Barber Unit: CONGRATULATIONS!! WE DID IT!! We pulled out another year! I cannot be more thrilled to be a part of this incredible unit! You WOW me! Your tenacity, your go-give spirit and your willingness to do the and then some!! I count it a privilege to have each and every one of you in my life. Congratulations to our QUEENS and to our TOP 10! Be proud of yourself for your accomplishments!! This year has been a fight on so many levels! For me it was a fight to continue to work through pregnancy...a fight alongside my daughter the last 9 months of her life and a fight to the FINISH!! WE FOUGHT we CONQUERED and we FINISHED! Praise be to GOD!! Now as we look

forward into this next year I am so excited...THIS year is about Transformation! We fought

when we needed to and now it is time to be TRANSFORMED! How??...by the renew-

ing of our minds! As we renew our minds by dwelling on the right things I believe we will see this UNIT turn upside down. We will bring forth leaders and emerge as a Mil-
