RATIONALE

• Infinite Campus will be implementing a new suite of applications called Campus Instruction July 2015

• Campus Instruction replaces the previous Grade Book found in Infinite Campus under the Instruction tab

• In order to provide job embedded and school site assistance Teacher Leaders will be trained and provided resources to support the implementation of Campus Instruction and the new applications available for the 2015-2016 school year

OBJECTIVES

• Provide teachers with resources to facilitate the transition to Campus Instruction in Infinite Campus.

• Introduce teachers to the new features in Campus Instruction.

• Provide the opportunity for teachers to set up a Grade Book, Post Grades, create student groups, use the daily planner and other applications.

WHERE DO I?Campus Tools vs Campus Instruction

• When looking to complete task in Campus Instruction you must first use the app switcher located on the green bar on the Infinite Campus page.

• Click on the app switcher and a gray bar appears below the green bar.

• Click on Campus Instruction to access its tools

• When you click on Campus Instruction the look and arrangement is different . It opens to the Message Center and you navigate through the Index on the left side of the page to the section you want to access.

GRADE BOOK

Configuring Display Setting in Grade Book

Click on the Settings chevron to open up the Settings Options . Chevrons expand for more information. Click on the Hide Button to hide the Index column. All changes are dynamic.

GETTING STARTED

• Click on Infinite Campus Sandbox on the Desktop

• Infinite Campus User Name and Password

• Click on App Switcher• Click on Campus Instruction• Click your school name• Select Context box will open• Change year to 14-15
