GENERAL INFORMATION

Our Jungle Gyms & Play Structures are built with great care, always keeping in mind that the safety of children come FIRST. Jungle Gyms

should always be used under strict adult supervision. Please discuss your safety concerns with us before placing your order so that we can

customise your Jungle Gym to suit your preference. We have many designs to choose from and of all our designs can be customized. We

are always open to suggestions. We specialise in custom designs to suit individual requirements. We also offer freestanding structures and

DIY KITS.

We provide a free, no obligation quotation.

SPECIFICATION OF MATERIALS

All the timber used to build our Jungle Gyms & Structures is treated. Structures are coated with a double coat of timber preservative to seal

and protect the timber against the earthly elements. We only use galvanized nuts, bolts and cup squares to assemble our structures. Our

fireman’s poles and monkey bars are also galvanized. All accessories i.e. swings, eyebolts, sway-bridges, sway- drums etc. are suspended

with 6mm galvanized chain. Please note that our enclosed cabins are not “Wendy“ houses and should not be used for this purpose. Jungle

gym enclosed houses are rustic structures and are not 100% waterproof. Fully operational doors and windows can be included on request

and at an additional fee. Custom specifications can be discussed and will be accommodated for as far as possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INSTALLATION

Quotations are valid for 21 days.

Prices in our brochure exclude VAT and a timber delivery fee. Installations outside of a 25km radius from Montague Gardens will incur

an additional delivery fee, which will be added to the quotation.

All quotations are accompanied by an Acceptance Form which should be completed and returned to us with your proof of payment. Orders

will not be processed until we have received the completed Acceptance Form and proof of payment. A 75% deposit is required upon

acceptance of the quotation. The balance is due on the day of completion. Payment methods are strictly cash or EFT. Any structure

installed by Jungle Mania Structures cc will remain our property until full payment is received.

We regret that no installation can take place in rainy/wet weather. Alternative installation arrangements will be made accordingly.

Materials are usually delivered to the client’s premises a few days before installation commences. It is the client’s responsibility to secure

these materials until we arrive on site. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of materials and it will be for the client’s own

account to replace the materials.

Before we start any installation, our team must be informed of any underground irrigation, drainage pipes, cabling, expensive plants

etc. Even though we work with great care, we do not take responsibility for property damages or the repair thereof. The positioning of a

new structure should be discussed and finalised before the installation commences. Any dissatisfaction regarding the positioning will be

rectified at the client's own cost and booked as a new installation. The customer is to ensure that the area where the jungle gym will be

installed is free of any unwanted grass / plants / trees before installation is scheduled to commence.

Quotations are for installation in soft soiled areas and do not include / provide for any labour, material or machinery needed to dig into hard,

clay or rocky areas. Should we encounter conditions which will necessitate additional costs, then this will be discussed with the client and

added to the outstanding balance. Sand, stone or rubble dug out from the holes where the poles are planted will not be removed from the

premises.

Please note that our team should not be asked to stop construction due to any personal circumstances unless prior arrangements have been

made with our office. Delays caused could potentially extend the installation period and further costs for labour and travelling may be

incurred. Jungle Mania Structures cc will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of materials or the structure(s) when we leave the

site.

Jungle Mania Structures cc is not responsible for ensuring the ground under and around a Jungle Gym installation complies to SANS 51176

and SANS 51177.

Jungle Mania Structures cc has public liability insurance for the duration of the installation and cannot be held responsible for any injuries

after we have left the premises.

We offer a 24 month workmanship guarantee on newly installed structures.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR D.I.Y. KITS

Prices in our brochure excludes VAT. Prices DO NOT include delivery and installation. Transportation of D.I.Y. KITS are for the clients

own account. If the client does not have his/her own means of transportation, then we are able to assist by providing a quote from an

independent trucking company to transport the kit to your premises. The costs hereof will be discussed with the client and added to the initial

quotation. Please note that a delivery note of all the stock items will be checked, ticked off and signed by one of our own staff members as

well as the person/company collecting the items. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage once the stock has left our

premises.

D.I.Y. KITS consist of the following:

All poles and timber, cut to the right size and sanded accordingly. All hardware and accessories as per the design chosen. Most

components are pre assembled i.e. roof, ramp, ladder, bridge etc. (please enquire for further information) . A full installation guide including

floor plans will be provided.

D.I.Y. KITS do not include the following:

The frame work will not be pre-assembled and will still require the drilling of all holes. No paint / timber preservative to coat structures . No

sand, stone or cement. No tools . No delivery.

order will be processed until we have received the completed Acceptance Form and proof of payment. Full payment is required upon the

acceptance of the quotation. Payment methods are strictly cash or EFT. All other terms and conditions remain as per the terms and

conditions for supply and installation.

We make your choice easy, offering top quality products, on time, every time.

Timber is treated in accordance with the SABS specifications. Poles are cemented at least 500mm into the

ground. We only use galvanized nuts, bolts and cup squares. Cup squares are counter sunk to prevent

injuries. Hanging components are suspended with 6mm galvanized chain. No gaps between platform planks.

All platforms have safety/guard rails. Platform height is 1.4m. Sliding boards are 2.8m long. All structures

are sanded down and ends of poles are rounded. Prices include a double coat of timber preservative on all

structures installed by us.
