    JONATHANS CORNER -The now 5-1 Noel Road Gators who are coming off the ALS Tournament Championshiplast weekend do battle with Sacktown AC in Rawdon tonight. Last weekends action saw in the tournament openFriday Hants North jump out to a quick 4-0 lead on the Gators and held the lead going to the half. When the 2 n

    half whistle went Ray White and Jamie Slate lead the comeback cutting the lead to 4-2 late in the game. After NoRoad scored to tie the two teams headed to overtime where nothing was solved so it came to a shootout! With thgame on the line Andrew Dickson scored to tie the shootout at 2-2. Jon Campbell capitalized for the winner and

    the 6-5 win. With SCA of Brookfield dropping both games Saturday 7-3 to Noel Road and 7-4 to Hants North thasat up a gold medal Showdown Saturday evening between the Gators and Hants North. The Gators would not bdenied on this night with a strong solid team effort in a 7-2 win, Stand out players of the tournament were JamSlate and Janice Cameron of Noel Road, Greg Harris and Jeremy Steward of Hants North and Matt Carroll of SCA
