01/06/14 Thanksgiving Psalm 92:1, 138:1-2

1. January, February, March, April and May all under the hood. Many have gone, many are ruined, many are wishing they didn’t live to see today. But God has been faithful. It may not have been 5 months of sugar candy island, but look back and you’ll find lots to thank God for

02/06/14 Consecration Psalm 66:18-19

1. “If I regard iniquity in my heart,

The Lord will not hear.” The close you are to sin, the farther you would be from God. Examine your heart today ,are you still in the number saved by grace?

2. Intercede on behalf of backslidden Christians, Pray that God’s mercy will avail, and they will find their way back to the fold

Jeremiah 1 : 10

1. Pull down every power and principalities that are militating against long-awaited breakthroughs in the live of our brethren

2 Pray down divinely orchestrated breakthrough into your family and live.

3 Pray that will cause you to find favour with all this month

Confessions of Faith (1) Isaiah 55 : 12-13 “Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”

1. Pray for divine exchange today,

that every unpleasant experience the enemy has scheduled for you be exchanged for a glorious one.

Confessions of Faith (2) Luke 10:19 “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” 1. Pray for courage to stand

strong and reject every compromising spirit and gestures.

2. Pray for forthcoming church projects, that God will cause them to succeed greatly.

2. Pray for God to establish you in

righteousness, that none of the evil terror inducing activities of the wicked shall succeed against you, your family and the church

your evangelistic efforts with signs and wonders

2. Pray for the DAWN vision of the church, that the Holy Spirit will work great miracles as He did in the Acts of the Apostles

2. Lift up your covenant card before God and once again commit its unanswered request to God

scripture, ask the Lord to open unto you his good treasure this month

Confessions of Faith (7) Psalm 121 : 7 - 8 “The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore” 1. Pray against any form of death,

accident, loss, robbery , kidnap, fire incident among members of the church. Pray that God will divinely preserve us all through the remaining half of the year.

Renewal of Spiritual experiences Titus 3 : 5 “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.”

2. Prayerfully renew your

commitment to Christ today, ask Him to come and refresh all your Christian experiences, ask the Holy Ghost to refill you again.

Numerical Growth Jeremiah 30 : 9 “And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few, I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small

1. Pray for numerical, spiritual,

and physical multiplication of all our DLBC, DLCF and HCF locations this year. Pray that God will enlarge our coasts all around

Redeeming the drive for Evangelism Acts 2:47 “praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.” 1. Pray that God will revive

hunger for souls in your heart, and help you to be a profitable soul winner

2. Pray for the DAWN vision of the church, that God will help us to conquer new territories

14/06/14 Families Psalm 107:41 “Yet He sets the poor on high, far from affliction, And makes their families like a flock.” 1. Lets lift up every family in the

church into God’s hands, let pray for a revival of love, unity and respect in our homes

2. Pray against all the forces of modernity that are battling against family life

15/06/14 Fathers 1 John 12 : 14 “I have written to you, fathers, Because you have known Him who is from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, Because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, And you have overcome the wicked one.” 1. Pray for every father today, pray

that God will gives us fathers like Abraham who leave generational blessings behind.

looking to God for His leading in marriage

Youths Psalm 144 : 12 “That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; That our daughters may be as pillars, Sculptured in palace style;” 1. Pray for spiritual awakening

among our youths, that God will raise Daniels, Esthers, Ruths and Davids from among them

2. Pray that will help them to keep pure and untainted in the midst of all the corruption and evil around them

20/06/14 Those seeking children Psalm 113 : 9 “He grants the barren woman a home, Like a joyful mother of children.” 1. Grace to be peaceful and calm

when face with life’s challenges and oppositions.

2. Grace to be steadfast always abounding in the love of God.

June monthly revival programme Isaiah 9 : 4 “For You have broken the yoke of his burden And the staff of his shoulder, The rod of his oppressor, As in the day of Midian.” 1. Pray for this month’s revival

programme, that as many as come seeking God’s intervention in their lives will not be disappointed

2. Pray that every yoke will be broken by the anointing

Love & Unity in the Church Psalm 133 : 1 “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity!” 1. Pray against every manifestation

of backbiting, slander, oppression and disunity in the church.

2. Pray that God will fill each of us with sincere brotherly love, that will not be hidden.

23/04/14 Church Leadership 1 Thessalonians 5 : 25 “Brethren, pray for us” 1. Pray for all our pastors, sectional

heads, workers, and everyone in position of leadership in the church, that God will empower them to be good worthy shepherds following after the footsteps of Jesus Christ

2. Pray that none of our leaders will backslide in Jesus name

continue to uphold our pastor, that the vision God gave him will not grow dim or be tarnished

Pray for all our leaders:

presidents, lawmakers, judges, politicians, ministers, etc. that righteousness will reign in their hearts

attendance figures at our mid-week services, that every obstacle hindering people from attending mid-week services be removed

2. Pray for the manifestation of the grace and power of God every time we come together to worship in His presence

27/04/14 Persecuted Saints Ephesians 6 : 18 “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;” 1. Pray for all the saints that are

being persecuted world over, that God will deliver them

2. Pray for those other going one form of persecution or the other, that God will be with them

28/06/14 Troubled countries I Corinthians 14 : 33 “For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.” 1. Pray for Countries that going

through conflicts and war such as Ukraine, Syria, Libya, CAR, etc. pray for peace to reign in these nations and that God should bring swift relief and restoration.

your life, family and church

2. Pray that you will be tuned to the frequency of the Holy Spirit, and that you would not grieve Him
