JSA OPGC Comments BGRE Comments 01 Work Activity (Job Steps in sequence) to be included “Wrapping and coating of Underground Pipes” shall be included in the work activity and JSA of it shall be prepared as paint and LPG flame is used for the activity. “Excavation before erection is a sub-activity” and JSA for the activity shall be included. JSA for erection shall be prepared and mentioned. JSA for Pipe Welding shall be prepared and mentioned. JSA for Night work activity shall be prepared and mentioned, if planned or allowed. 02 Material Loading, Unloading, transportation and Stacking of Pipes Present Control Measures :- Inspection of vehicle (trailer), Lifting Equipments ( Hydraulic cranes), Lifting Gears/Appliances ( D- shackles, slings, Chain Pulley Blocks) shall be carried out before start of work. Respective checklists for above shall be filled up on daily basis. Third Party Inspection Certificates of Lifting Gears/Appliances, lifting equipments as per BOCW Act and Rules shall be included in the Page 1 of 1
