I. Concerns Regarding CLCII. General Assembly of Mayors

Meeting Proper

I. Concerns Regarding CLC Mr.Balauag is assigned to make a letter of request for kneelers that will be use on the Candle Lighting Ceremony. The O.R numbers of the Caps and Cap Case should be ready by Monday. Picture sample of the plaque should be ready by Monday and it is assigned to Mr.Cardenas. The Level II working committee will be the one to instruct and help the batch government to assist the students on the CLC practice.

II. General Assembly of Mayors.

The general assembly of mayors will be held at Saturday, 6pm at NB510.All mayors must attend because important matters will be discuss and tackle. The opening prayer will be lead by Ms.Kristine Reyes The opening and closing remark will be conducted by Mr.Malapo The topics to discuss are about the Candle Lighting Ceremony, Organizational Fee, O.R Numbers of cap and cap case, class list of each section and information dissemination. The closing prayer will be lead by Mr.Balauag.

AdjournmentThe meeting concluded at exactly 09:20pm. The secretary led the closing prayer. The house agreed to set their next meeting on July 8, 2011.
