There have been multiple reports of counterfeit $100 bills circulating in Billings, Laurel, Livingston, Bozeman, Belgrade, Helena and Missoula. Counterfeit detection pens, normally used to detect fake bills, do not work in this case since the counterfeit $100 notes were printed on real $1 notes. Since the paper is real, the pens will show a false negative. According to the Secret Service alert, the bills include a security strip and watermark that are visible on the backside of the bill. The alert states that it is obvious that the security strip and watermark have been printed using white ink. In the lower left hand corner of the bill, the color shifting ink is the wrong shade of green: It DOES NOT shift color from green to black, reads the alert. The Secret Service is asking for assistance in locating and identifying suspects who could be involved in the production as well as the passing of counterfeit currency. The agency asks that if you receive a fake bill that you do not return it to the person who presented the counterfeit currency, but that you note the description of the person and their vehicle and then call your local police and the Secret Service.

A Worldwide survey was conducted by the United Nations. The only question asked in the survey was: Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world? The survey was a huge failure. In Africa they didnt know what food meant, In India they didnt know what honest meant, In Europe they didnt know what shortage meant, In China they didnt know what opinion meant, in the Middle East they didnt know what solution meant, In South America they didnt know what please meant, and in the USA they didnt know what the rest of the world meant!

    And the survey says....
