Cribs for Kids | Tuesday, June 14 @ 11:15 am (after Bouncing
Babies & Books); Thursday, June 30 @ 6:30 pm Eileen Carlins from Cribs for Kids will explain the organization and how they can help you. The mission of Cribs for Kids is to prevent infant deaths by educating caregivers on the importance of practicing safe sleep for their babies and providing portable cribs for families who cannot afford a safe place for their children to sleep. Registration required for the June 30 program.

U4YA Barbershop Quartet Friday, Aug. 12 @ 7 pm
Friends of the Baldwin Library are proud to present a wonderful evening of music provided by the local singing group, U4YA (Euphoria). Refreshments will be provided by South Hills Community Connect.
Registration required due to limited seating. Suggested donation is $10 per person.

We are thrilled to have a Point Park University Musical Theater major leading teens in its first-ever summer musical for
students entering grades 6-12. You must be available for most of the practices and for the performance date. Parental permission forms are available at the library and must be completed before the first practice. Registration required.

Imagination Yoga Mondays @ 10:30 am: June 13 & 27, July 11 & 25; Aug. 8 & 22 A certified Imagination Yoga instructor uses an original story to guide students ages 3-8 through a yoga class. Each adventure incorporates the physical benefits of yoga, calming and concentration techniques and kindness exercises. Yoga mat provided. Registration required.
Rock That Smock Art Camp
Wednesdays @ 10:30 am: June 8 through Aug. 17 A little paint and a lot of creativity awaits children ages 3-6. This includes a story, activity and a take-home art project! Please wear old clothing! Registration required.

Discover 3D Printing Wednesday, June 15 @ 6:30 pm Join Aaron Hartman from Bits to Pieces and learn how 3D printing is going to change the world. This short lecture and demonstration is a beginner's guide to getting started with 3D printing. See a printer creating a part right before your eyes! This program is for anyone ages 8 and older (teens and adults too)! Registration required.
Science in the Summer with Carnegie Science Center Monday-Thursday: July 25-28 from 12:30-1:30 pm GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare and the Carnegie Science Center are teaming up to bring you Science in the Summer! This program is over four consecutive days, and you must be able to attend all sessions. Registration for this program is required and is limited to 18 participants entering grades 2-6.
Summer Reading Club
This year’s theme is “On Your Mark, Get Set, Read!” for children birth through entering fifth grade. Registration begins June 1 and is ongoing throughout the summer. We conclude our program with our end-of-summer BBQ on Aug. 26.
