Nick has questions, Merrill has answers

    Letter to the Buzz

Tis letter is in response to Nick Chiechis letter tothe Buzz in the June 3rd issue. I didnt wish to reply toMr. Chiechis most recent article, because I believe it iscounter productive and o no use to sling mud in thesearticles. What is necessary is a coming together o thecommunity and a consensus on how we are to proceed. With this in mind, there must be a new spirit and tone toour communications other than finding ault. So, with that

in mind, I thank Mr. Chiechi or putting orth pertinentquestions and giving much-needed input. Would that allthe people in St. Marie were as willing to provide input ashe has!1. Q - Is it putting the cart beore the horse, since ArticleX has not been ruled on legally?A - Te 1988 Protective Covenants o the Village o St.Marie is a legal binding document. Te wording o ArticleX is so legally obvious, that no legal interpretation shouldbe required. Te language is what the language is.

    2. Q - No vote on anything should take place since thereis NO legal power to do so.A - Te Protective Covenants are unequivocal. Fify-one percent o the unit and property owners (Covenant

Owners) can make any decision that has to do with thecommunity, and their findings and conclusions are legallybinding. Tis was the purpose o the Protective Covenants.

    3. Q - Are the ollowing legalsubdivisions with newdeclarants, townhomes, new association?A - Tey are legal when the Covenant Owners say they are.

    4. Q - What is planned or NVCCA, is it legal or not?A - Any duplex or ourplex in the town o St. Marie canbe converted to a condo. Its up to what the people want.Everything could be very easily dealt with i there was aclear title picture on all the properties.

    5. Q - What is the result o the Quiet itle action betweenEMS and DM?

A - Te case is still pending.

    6. Q - Why does DM and Mitchell want control o theSt. Marie Village Association?A - Because we own a majority o the units, and the policiesput orth by the ormer Board have been so detrimental toprogress in St. Marie that new blood is required to get abetter perspective and better results.

    7. Q - Are the 3 largest investors capitalized enough todevelop St. Marie and are they paying all their bills?A - One interesting aspect to this is that all parties haveagreed that in order to upgrade roads, street lights, etc.that a portion o each sale o each unit will be given to theVillage or that purpose.

    8. Q - How many condos have the Big 3 fixed and soldto date?A - Teres no way that any kind o progress can be madeuntil there is a clear title picture. Te act that the units areonly selling or $35,000.00 is ample testimony to the act

that clear title must be obtained. No one views St. Marie asa permanent situation only a temporary stop, because noone can gain clear title to their property. (See http://www.stmarienews.wordpress.com/posts or urther discussiono Quiet itle)

    9. Q - What is the business plan o the 3 investors howare they going to fix, sell, and make money in St. Marie.A Everything is predicated on one concept gainingclear title to our property. Until we can sell what we have asunencumbered, theres not much we can do. Te reason were being so meticulous and inclusiveas ar as the Protective Covenants are concerned is toavoid uture problems that might arise rom a policyperspective, and so that everyone will know exactly

what their rights are, exactly what their rules are, andexactly what the consequences are. Tis is the reasonwe are being so careul and all-inclusive so that thepeople will have the tools and mechanisms to runtheir affairs in such a way that is most advantageous tothem. Te problem in St. Marie is that the power in thecommunity is centered in too ew people. Tat has tochange. It must change. It will change. I it doesntchange, get used to selling your units, i you can sellthem, at $35,000.00 apiece, and having only poor peoplemove in that dont have any extra money to pay theirbills. ~Merrill Frantz, St. Marie

    Sovereign or Patriot?

SOVEREIGNS- Who and what are they? Whatdo they stand or and what is their direction? Inthe past Merrill Frantz article in he Buzz Mr.Frantz asked: What is a Sovereign? I ask himto write another article and describe exactly whata Sovereign Being is and why one choses thatpath.

CLARITY NEEDED-I have l imited knowledgeon the subject as do many other olks. Ive beentold theres a dierence between he UnitedStates and the United States o America. hisis not clear to me. I have read the 5 page articleput out by the ABA (American Bar Assoc) in May2014. It described many ACICS with exampleson how Sovereign People operate.

It mentioned FLOODING the Courts withmeaningless paperwork, taking power in areasi allowed to, iling alse 1099s on people, ilingalse liens, taking others property alsely, on andon and on. So FRANZ, I also challenge you toclariy and EXPLAIN the items mentioned in theABA ARICLE.

IN AGREEMENT- However, I am heavily inagreement that I too dont like the direction ourcountry is being taken- Economically, Socially onDomestic Issues, and on Foreign Diplomacy. Itoo question the worth o some o our countrysleaders, their activities, and their rampling onhe Constitution! Ive had many conversationswith erry-Lee on these issues and thats what wedo have IN COMMON.

BUT with all this being said, I considermysel A PARIO. Being a Navy veteran, Istrongly believe in DUY to God and Country.I also believe in the American Way o Lie -the FREEDOMS and RIGHS provided us. So I

believe that I am a PARIO having served andought or those VALUES. Additional ly, I eel I domy patriotic duty by PAYING AXES that provideor the rights, beneits, and comorts o ourCIVILIZED SOCIEY. Overall, in comparison,no other country is like the good Ol U.S.A.! ~ Nick Chi echi , St. Marie
