Some party options include hot dog, drink, fries or chips. We can decorate, set-up and clean-up for your event.

HALL PARTIES
Party Option 1Rent a space by the hour and do yourown thing. You set up and clean up. Thirdparty liability insurance and a damagedeposit will be required. Supervision isresponsibility of parent.Cost: $16.00/hr
Party Option 2Rent a space for 2 hours with a partycoordinator to organize games. Game time will be about an hour leaving 1 hour for cake and presents. We will provide decorations. You bring the food, cake, and goodie bags. We set up and clean up. Insurance is required.Cost: $110 for up to 10 people(+5.00/additional person)
BOWLING PARTIESIn addition to these options we also rent the lanes by the hour and you do the rest. (Insurance not required) Call 749-6742 for details.
Party Option 32 lanes for 1 hour of bowling and 1 hour of cake time. We supply bowling shoes, a hotdog, juice, and chips for each person. Extra food sold at regular concession prices . We set up, clean up, and deco-rate. You bring the cake and goodiebags. Insurance is not required. Bowling Alley Coordinator will be on site & have care and control of the facility. Pinsetters will be provided.Cost: $110 for up to 10 people(+$12.00 / additional person)

Party Option 7Rent the ice by the hour and we will provide a party coordinator to organize on-ice games and supervise. You bring food, cake, and goodies bags. We will set up, decorate, and clean up. Includes 1 hour in warm room or curling lounge. Insurance is not required.Cost: Youth $130/hr or Adult $198/hr
Party Option 82½ hours includes 1½ hours of fl oor hockey, indoor soccer, or roller skating and appropriate sports equipment. We supply a party coordinator to setup, decorate, and clean up. A hot dog, juice, and fries for each person will be served in the warm room/curling lounge. Insurance Required. Supervision of all children is responsibility of parent. Cost: $20.00 per person. Minimum 5 people
Party Option 93½ hours includes public skate, skate rental, hot dog, juice, and fries for each person. Use of curling lounge/meeting room will be provided. You set up, deco-rate and clean up. Insurance Required.Supervision is responsibility of parent.Cost: $15.00 per person. Minimum 5 people

REGISTRATION POLICIESCLR OFFERS 3 EASY METHODS FOR PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Space is filled on a first come/first serve basis. Payment is required at the time of registration so please “Pay before you Play”.
Please note: All programs are subject to price, time and location changes. Every effort will be made to notify you of any changes.All programs and admission fees include applicable taxes.
Non-Sufficient Funds: An administration fee of $5 will be charged on all NSF payments.
ORGANIZATIONS
REGISTRATION POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
Satisfaction GuaranteedIf you are not satisfied with our program, we will be pleased to credit your account or provide a pro-rated refund before the commencement of the 2nd class (Note: drop-in fee will be applied where applicable i.e. playschool, yoga etc). Cowichan Lake Recreation will not process non-medical refunds after the 1st class. All requests for refunds are subject to a $5 administration fee. All approved refunds which were paid by cash, debit, cheque, VISA or MC will be refunded by cheque issued by the CVRD. Please allow up to two weeks for refund.
Withdrawal Prior to Program CommencementA credit to your account or a refund will be issued if withdrawal notice is received 1 week prior to the pro-gram start date. All requests for refunds are subject to a $5 administration fee. Under medical or emergency cir-cumstances, a full or pro-rated refund may be granted. A medical note may be required for medical situations.
Cancelled ProgramsRegrettably, if the minimum number of registrants is not reached, the program will be cancelled due to insuf-ficient registration. These decisions are made 5-7 days in advance of the program so please register early and network if possible to ensure success of your program. A 100% refund or credit will be provided if we are required to cancel the program. When a class has been can-celled due to instructor illness or inclement weather, we will make every effort to add a class on at the end of the session. If this is not possible, a credit will be placed on your account in the amount of the class missed.
Course/Class Size LimitsStaff review programs constantly. Some classes/courses will have size and /or age restrictions for the enjoy-ment or safety of all participants. Please register early to ensure your participation and please make sure that your child is the correct age prior to registering them for a program. Note: all Playschool participants must be potty trained prior to registration in this program.
Statutory Holiday PolicyPrograms are not scheduled for Stat Holidays. Every effort will be made to schedule around such occurrences.

The 10th annual 56 km. walk or run around beautiful Cowichan Lake from the community of Youbou on the north shore to Caycuse, Honeymoon Bay, Mesachie Lake on the south shore, fi nishes in the Town of Lake Cowichan.
