JRHB75JRHB75 uređaji su dizajnirani da zadovolje potražnju svežeg vazduha za prodavnice, kancelarije, hotele, dnevne centre, škole i slične objekate. Sa najmodernijim izmenjivačem toplote, termička efikasnost jedinice prelazi 70% i sa vrhunski konstruisanim Radical blade AC ventilatorima specifična potrošnja uređaja pada do 0,80 kV/m-3/s-1 (EN 13779 ). Sa standardnom daljinskom LCD kontrolnim panelom i JAKKA Control kit 3 kontrolom korisnik ima ogućnost nekoliko podešavanja kao što su 3 brzine ventilatora i opšta ventilacija, tajmer, praćenje filtera i by-pass ventilacijom. Više podešavanja je dostupno sa opcionom dodatnom opremom. Nezapaljiva izolacija klase 0 se koristi za termo-zvučnu izolaciju uređaja.

JRHB75 uređaji su opremljeni sa JAKKA Control kit 3, koji je u stanju da kontroliše AC ventilatore, by-pass klapnu, grejač protiv zamrzavanja i rad tajmera. Kontrola ventilatora se vrši 3-stepenim podešavanjem brzine / neuravnoteženom ventilacijom / ventilacijom na zahtev. 2 senzora stalno vrše merenje temperature svežeg i izbacnog vazduha, i kontrolišu bypass. Filteri se proveravaju vremenski (tajmerom) i korisnik se povremeno obaveštava o potrebi za održavanjem. /
JRHB75 units are equipped with JAKKA Control kit 3, which is capable of controlling AC fans, by-pass clamp, frost heater and operation timer. The control of fans can be done with 3 speed settings/unbalanced ventilation/ventilation on demand. 2 permanent temperature sensors measure return air/fresh air temperatures and control the bypass. Filters are checked with timer and the user is informed for filter maintenance periodically.

JRHB75 uređaji imaju by-pass ventilaciju kao standard. Sa by-pass ventilacijom moguće je koristiti svež vazduh za direktno hlađenje zatvorenog prostora tokom leta. Regulator (kontroler) proverava unutrašnju i spoljnu temperaturu vazduha i temperaturu koju je postavio korisnik, pa prema tome vrši otvaranje/zatvaranje klapne by-pass-a.
JRHB75 units have by-pass ventilation as standard. With by-pass ventilation it is possible to use fresh air directly to cool down indoors at summer. The controller checks both indoor and outdoor air temperatures and user set temperature and switches on/off the clamp integrated directly to the unit.
Smanjenje otrebnog kapaciteta za kondicioniranje /Decrease in Air Conditioning Load

Izmenjivači toplote koji se koriste u proizvodima su napravljeni od posebnog, tankog papirnog filma koji omogućava razmenu i toplote i vlažnosti dve odvojene vazdušne struje, sa veoma visokom stopomefikasnosti. Pošto je papir tanak (oko 0,05 mm) i temperatura i vlažnost se efikasno razmenjuju. Jedinstvena struktura papira omogućava prenos molekula vode samo sa površine razmene toplote a kao rezultat čvrste molekulske strukture, „curenje“, mešanje struja vazduha je svedeno na minimum.Sa jedinstvenim izmenjivačem toplote, JRHB75 uređaji dostižu toplotnu efikasnost od 70% u letnjem i 76% u zimskom periodu. Sa datim performansama evidentno je da se sa JRHB75 uređajima ukupno opterećenje klima se može smanjiti i do 15% u redovnom sistemu hlađenja. JRHB75 uređaji ostvaruju, ne samo apsolutnu toplotnu efikasnost, već zahvaljujući optimizovanom dizajnu, pad pritiska kroz rekuperator toplote je takav da zadovoljava i današnje uslove, kao i uslove energetske efikasnosti sutrašnjice.
The energy recovery exchanger used in JRHB75 products are made from a unique thin paper film that allows both heat and humidity transfer from the two separated air streams with a very high performance rate. Since the paper is thin (app ~0,05 mm) both temperature and humidity can be effectively exchanged. The unique structure of the paper allows the transfer of only the water molecules from the heat exchange surface and as a result of the solid molecular structure the leakage through air streams is minimized.With the unique energy recovery exchanger JRHB75 units reach a thermal efficiency of 70% in summer and 76% in winter. With the given performance it is evident that with JRHB75 units the total air conditioning load can decrease up to 15% in a regular cooling system. JRHB75 units deliver not only absolute thermal efficiency but thanks to the optimized design, pressure drop across the heat exchanger is limited to meet not only todays but also tomorrow’s energy efficiency regulations.

By-pass ventilacija se vrši tokom leta i omogućava izbacnom vazduhu da zaobiđe izmenjivač toplote, uvodeći tako svež vazduh na spoljnoj temperaturi radi rashlađivanja prostorija. JRHB75 uređaji su opremljeni sa by-pass opcijaom standardno. Sa unapred instaliranim temperaturnim senzorima JAKKA Control kit 3 proverava temperaturu povratno vazduha, temperaturu svežeg vazduha i temperaturu zadatu od strane korisnika. Prema oceni PCB-a, by-pass klapna se automatski otvara.
By-pass ventilation is done during summer and allows return air to by-pass the heat exchanger introducing fresh air at outdoor air temperature and cools down indoors. JRHB75 Units are equipped with by-pass ventilation as standard. With the pre-installed temperature sensors JAKKA Control kit 3 checks return air temperature, fresh air temperature and user set temperature. According to the evaluation in the PCB, the by-pass clamp is opened automatically.

Kućište / Casing
JRHB75 uređaji su kompaktne konstrukcije, lake za održavanje. Sve komponente se mogu demontirati bez potrebe za skidanjem rekuperatora sa kanalskog sistema. Visina uređaja je minimizirana, kako bi se dobila kompaktna konstrukcija uz minimalan pad pritiska kroz rekuperator. Za izradu JRHB75 rekuperatora, koristi se pocinkovani lim, a jedinice su termo-zvučno izolovane samogasivom poliuretanskom penom klase M1.
JRHB75 units are designed to have a compact and service-easy construction. All of the components can be disassembled without the need of dismantling the unit and ducts. The height of the product is minimized to have a compact design ensuring the minimum pressure drop inside the unit at the mean time. Galvanized sheet metal is used for JRHB75 units and the unit is insulated against thermal leakage and sound with M1 class flame retardant Polyurethane foam.

Ventilacija na zahtev / Demand Controlled Ventilation
Ventilacija na zahtev, VOD, upotrebom dodatnih CO2/IAQ ili RH senzora određuje se potrba prostora koji se ventilira, prema čemu se podešava brzina ventlatora. Da bi se prešlo na režim VOD, odgovarajući senzor mora biri instaliran i povezan, na dvojni sistem i korisnik mora izabrati "VOD" na Select mode meniju daljinskog upravljača.
Kada je izabran VOD (Ventilacija na zahtev) brzina ventilatora se kontroliše analognim 0.10V ulaznim signalom. Od 0 ... 1V ventilatori rade na minimalnoj VOD brzini a na 9. ... 10V ventilatori rade na maksimalnoj brzini za VOD. U sredini intervala, brzina ventilatora se linearno kontroliše.
Ventilation On Demand; VOD, by use of additional CO2/IAQ or RH sensor the demand indoors is calculated and the fan speed settings are adjusted accordingly. To switch to VOD mode, a proper sensor must be installed and connected, to the duet system and also the user must select “VOD” on Select Mode menu of the Remote Control.
When VOD (Ventilation On Demand) is selected the fan speed is controlled by the analog 0.10V input signal. At 0...1V the fans are running at minimum VOD speed and at 9...10V the fans are running at maximum speed for VOD. In between the fan speed is linearly controlled.
Filteri / Filters
Panelni filteri se koriste u JRHB75 uređajima za standardnu filtraciju. Klasa filtracije je G4 prema EN 779. G4 filteri su srednje efikasni filteri za jednokratnu upotrebu u ventilaciji, sa dobrim kapacitetom zadržavanja prašine. Filteri se sastoje od suvog, netkanog, ekspandiranog platna i imaju nizak inicijalni pad pritiska.
Panel filters are used in JRHB75 units for standard filtration. Filtration class is G4 according to EN 779. G4 filters are medium efficiency disposable air filters suitable for ventilation applications with good dust holding capacity. The filters consist of a dry non-woven extended surface fabric media and create low initial pressure drop.
