constructed in Lelu Island near the Port of Prince Rupert, British Columbia .

The team is involved in producing developed design drawings and models,

prior to the decision of the client to cancel the project.

The Tower, which is set to surpass the height of Burj Khalifa.

The tower is envisioned to become the next global icon. It will feature a number of observation decks that will offer stunning

360-degree views of Dubai.

Among the highlights are The Pinnacle Room and VIP Observation Garden

Decks that recreate the splendour of the “Hanging Gardens of Babylon,” one of the

Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

team revised the lessons learnt and took a holistic approach to deliver the next phase

of the project.

Joylyn led the rewriting of the BIM Execution Plan for the project, got

buy-in from management and presented the solution to the client, collaborating

closely with the offshore team in Cape Town and Ho Chi Minh.

Aqua Raffles JeddahThe project’s scope of work consists of a

hotel and residential buildings located at Al Shatee, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The hotel tower will be comprised of 20 stories while the residential

tower will feature 48 stories.

With an enviable location, and inspired by rich Arab heritage, the luxury hotel will

feature 180 guest rooms and 188 branded residences.

Sharjah House of WisdomThis iconic library and culture centre is

being developed by Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and

designed by Fosters + Partners.

Aurecon was engaged to provide engineering services for structural,
