undone The only thing certain now....is nothing is certain now I understand... As we live one day to the next with each other This distance between us can't change who we are It's time that can steal our souls... Or time that can make us whole and feel as one Make us feel as one I search for the truth in these desperate days I live to be touched by your state of grace By your state of grace Moving in circles I'm lost in the darkness I need a sign to help me believe A light that can heal my soul A light that can make me whole And set me free...set this spirit free I search for the truth in these desperate days I live to be touched by your state of grace By your state of grace (We can't change the world without each other) We can't change the world without each other Weʼll never change Weʼll never change

(We all need a state of grace) This is all that we need, oh This is all we need, babe

(We all need a state of grace) We need a state, a state of grace (State of grace) (State of grace) (State of grace) (State of grace)

The Time Woman...there's more to love than meets the eye There's more to a sunrise than a simple ray of light Moments...pictures frozen deep in time Lifetime of memories that our feelings can't define How could you ever put your heart before the hurt Give every moment for all it's worth Sundown...it's another moonlit sky For millions around the world it's just another lonely night How long has it been since you felt the love You gave up on countinʼ days To count the days since you gave up Stand in a sun shower...after all it's only rain And let it wash away the pain All we need is the time Love's gonna come around All we need is the time All we need babe Time you lost Time you found Time it makes the world go round Time enough to change your mind All we need is the time It's all we need babe Ooh, the long summer nights lasted forever... In the twilight they don't seem so long But time can't erase every smile on every face... Like a thief in the night time is gone Woman...there's more to love than meets the eye There's more to a sunrise than a simple ray of light Love's gonna come around It's all we need babe Time can heal Time can mend In time you'll even love again Time can make it all seem right All we need is the time...in your darkest hour All we need is the time...oh, you need a change All we need is the time...time, time, time Time can heal...time to mend...time to even love again Time where you can make things right All we need is the time...love is gonna come around babe All we need is the time...oh love is gonna come around... All we need is the time...say it again Time it heals...time you found... Time it makes the world go round Time enough to change your mind Time you lost Time you found Time it makes the world go round Time is always on my mind All we need is the time, time, time

Walking Away From The Edge Watchin' the sun come up Like I've never seen it before I've been gone for a long time There's no place to hide anymore I feel the light on my face Touchin' me down to my soul Wakinʼ up from a bad dream Somethinʼ I had to let go Can't blame anyone For all of the damage I've done I had to face myself Before I'd fall down I found I could turn around Walkin' away from the edge While I can still live to tell Cominʼ back from the dead On the road between Heaven and Hell Freedom comes day by day 'Til the demons are out of my head Walkin' away from the edge... Walkin' away from the edge... You don't know how lost you are 'Til you're spinninʼ out of control Before you know it you've gone too far Left the rest of the world far below Friends are gone one by one I'd pretend I'm alright on my own My disguise just starts wearin' thin Until all I've become is alone I reached out to anyone Who would tell me what I'd want to hear But I'm the one who could save myself I couldn't look down I turned around Before it was too late Walkin' away from the edge While I can still live to tell Cominʼ back from the dead On the road between Heaven and Hell Freedom comes day by day 'Til the demons are out of my head Walkin' away from the edge... Walkin' away from the edge...

I Can Breathe Caught in a crowded city...these buildings are closin' in Drownin' in my emotion...can't tell you where I've been Out of place...runnin' out of space I get the urge to leave With every step...I catch my breath I'm seein' the sky once more Outside my door I'll breathe I can breathe It can be anywhere…In the open air I'll breathe The weight that's upon my shoulders The pressure that comes and goes If only the ghost would leave me That pushes and pulls my soul Well, I search to find some peace of mind And now's the time to start With every step will I catch my breath I'm seein' the sky once more Outside my door I'll breathe I can breathe It can be anywhere…In the open air I'll breathe With every step I catch my breath, yeah It gives me my release I can breathe I'm ready to try again... Alive again I'll breathe Crowded city closin' in...gonna be alright Gonna be alright I remember where I've been...Iʼm gonna be alright Gonna be alright Feel the pressure come and go...it's gonna be alright

(gonna be alright) Ghosts can push and pull my soul... Gonna be alright...(be alright…) With every step, will I catch my breath, yes It gives me my release I can breathe I'm ready to try again... I'm alive again I'll breathe...I can breathe… yes I can I'll breathe I can breathe I can breathe Iʼll breathe, yeah yeah My my my, I can breathe Yeah, yeah, yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah

Faith in the Heartland Yeah yeah He goes to work in a brand new dawn With the early morninʼ sunrise He's got his dream and he's holding on It's getting harder every day He loves a girl who speaks her mind Don't always look at life the same way Sharing truth that will heal in time They wanna believe somethinʼ real Still they're searchinʼ They're keepinʼ the faith in the heartland tonight Time moves on as a fading town And they struggle with the changes The stores have closed, friends have moved away Now it's hope that sees him through The kids have gone but they'll see them all At the Sunday congregation Sharinʼ dreams truth will heal in time They wanna believe somethinʼ real Still they're searchinʼ They're keepinʼ the faith in the heartland tonight Ooh, it's words that divide them It's love that defines them They're keepinʼ the faith in the heartland tonight In our darkest hour Oh, we look to the sky With a silent prayer Believe that God's on our side Oh, in a land where freedom reigns And where eagles fly Ooh yeah, yeah They wanna believe somethinʼ real Still they're searchinʼ They're keeping the faith in the heartland tonight Yeah, it's words that divide them It's love that defines them They're keepinʼ the faith in the heartland tonight Ooh, I just want to believe it Give me somethinʼ to believe in We all need something to believe in In the heart tonight Got faith Got dreams Believe Yeah, we're keepinʼ the faith alive

The Place in Your Heart

Lost in a feelinʼ And this distance between us I start believinʼ These days we're driftinʼ apart We're leading separate lives Separately missing each other It's time that we face the light We can't go on pretending this way I want to get back to the place in your heart When we knew with a kiss How we felt from the start Can we still make it real As we lie in the dark, ooh ooh ooh Am I still there In the place in your heart, yeah yeah When was the last time We were lost in the moment Seems like we can't find Oh, the love that we used to share If I could take you there Could we surrender together Somewhere to begin again Oh, it hurts just to go this way Yeah yeah I want to get back to the place in your heart When we knew with a kiss How we felt from the start Can we still make it real As we lie in the dark, ooh ooh ooh ooh Somewhere there's love We've come this far Reach out your hand and I'll find where you are Am I still there In the place in your heart, ooh ooh ooh ooh Times that I let you down You could have just walked away Yes, I need your forgiveness now Don't say it's too late, yes I want to get back to the place in your heart When we knew with a kiss How we felt from the start Can we still make it real As we lie in the dark, ooh ooh ooh ooh Somewhere there's love We've come this far Reach out your hand and I'll find where you are Am I still there In the place in your heart, ooh ooh ooh ooh Oh, let me take you there Save a place for me baby Save a place in your heart Aw, let me take you there Leavinʼ

A Better Life Lead  Vocals  –  Deen  Castronovo

Morninʼ sunlight on her face As he wakes her with a kiss She's been everything he wanted They were married as high school sweethearts Never dreamed it'd be like this Findinʼ nothing for them comes easy Ah ah Tryinʼ hard just to make a livinʼ Seems life won't give them a break Well as long as they've got each other Ooh, they'll find a way There's a better life Waitinʼ out there somewhere They gotta learn to fly Need to spread their wings to soar There's a better life They'll find it together (keep holdinʼ on) She shows him rainbows every time he sees her smile They've been more than lovers There's no mountain they can't climb Can't stop dreaminʼ dreams together Ah ah Gotta rise above the crossroads Beyond the streets they were born To a place where prayers are answered And battles are won There's a better life Waitinʼ out there somewhere They gotta learn to fly Need to spread their wings to soar There's a better life They'll find it together They keep holding on It only makes them strong They wanna learn to fly Ah ah Gotta rise above the crossroads Beyond the streets they were born To a place where prayers are answered And battles are won There's a better life Waitinʼ out there somewhere They gotta learn to fly Need to spread their wings to soar There's a better life They'll find it together (keep holdinʼ on) She shows him rainbows every time he sees her smile There's a better life (Waiting somewhere) They wanna learn to fly

Every Generation Lead  Vocals  –  Jonathan  Cain

Kids hanging out on a Saturday night Waitin' on wheels, wanna go for a ride Cruisin' 'round town, just feels right Got to get away Blastinʼ rock and hip hop, they know All dressed down with no place to go A difficult age just takin' it slow Wait for better days Can't stop the wild and restless Still the ritual goes on Followinʼ the footsteps Where their fathers used to run Turn around and face the change Young hearts all beat the same The fire in the soul remains Ooh, in every generation Young rebels have their time Glory days are gonna shine Ooh, there's a brand new face waitinʼ right behind Every generation Fashions go and come back around And vinyl LPs still got a cool sound Flash back to retro (retro) It's all new again Fightinʼ wars under different names Losinʼ daughters and sons, we all feel the pain Through the tears, why don't things ever change Between now and then While the radio's still playin' That familiar sweet love song We still share the same desire We all need to belong Turn around and face the change Young hearts all beat the same The fire in the soul remains Ooh in every generation Young rebels have their time Glory days are gonna shine Ooh there's a brand new face waitinʼ right behind Every generation

Some generations leave us heroes of their day With magic moments that still take our breaths away (Away away) Some will inherit all the politics and blame (And blame) And some will leave this world a better place (Better place) Turn around and face the change Young hearts all beat the same The fire in the soul remains Ooh in every generation Young rebels have their time Glory days are gonna shine Ooh there's a brand new face waitinʼ right behind Every generation Yeah, yeah, yeah Every generation They keep comin' around Ooh, every generation Na na na na na na na na Na na na na na Na na na na Na na na na na Ooh Na na na na na na Na na na na Na na na na na Na na na na na na na na na Na na na na Na na na na Na na na na na Na na na na Na na na na na

Butterfly (She Flies Alone)

She never knew the meaning of the word Or ever heard or felt of freedom All she knew was looking out from windows Streaked with her own tears and her own shadows Within a cage, tried to escape The silent rage ʻCause no one ever listened Behind her back, she's both wings tied She will break free She will not be denied And so she She flies alone High into the great unknown And no one there to tell her where to go So she flies Sweet butterfly Counting every second, minutes turn to hours Seems like years The wait's eternal, no Finally passed the point of all lost hope She will break free She will not be denied, oh no And so she She flies alone High into the great unknown And no one there to tell her where to go So she flies Like a butterfly Oh oh oh oh oh Yeah Within a cage Tried to escape the silent rage But no one ever listened Behind her back She's both wings tied She will break free She will not be denied So she She flies alone High into the great unknown She don't need me to tell her where to go Sweet little butterfly So she She flies alone Up into the great unknown She don't need me to tell her where she goes So she flies Within a cage Tried to escape the silent rage Where no one ever listened Behind her back She's both wings tied She will break free She will break free Sweet butterfly

Knowing That You Love Me

I still see the look in your eyes The night you walked into my life And how we danced And the way that we touched Let me know you'd be mine And how your love has set me free An angel watching over me You lift me up if I should fall Showinʼ me love When I was blind to it all I face the fire and I stand tall Knowinʼ that you love me Shared my dreams, gave me wings to soar My guidinʼ light through the raginʼ storm I find the strength to carry on Knowing that you love me Ooh, if I could, I'd go back in time To be there the day you were born To hold you close Or to see you smile And rock you away in my arms To stand beside you through the tears Letting go of all the fears You lift me up if I should fall Showinʼ me love when I was blind to it all Oh oh, I face the fire and I stand tall Knowinʼ that you love me Oh oh oh oh oh Ooh, someone to care And someone to share The little things that bring joy to my life Ooh, it scares me We're so close but in my heart It's got to know I can't imagine me in a world without you (You lift me up) You lift me up if I should fall Showing me love when I was blind to it all Ooh, I face the fire and I stand tall Knowinʼ that you love me Oh oh oh oh, (Shared my dreams) Oh, shared my dreams (Gave me wings to soar) You gave me wings to soar (My guiding light) Oh, my guiding light Through the raging storm Ooh, I find my strength to carry on Knowing that you love me, yes That's all I'll ever need Is knowinʼ that you love me

Out of Harms Way He grew up in some forgotten midwest town His mama raised him well Barely getting by, but he'd be okay As far as he could tell Oh, the plant in town closed ten years ago Now an empty ghost ship stands For the last nine months he's tried to find a job But there's nothing to be had So he signs up to fight for Uncle Sam It's the only choice he's got To fight a desert war with another land Only to find peace or not He's a moving target in a desperate place Every day is a twist of fate Oh, his family wonders if he'll make it home Knowing his faith's his saving grace Now he's waking up in a strange land To face an even stranger day Brave ones, standing tall Keep them all out of harms way Now he's waking up in a strange land To face an even stranger day Brave ones, standinʼ tall Keep them all out of harms way Keep them all out of harms way… Harms way… Oh, they sent him home to his family Nursing wounds that no one sees Certain scents and smells trigger flashback spells That rewind the tragedy All these memories hold him prisoner ʻCause of the violence he regrets What was his ticket out is his nightmare now In a war he can't forget Now he's waking up in a strange land To face an even stranger day Brave ones, standinʼ tall Keep them all out of harms way Now he's waking up in a strange land To face an even stranger day Brave ones, standing tall Keep them all out of harms way Keep them all out of harms way… Harms way…

(Original  Version  by  Schon  &  Hammer,  1982)   The situation's got me rattled I twist and turn late at night This whole world's up in shambles Who's the one to make it right Missing persons lost in action (action) Forgotten victims of the night (victims of the night) They're making crime the main attraction (attraction) They're making everyone uptight They're all lookinʼ for a fight In this confusion from day to day Sometimes fear just makes no sense In this crossfire I see one way In self defense You'll take your chances, Mr. Policeman (policeman) You're like a cat with thirteen lives (cat with thirteen lives) Your law and order is our lifeline (lifeline) Through the danger, you'll survive I do what I need to stay alive In this confusion from day to day Sometimes fear just makes no sense In this crossfire I see one way In self defense In self (self) defense (self) In self (self) defense In this confusion from day to day Sometimes fear just makes no sense In this crossfire I see one way In self defense

Better Together

Young and wild with a madness I wouldn't listen I thought I knew just exactly The way life would be, you see You came along and you showed me Just what I was missinʼ You opened my eyes with your sweet love Oh, then I could see They said it wouldn't last We proved them wrong We learned how to fly above the storm ʻCause we've always known that we belong And we're better together Ooh, If we got our backs against the wall Somehow we survive through it all Knowinʼ I'll be there if you should fall Oh, we're better together, all right Yeah yeah Runninʼ alone, I was searchinʼ While you were there waitinʼ Lessons in love I was learninʼ Were all right with me, you see You changed my world when you gave me Aw, the kiss you were savinʼ Ooh, we had each other to fight for Ooh, when no one believed They said it wouldn't last We proved them wrong We learned how to fly above the storm ʻCause we've always known that we belong And we're better together, alright Ooh, if we got our backs against the wall Somehow we survive through it all Knowinʼ I'll be there if you should fall Yeah, we're better together Ooh, it gets so lonely out there Oh, playing my solitaire Oh

Oh, Mustang All right, woo Wait a minute Young and wild with a madness This time I listened, baby You opened my eyes with your sweet love Ooh, yeah, you set me free They said it wouldn't last We proved them wrong We learned how to fly above the storm ʻCause we've always known where we belong Yeah, we're better together Oh, if we got our backs against the wall Somehow we survive through it all Knowinʼ I'll be there if you should fall Yeah, we're better together So much better, girl, we're better together  Better together, all right Listen Let's get together, let's get together, all right Let's get together, well Let's get together, let's get together right now Oh, ooh It's just, it's just better that way

Gone Crazy Lyrics

Lead  Vocals  –  Ross  Valory   She fell out of bed and said, I'm leavin' this place In a hot blooded, red-headed rage She grabbed her things and slammed out that door Jumped in the car, said, don't need you no more She turned on the radio I said, hey, hey babe Why do you have to treat me this way She's wrapped up and wound herself way too tight I think she's finally come loose this time She's not the same, I can't explain She's gone away, I don't mean maybe She's not the same, my burnin' flame She's gone She's gone crazy She's drivin' me crazy Well I rode down the highway, so she pulled off Way past the point of gettin' lost She calls me up on my mobile phone I said, hey, hey babe You're in the twilight zone Call it blind luck but she found a way Back to the scene where it all took place And when she walked through that door it's all I could say Hey, hey babe it's me that's changed She's not the same, I can't explain She's gone away, I don't mean maybe She's not the same, my burnin' flame She's gone She's gone crazy Come on, get out of here You're drivin' me crazy I'm not the same, I can't explain I'm goin' away, I don't mean maybe I'm not the same It's me that's changed She's gone She's gone crazy She's gone away, no time to play She's in the wings No time to please Come on, get out of here She's drivin' me crazy Go on, get out Good-bye Good-bye Good-bye Good-bye Good-bye

Beyond the Clouds

So long ago, has it been that long Since we felt the sun Where has it gone to Has it hid from the world Have we lost our way I can remember it filling the sky And it'd warm my face The summers were endless But they're over now That was yesterday I know we'll find love again If we all pray a little The heart will break free Beyond the clouds That's where my soul waits She…she's waiting now Beyond the clouds, clouds Ooh ooh ooh ooh The sorrow seems endless Now there's only so much That a man can bear Hold on so tender To a glimmer of faith Gets me half way there I know it will shine again With some prayer and some patience We'll find our way home Beyond the clouds That's where my soul waits She…she's waiting now Just beyond Beyond anything you've ever known Oh, so beautiful Like a summer sky Oh, you know it won't be long If we find the strength I know There beyond the clouds We'll find the sun

Beyond the clouds That's where my soul waits, oh yeah She…she's waiting now, oh oh oh oh Beyond Beyond the clouds That's where my love waits Sheʼs, she's waiting now Beyond, the clouds Yeah, that's it now Ooh ooh ooh, ooh ooh ooh ooh, ooh ooh ooh ooh Oh, that's it now, baby Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh, ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh Beyond everything you've ever known Oh, if I could find the strength, I know We'll find the sun

Never Too Late Her head is filled with doubt Search her heart for faith that can't be found, Oh yeah He's running desperate now All that he's become is just not workinʼ anymore He's needinʼ something more Someone that he used to be Part of her is a mystery Spinninʼ around in an empty place Lie to themselves ʻtil they're blind with rage It's never too late to feel the world come crashinʼ down It's never too late It's darkest just before the dawn They can rise above it all to see there's life beyond the pain Never thought they'd fall this far You know it's never too late to change So much to understand So much to feel and finally now they can, oh yeah They'll see a different day all because they faced themselves And now I hear them say they're gonna be okay She found who she used to be and now there is no mystery Open his eyes in a brand new place A different soul in a different face It's never too late to feel the world come crashinʼ down It's never too late It's darkest just before the dawn They can rise above it all to see there's life beyond the pain Never thought they'd fall this far Love is waiting, love is patient, love is kind Love is falling into places in their minds They love enough to know the difference, oh oh oh The dream they had today, don't throw it all away Yeah, it's never too late to feel the world come crashinʼ down It's never too late It's darkest just before the dawn They can rise above it all to see there's life beyond the pain Never thought they'd fall this far No, it's never too late to change To rise above it all, never question, never fall (to change) There is no mystery they are who they used to be (to change) They're in a brand new place, A different soul and a different face (to change) The dreams they had today, don't throw it all away

Pride Of The Family

(Released only in Japan) Lead  Vocals  –  Jonathan  Cain

Young blood has got it shakin' Growin' up, she's changin' She's so tough to try to tame her These days she just wants to run wild Short skirt, loves her make up Plays the flirt, it's daddy's wake up He's on the edge of teen age shake up It's so bad he's losinʼ sleep at night ʻCause he was young once restless and free An apple doesn't fall far from a tree She's the pride of the family Stands above the crowd, makes them all believe She's the pride of the family When it's her time to fly She's got love on her side Photographs of her childhood The years have passed Where did they run to Love still lasts the tears they've been through Time's a thief as precious moments fly by Dreamy eyes like her mama Her temper flies like her papa Her brother's cool and he's never been a bother But he's someone to turn to When life ain't feelin' right Hold on loosely but never let go The rest she'll have to find out on her own She's the pride of the family Stands above the crowd, makes them all believe She's the pride of the family When it's her time to fly She's got love on her side Hold on loosely but never let go The rest she'll have to find out on her own She's the pride of the family Stands above the crowd, makes them all believe She's the pride of the family When it's her time to fly She's got love on her side Ooh ooh

Never Walk Away So young in love They couldn't wait Said their vows Just to run away Suddenly, they felt their lives had changed They believed their hearts Were strong Just to find They couldn't get along The dream they shared Had slowly come undone Will she go or will she stay (will she stay) Fool herself for one more day (one more day) Don't give up Never walk away Love's the promise that he made (that he made) In his heart it still remains (it still remains) Don't give up Never walk away They had to meet somewhere half way Heart to heart and face to face Compromise, a price they had to pay Cared enough to stand her ground Screamed and shouted 'til the walls came down Worth the fight To see a brand new day Will she go or will she stay (will she stay) Fool herself for one more day (one more day) Don't give up Never walk away Love's the promise that he made (that he made) In his heart it still remains (it still remains) Don't give up Never walk away Will she go or will she stay (will she stay) Fool herself for one more day (one more day) Don't give up Never walk away Love's the promise that he made (that he made) In his heart it still remains (it still remains) Don't give up Never walk away Never walk away Oh, oh (never walk away) Never walk away

Like a Sunshower

Girl, tell me what's wrong Are those tears in your eyes What's goinʼ on between us I'm ready to listen I don't care if it takes all night We both said somethinʼ we didn't mean We lost our heads Now I can't sleep 'Til you talk to me We find the sun through the rain Caught in a sunshower We'll be alright, no one's to blame After the storm, we'll shine So rare you and me disagree Love's like a sunshower When you meet me, babe Somewhere halfway, yeah It's been way too long Since we shared what's in our hearts Let's say this charade is over Ooh, we can't take for granted How far we've come Let's not lose each other I know you care, 'cause you stand your ground When we talked enough I wanna make up Wanna make love We find the sun through the rain Caught in a sunshower We'll be alright, no one's to blame After the storm, we'll shine So rare you and me disagree Love's like a sunshower Baby, babe Somewhere we'll find We won't regret We won't forget Rainbows wait for you and me Girl, we're caught in a sunshower When we've talked enough Can we make up Can we make love Ooh, yeah

Change for the Better Been down and low as I can go With nowhere left to turn On the edge, I lose control Before I crash and burn Can I turn around Slow it down Hold on, I've still got livinʼ to do So far gone ʻTil I found someone like you In your eyes You showed me reason to live Take time The time it takes to forgive It's my life, and Iʼve changed for the better I've faced the light It's worth the fight See a new day Start a new way Get it straight Make a change for the better I was like a drowning man In a wishing well Pulled me from the darkness You saved me from myself Wake up, shake it up Let go All I pretended to be I know I've seen the man I could be, yeah It's my life, and Iʼve changed for the better I've faced the light It's worth the fight See a new day Start a new way Get it straight Make a change for the better, oh I'm wakinʼ up to find A different state of mind The worlds a new place, I'm okay I've changed for the better

I've opened up my eyes Glad to be alive It's never too late To cheat fate Iʼve changed for the better, oh And Iʼve learned there is no hope Until we are faced with doubt We can never fall in love Until we learn to live without In our love we can't find peace Without conflict in our lives And the healing wonʼt begin, oh 'Til we open up our eyes It's my life, and Iʼve changed for the better I've faced the light It's worth the fight See a new day Start a new way Get it straight It all comes together Made my mind up There's still time enough I'm alright Made a change for the better, yeah Change for the better, oh Change for the better, yeah Oh, oh, oh  Yeah, I'm all right Oh

Wildest Dream Two different worlds collide Somehow come together Caught in the moment Blind with desire The way I want of you I should have known better Movinʼ way too fast Jumpinʼ through the fire I can't regret you Somewhere we went wrong I won't forget you Long after you've gone Oh, you're still in my wildest dream Getting the best of me The way you used to do Tell me, do Do you still think of me The way I could make you feel When love was all we knew In my wildest dream Yeah We had our time to shine Before we started fadinʼ Could not see eye to eye Pretendinʼ nothin's wrong We open up our eyes And asked when love was gone I still think about you And how you've been Getting by without you But still you come again Oh, you're still in my wildest dream Getting the best of me The way you used to do Oh, tell me, do Do you still think of me The way I could make you feel When love was all we knew In my wildest dream And on a bed of roses Under the pale moonlight I wait for sweet surrender Until another night

Oh, you're still in my wildest dream Getting the best of me The way you used to do Oh, tell me, do Do you still think of me The way I could make you feel When love was all we knew In your wildest dream Can't get you off my mind, oh I… In my wildest dream Can't get you off my mind Oh, oh oh, in your wildest dream, yeah oh (wildest dream) Ooh, in your wildest dream, yeah (yeah) Oh, oh, oh (wildest dream) Come on Come on (wildest dream) (wildest dream)  Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Faith in the Heartland             (Original  Version  on  GENERATIONS,  2005)

Whoa He goes to work in a brand new dawn With the early morninʼ sunrise He's got his dream and he's holdinʼ on It's getting harder every day Loves a girl who speaks her mind Don't always look at life the same way Sharinʼ truth that will heal in time They wanna believe somethinʼ real Still they're searchinʼ They're keepinʼ the faith in the heartland tonight Time moves on in a fading town And they struggle with the changes The stores have closed, friends have moved away Now it's hope that sees him through The kids have gone but they'll see them all At the Sunday congregation Sharinʼ dreams truth will heal in time They wanna believe somethinʼ real Still they're searchinʼ They're keepinʼ the faith in the heartland tonight it's words that divide them It's love that defines them They're keepinʼ the faith in the heartland tonight In our darkest hour Oh, we look to the sky With a silent prayer Believe that God's on our side Oh, in a land where freedom reigns And where eagles fly Ooh yeah They wanna believe somethinʼ real Still they're searchinʼ They're keepinʼ the faith in the heartland tonight Yeah, it's words that divide them It's love that defines them They're keepinʼ the faith in the heartland tonight I just want to believe it Give me somethinʼ to believe in We all need somethinʼ to believe in In the heart tonight Got faith Got dreams Believe We're keepinʼ the faith alive

After All These Years

A faded wedding photograph You and me in our first dance Our eyes are closed Weʼre lost in one sweet embrace Since those days the world has changed But our love remains the same God knows we've had our share of saving grace And I'm proud of all the blessings You have given me The mountains we have climbed to get this far Weʼve learned to take the laughter with the tears After all these years You make it feel all brand new After the fires that we walked through Against the odds we never lost our faith In our house weʼve made our own Where our children all have grown Precious moments time can not erase Makinʼ a livin' up and down the gypsy highway Seasons that we've learned to share apart Somehow in my heart I always keep you near me After all these years After all these years You stood by me The days and nights that I was gone After all these years You sacrificed, believed in me And you stood strong 'Cause with our love there's nothinʼ left to fear After all these years After all these years You stood by me The days and nights that I was gone After all these years You sacrificed, believed in me And you stood strong 'Cause with our love there's nothinʼ left to fear After all these years

What I Needed Missinʼ somethinʼ in my life Searchinʼ for it day and night Couldn't seem to get it right 'Til you walked my way Leaving lovers one by one Didn't like who I'd become Couldn't face myself, I turn and run Made me see that I could change Out of my darkness As I step into the light We get a new day Taking one step at a time You were what I needed I was fallinʼ Hidinʼ my emotion You made me see the truth Your love was what I needed Hear me callinʼ Waitinʼ for a lifetime Girl, you were my rescue All I needed was you I used to always get my way Told me that you wouldn't stay Had to face it, what you had to say If I wanted you You tell me when I did you wrong I guess I've known it all along Cared enough and you stood strong I believed in you In my frustrations Tried to become someone else The years I've wasted I'd been lyinʼ to myself You were what I needed I was fallinʼ Hidinʼ my emotion You made me see the truth Your love was what I needed Hear me callinʼ Waitinʼ for a lifetime Hear me callinʼ you What I needed What I needed was you

In you I found shelter How you believed in me, stood strong You were there through my darkest hour You lifted my spirit up Brought out the best in me And now I'll stand before you with all my love You were what I needed I was fallinʼ Hidinʼ my emotion But you made me see the truth Your love was what I needed Hear me callinʼ Waitinʼ for a lifetime Girl you were my rescue What I needed was you

What It Takes to Win

Day has come You're prepared Electricity in the air Feel the calm Feel the rush You want to leave victorious When you look in their eyes They want you gone, they want the prize When day is done, risk it all One will stand, and one will fall When you learn to lose You'll know what it takes to win Wanna go the distance With a hunger that never ends When you wanna prove You're the best that's ever been They can knock you down You're on your feet again 'Cause you know what it takes What it takes to win Seal the deal Get it done Earn the right to say you've won Work it out Sacrifice Someone's gonna have to pay the price Face to face Stand your ground Stay in the zone, now don't back down More than pride You depend Fightinʼ hard 'til the very end When you learn to lose You'll know what it takes to win Wanna go the distance With a hunger that never ends When you wanna prove You're the best that's ever been They can knock you down You're on your feet again 'Cause you know what it takes What it takes to win

When you share the dream There's no "I" in team Let the spirit take you higher It's a state of mind No one can define There's no limit to desire When you learn to lose You'll know what it takes to win Wanna go the distance With a hunger that never ends When you wanna prove You're the best that's ever been They can knock you down You're on your feet again 'Cause you know what it takes What it takes to win Wanna go the distance With a hunger that never ends When you wanna prove You're the best that's ever been They can knock you down You're on your feet again 'Cause you know what it takes What it takes to win What it takes to win What it takes to win

Turn Down the World Tonight

Caught up in living Getting through each day When all the tomorrows become faded yesterdays Are you slipping away Lighted by our schedules Rushing here and there Become strangers to each other Miss you everywhere How did we get this way When the loneliness becomes too much to bear Girl, this merry-go-round Tell each other we still care Help me turn down the world tonight Take a quiet moment, somewhere we can unwind Losing touch, we forget to take time To share what's in our hearts Speak what's on our minds In the silence, hear your heart beat next to mine Baby, help me turn down the world tonight So much information streaming at us fast What I really need to know is if We can make it last I wanna keep you close We make commitments Take responsibility Why do we let them come between you and me That's when I miss you most We gotta take this night Throw in our love all the way Before our moment is gone Baby, say it's not too late Help me turn down the world tonight Take a quiet moment, somewhere we can unwind Losing touch, we forget to take time To share what's in our hearts Speak what's on our minds Far beyond those, with your body next to mine Won't you help me turn down the world tonight Turn down the world tonight Help me turn down the world tonight Take a quiet moment, somewhere we can unwind Losing touch, we forget to take time To share what's in our hearts Speak what's on our minds Oh oh oh oh oh oh Turn down the world Help me turn down the world tonight In the silence, hear your heart beat next to mine Baby, help me turn down the world tonight

Let It Take You Back (Released only in Europe and Mexico)

Drivinʼ down the road Is where youʼve been before Daydreaminʼ about the things gone by Faces and places that you're missinʼ from your life This just feel like ghosts in the night You wonder how you made it through your highschool days Try anything to get you high Hanginʼ out the poolhole by the old back dark way Cold beer and fake IDʼs on Friday Night Sometimes on the radio Somethinʼ about you used to know Sounds so familiar Sounds so right Let it take you back To a simpler place in time When a melody reminds you Of a love you left behind Let the music move you 'Til you feel like letting go Like a postcard from the past Let it take you back, yeah Record stores sold 33ʼs and 45ʼs Couldn't wait to hold the album in my hand Before e-mail and the internet, how I stood in line To buy tickets just to see my favorite band The livinʼ past still gets to you You have a flash of deja-vu You lose into the soundtrack of your life Let it take you back To a simpler place in time When a melody reminds you Of a love you left behind Let the music move you 'Til you feel like letting go Like a postcard from the past Let it take you back, yeah

Yeah And we climb into the backseat of my chevrolet Smokinʼ cigarettes and singinʼ songs Didn't have a worry, didn't have a care I wonder where the innocence is gone Sometimes on the radio Somethinʼ about you used to know Sounds so familiar Sounds so right Let it take you back To a simpler place in time When a melody reminds you Of a love you left behind Let the music move you 'Til you feel like letting go Like a postcard from the past Let it take you back Let it take you back, oh (Oh) Let it take you back Where emotions start to flow (let the music move you) You come to your senses Cause it's all you'll ever know Like a painted photograph Let it take you back, yeah (let it take you back) Let it take you back (back) Oh, let it take you back (let it take you back) Yeah Do you remember? Ohh , let it take you back Ohhh

The Place in Your Heart (Released only in Japan)

            (Original  Version  on  GENERATIONS,  2005)

Lost in a feelinʼ And this distance between us I start believinʼ These days we're driftinʼ apart We're leadinʼ separate lives Separately missinʼ each other It's time that we face the light We can't go on pretending this way I want to get back to the place in your heart When we knew with a kiss How we felt from the start Can we still make it real As we lie in the dark, (ooh ooh ooh ooh) Am I still there In the place in your heart, (ooh ooh ooh ooh) When was the last time We were lost in the moment Seems like we can't find Oh, the love that we used to share If I could take you there Could we surrender together Somewhere to begin again Oh, it hurts just to go this way I want to get back to the place in your heart When we knew with a kiss How we felt from the start Can we still make it real As we lie in the dark, (ooh ooh ooh ooh) Somewhere there's love We've come this far Reach out your hand and I'll find where you are (Am I still there) In the place in your heart, (ooh ooh ooh ooh) Times that I let you down You could have just walked away I need your forgiveness now Don't say it's too late Save a place for me baby Save a place in your heart Let me take you there

Oh, I want to get back to the place in your heart When we knew with a kiss How we felt from the start Can we still make it real As we lie in the dark, (ooh ooh ooh ooh) Somewhere there's love We've come this far Reach out your hand and I'll find where you are (Am I still there) In the place in your heart, (ooh ooh ooh ooh) Oh, let me take you there Save a place for me baby Save a place in your heart Oh, leavinʼ

Another night in any town You can hear the thunder of their cry Ahead of their time They wonder why The shadows of a golden age A generation waits for dawn Brave carry on Bold and the strong Only the young can say They're free to fly away Sharing the same desire Burnin' like wildfire They're seein' through the promises And all the lies they dare to tell Is it heaven or hell They know very well Only the young can say They're free to fly away Sharing the same desire Burnin' like wildfire Only the young can say They're free to fly away Sharing the same desire Burnin' like wildfire Only the young can say Only the young can say, (young can say) Only the young can say Only the young can say, (young can say) Only the young can say

Just a small town girl, livin' in a lonely world She took the midnight train goin' anywhere Just a city boy, born and raised in south detroit He took the midnight train goin' anywhere A singer in a smokey room The smell of wine and cheap perfume For a smile they can share the night It goes on and on and on and on Strangers waiting, up and down the boulevard Their shadows searchin' in the night Streetlight people, livin' just to find emotion Hidin' somewhere in the night Workin' hard to get my fill Everybody wants a thrill Payin' anything to roll the dice Just one more time Some will win, some will lose Some were born to sing the blues Oh, the movie never ends It goes on and on and on and on Strangers waiting, up and down the boulevard Their shadows searchin' in the night Streetlight people, livin' just to find emotion Hidin' somewhere in the night- Don't stop believin' Hold on to that feelin' Streetlight people- Don't stop believin' Hold on- Streetlight people- Don't stop believin' Hold on to that feelin' Streetlight people- Don't stop believin' Hold on to that feelin' Streetlight people- Don't stop believin' Streetlight people Don't stop

Who's Crying Now             (Original  Version  on  ESCAPE  1981)

It's been a mystery And still they try to see Why somethin' good can hurt so bad Caught on a one way street The taste of bittersweet Love will survive somehow, someway One love feeds the fire One heart burns desire I wonder, who's cryin' now Two hearts born to run Who'll be the lonely one I wonder, who's cryin' now So many stormy nights So many wrong or rights Neither could change their headstrong ways And in a lovers rage They tore another page The fighting is worth the love they save One love feeds the fire One heart burns desire I wonder, who's cryin' now Two hearts born to run Who'll be the lonely one I wonder, who's cryin' now Only so many tears you can cry 'Til the heartache is over And now you can say your love... ...will never die Oh oh oh oh oh oh, oh oh, oh oh One love feeds the fire One heart burns desire I wonder, who's cryin' now Two hearts born to run Who'll be the lonely one I wonder, who's cryin' now Sometime I wonder

Separate Ways             (Original  Version  on  FRONTIERS,  1983)

Here we stand Worlds apart Hearts broken in two, two, two Sleepless nights Losin' ground I'm reachin' for you, you, you Feelin' that it's gone Can change your mind If we can't go on To survive the tide, love divides Someday love will find you Break those chains that bind you One night will remind you How we touched and went our separate ways If he ever hurts you True love won't desert you You know I still love you Though we touched and went our separate ways Troubled times Caught between confusion and pain, pain, pain Distant eyes Promises we made were in vain, in vain, in vain If you must go, I wish you love You never walk alone Take care my love, miss you love Someday love will find you Break those chains that bind you One night will remind you How we touched and went our separate ways If he ever hurts you True love won't desert you You know I still love you Though we touched and went our separate ways Oh, someday love will find you Break those chains that bind you One night will remind you If he ever hurts you True love won't desert you You know I still love you I still love you girl I really love you girl And if he ever hurts you True love won't desert you No- no-

Open Arms             (Original  Version  on  ESCAPE,  1981)

Lying beside you, here in the dark Feelinʼ your heartbeat with mine Softly you whisper, you're so sincere How could our love be so blind We sailed on together We drifted apart And here you are by my side So now I come to you with open arms Nothinʼ to hide, believe what I say So here I am with open arms Hopinʼ you'll see what your love means to me Open arms Livinʼ without you, living alone This empty house seems so cold Wanting to hold you, wanting you near How much I wanted you home But now that you've come back Turned night into day I need you to stay So now I come to you with open arms Nothing to hide, believe what I say So here I am with open arms Hopinʼ you'll see what your love means to me Open arms

Those crazy nights I do remember In my youth I do recall Those were the best times Most of all In the heat with a blue jean girl Burnin' love comes once in a lifetime She found me singin' by the railroad track Took me home, we danced by the moonlight Those summer nights are callin' Stone in love Can't help myself I'm fallin' Stone in love Ooh, old dusty roads Led to the river Runnin' slow She pulled me down Ooh, and in clover We'd go 'round In the heat with a blue jean girl Burnin' love comes once in a lifetime Oh, the memories never fade away Golden girl, I'll keep you forever Those summer nights are callin' Stone in love Can't help myself I'm fallin' Stone in love Those summer nights are callin' Stone in love Can't help myself I'm fallin' Stone in love (Stone in love) Stone in love Stone in love Stone in love

City Of Hope People waiting for some kind of sign from above, Lost in the shadows of doubt, need a message of love, Nothing is certain in uncertain times, Hard to see beyond the greed and the crime, Oh, the faithful refuse to give up, Homeless and hungry survive just enough, Learn to smile through it all, They are blessed from above Never stop believin' change will come There's a city of hope beyond our fears, Where miracles happen, Where truth can be heard, Don't you wanna go to the city of hope Founded on faith, Connecting us all, A network of love to answer the call, Yeah, that's where I'm from The city of hope On the edge of the world, across oceans of blue, It's a place where a dream has a chance to come true, Don't be fooled by illusions, or falling from grace, Make your own destiny, find your own place, Where the streets speak the lessons of trouble, hope and pain Never stop believin' change will come There's a city of hope beyond our fears, Where miracles happen, Where truth can be heard, Don't you wanna go to the city of hope Founded on faith, Connecting us all, A network of love to answer the call, Yeah, that's where I'm from The city of hope I hear them whisper, sendin' a prayer, A cry to the spirit where they no longer wonder Never stop believin' change will come There's a city of hope beyond our fears, Where miracles happen, Where truth can be heard, Don't you wanna go to the city of hope Yeah, thatʼs where Iʼm from The city of hope

Edge Of The Moment Blood red sky fades into blue, Miss your touch in shadows I'm waiting Sweet memories of holding you near,

(Holding you near) In your eyes anticipating, uh huh One embrace and two worlds collide, Feel the heat of our sweet surrender Melt away with me there's nothing else,

(Thereʼs nothing else) Time stands still when we are together On the edge of a moment, Return to forever with you We made love over lifetimes, Rapture so rare to be true I keep holding onto, On the edge of the moment, With you Letting go of all I knew, My heart's racing fast, Not sure where I'm going Nothing certain there's nothing to lose

(Nothing to lose) You by my side all that I know is... On the edge of a moment,

(On the edge of a moment) Return to forever with you

(Return to forever with you) We made love over lifetimes,

(We made love over lifetimes) Rapture so rare to be true

(Rapture so rare to be true) I keep holding onto, On the edge of the moment, With you Whoa oh oh oh, with you With your sweet love I lose all track of time, 'Til I don't know if it's day or night Before all fades into the past, Wanna see how long we can make it last Come on closer, Ooh ooh, into my arms, yeah Ah ah ah, ah ah ah, ah ah ah, ah ah ah, ah ah ah On the edge of a moment, Return to forever with you We made love over lifetimes, Rapture so rare to be true I keep holding onto, On the edge of the moment, With you Oh oh oh oh, with you

Chain Of Love One precious moment in a state of grace Send the mantra to an endless night Feel the glow, feel the peace of mind True perfection in one true light Pathways in my mind that lead to nowhere Promises of happiness that leave me wanting more When my desire becomes a nightmare Feel paranoia about what I'm wishing for If I could just let go of who I think I am Surrender to the silence, help me understand There's no beginning, there's no end There is no self, no fortress to defend An endless circle beyond space and time It's the chain of love that binds me The chain of love defines me Chain, chain, chain, chain of love. Voices in my head that try to rule me (Voices in my head that try to rule me) I've found a place where I can't hear them anymore My own illusions come to fool me Lost in emotions that I've never touched before If I could get beyond what's in my mind Free my spirit, leave the world behind There's no beginning, there's no end There is no self, no fortress to defend An endless circle beyond space and time It's the chain of love that binds me The chain of love defines me Chain, chain, chain, chain of love One precious moment in a state of grace Send the mantra to an endless night Feel the glow, feel the peace of mind True perfection in one true light Yeah yeah There's no beginning, there's no end There is no self, no fortress to defend An endless circle beyond space and time It's the chain of love that binds me The chain of love defines me Chain, chain, chain, chain of love There's no beginning, there's no end There is no self, no fortress to defend An endless circle beyond space and time It's the chain of love that binds me The chain of love defines me Chain, chain, chain, chain of love

Tantra One light shining bright, it's made from many colours Just like every ocean's made from many drops of rain One soul takes many shapes, to make up the human race One fire, many lives share the same sun every day Old beliefs let us down, many roads lead to heaven One love, many faiths all share the world in search of grace Across the universe, the same force that moves the Earth's In my heart, makes me whole, wash my doubt and fear away In a big deep blue sky on a beautiful day For the moment is now, there's perfection in every way Feel it flow through me, Tantra, my eyes can see, Where we all belong, Tantra, watch over me Like a bird on a wing like the eye of a storm There's a circle of life when every child's born I get caught up in time lose all reality A prisoner of my own design, Where my freedom is where I choose to be Look for some kind of sign from the heaven's above I hear one voice. I am the love I choose to love Feel it flow through me, Tantra, my eyes can see, Where we all belong, Tantra, watch over me Like roses in bloom, Like a mountaintop majesty Like an orange harvest moon, Wonders for all to see Look for some kind of sign from the heaven's above I hear one voice, I am the love I choose to love, ooh ooh yeah Feel it flow through me, Tantra, my eyes can see, Where we all belong, Tantra, watch over me Feel it flow through me, Tantra, watch over me Across the universe the same force that moves the Earth's In my heart, makes me whole, wash my doubt and fear away

Anything Is Possible Up against the world as you face your destiny, Don't let today's regrets affect tomorrow's dreams When you shoot for the moon and you miss your mark, Baby you'll still end up so high among the stars Anyone can give up when it's time to risk it all, Knowinʼ it where you stand and you'll never fall If you can see how you imagine your life You want to dream now and you know that anything is possible It's not who you are, it's where you wanna go You don't need a miracle, believe that anything is possible Take it brick by brick, throw away the stone Take a chance on somethinʼ, build a castle you call home Live for the moment, you can't put into words Don't keep a song inside, let your voice be heard Find your true desire, don't be afraid to cry Better to reach for somethinʼ, than to never have tried It's time to see how you imagine your life You want to dream, you know that anything is possible It's not who you are, it's where you wanna go You don't need a miracle, believe that anything is possible. It's not who you are, it's where you wanna go. You don't need a miracle, believe that anything is possible It's time to see how you imagine your life You want to dream, anything is possible It's not who you are, it's where you wanna go You don't need a miracle, anything is possible It's the choice you make, it's the time you take It's the risk you take, you know that anything is possible It's a choice you make, it's a time you take Ooh, it's a risk you take, believe that anything is possible

Resonate When I'm alone I keep replaying the look of love in your eyes When I miss home I swear I die every time we said goodbye Like a gentle wind you cross my mind I lose myself I lose all sense of time Feel your presence all around me On the same frequency It's all our love can be When we resonate, resonate Even though we're miles apart I reach for you and there you are You pull the strings that move my heart Resonate, resonate You come to me, you're in my dreams, you are my satellite You make me feel, sweet vibrations, we shared endless nights Think of me, I'm never far away, I hear your voice, you call my name Feel your presence all around me On the same frequency It's all our love can be When we resonate, resonate Even though we're miles apart I reach for you and there you are You pull the strings that move my heart Resonate, resonate, Whoa oh Feel the distance, send a message every night Finding each other, we share the same desire Like a telegraph that leads me to your heart I reach out and love is where you are Feel your presence all around me, It's all our love can be... Feel your presence all around me On the same frequency It's all our love can be When we resonate, resonate Even though we're miles apart I reach for you and there you are You pull the strings that move my heart Resonate, resonate, oh oh oh

She's A Mystery Cascades of gentle touch, Her passion blinding my eyes I'll find, I'll lose myself Drawing from her colorful sky I'm aware of her grace, Those careless kisses Tattered on a sacred place, She's a mystery (She's mine) Wonderin' if she loves me She's a mystery (So fine) She's a sweet confusion She's my zen, my home My only Shangri-La She's my French champagne She's my uh-la-la Tattered on a sacred place, She's a mystery (She's mine) Wonderin' if she loves me She's a mystery (So fine) She's a sweet confusion Like a gentle wind she moves Her fascination I desire She's a butterfly She's a Mona Lisa smile Tattered on a sacred place, She's a mystery (She's mine) Wonderin' if she loves me She's a mystery (So fine) She's a sweet confusion I'd give all the time If she's feelin’ so fine, yeah In and out of my life She's a mystery, yeah yeah

Human Feel In a jungle of hardware and mass frustration, Overloaded with way too much information these days I'm needinʼ more than the virtual world I'm seeinʼ Could someone just let me talk to a live human beinʼ? While automation and droids just keep on cominʼ, Wanna unplug right now, wanna just start runninʼ Caught up in the web as it weaves an illusion, A network of lies that giant ball of confusion What I'm missing is true emotion, I get lost in this digital ocean What I'm needing right now is human feel Can't substitute love and passion Show me you care, baby show me reaction Cominʼ straight from the heart, it's human feel Rise up, find some compassion, It's not too late Don't give up, What you feel it still matters, don't wait, oh Make it real Keep it real Human feel Show me reaction, don't wait What I'm missing is true emotion, I get lost in this digital ocean What I'm needing right now is human feel Can't substitute love and passion Show me you care, baby show me reaction Cominʼ straight from the heart, it's human feel Compassion Find some compassion right now Don't give up, Show me reaction, don't wait Rise up Make it real Make it human feel Rise up Oh, rise up Rise up Make it real Make it human feel, yeah Rise up Oh, rise up Rise up Rise up Oh, rise up Rise up Rise up Rise up

Ritual Caught up in the daily grind Hard to find some peace of mind 'round here lately Try to escape the beaten path Don't need the wrath of the world It just drives me crazy, ooh ooh crazy ... Just something to look forward to alone with you I still get lost in you baby It's always you baby (Iʼm lost in you) Desire that comes together like primitive animals We've got something sacred You've become my ritual Our spirits feed each other We never get our fill Hungry for your sweet religion You've become my ritual When I'm with you all time stands still I find the will and pressure just doesn't phase me You more than take my breath away You captivate... we levitate... you amaze me Ooh ooh baby (Iʼm lost in you) Desire that comes together like primitive animals We've got something sacred You've become my ritual Our spirits feed each other We never get our fill Hungry for your sweet religion You've become my ritual My ritual I want you baby Celebrate the love we found You make my world go round In your arms where I belong Make sweet love all night long All night long You're all I see Heaven's here with me In this time alone Set my spirit free Free Desire that comes together like primitive animals We've got something sacred You've become my ritual Our spirits feed each other We never get our fill Hungry for your sweet religion You've become my ritual My ritual

To Whom It May Concern

Man is love man is animal A warrior an intellectual He's the face of original sin He's the devil and the poet within Our father's have embraced the Messiah And made the peace with Allah Even sought to be like Buddha And follow the old ways of Krishna Pretending prophets come to rule this age Turn the faith to fuel the wars they stage Well somethin’ has to change to go beyond the pain And somehow turn the page To whom it may concern, I'm sendin’ out a prayer The world finds peace in my lifetime To whom it may concern are you listenin’ Are you There? I'll keep my hopes for paradise alive To whom it may concern We simply want to live it free So happy and in harmony No guilt, no fear, no hell to burn To whom it may concern, I'm sendin’ out a prayer The world finds peace in my lifetime To whom it may concern are you listenin’ Are you There? I'll keep my hopes for paradise alive I close my eyes Oh oh oh oh Oh oh oh, oh oh Oh oh oh oh Oh oh oh, oh oh

Someone All alone again tonight A place you know too well Guess it's somethinʼ out of your life Goinʼ through the motions And you like to say you got burned Well you're not the only one You've reached the why I'm lonely On the streets where you roam You can go back to where you've been Are you ready to try again? Once you let someone love you You'll find an open door A place in your heart you've never been before (Someone loves you) Believe it's never too late For someone to set you free Once you let someone love you (Someone loves you) (Someone loves you) Commitment's just a word You could've wrapped your heart around It's your foolish pride and freedom Got you standinʼ your ground The same faces every night Where you stay ʻtil closinʼ time It don't stop the empty feelinʼ Oh, you're just wastinʼ your time A leap of faith, another chance What if you canʼt dance? Once you let someone love you You'll find an open door A place in your heart you've never been before (Someone loves you) Believe it's never too late For someone to set you free Once you let someone love you (Someone loves you) (Someone loves you) You can go back to where you've been Are you ready to try again? Once you let someone love you You'll find an open door A place in your heart you've never been before (Someone loves you) Believe it's never too late (never too late) For someone to set you free (set you free) Someone loves you (Someone loves you) Oh oh oh Whoa oh oh oh oh oh oh oh yeah Once you let someone love you (Someone loves you) (Someone loves you)
