The Front-End Developer sits within the Digital Department in the Health BU, a pool of people for the delivery of Digital Tools like eCRM and CMS, software to support Legal & Security Compliance like GDPR, Office365 projects, connected innovation initiatives and cloud platform maintenance.The pool provides the expertise in the digital marketing and internal workspace landscape and includes Digital and Software Architects, Software Developers, Software QA Engineers, Project Managers, Software Development Team Leads and Managers, Business Analysts, Platform Engineers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners. The Frontend Developer is involved in the process of creating a frontend part of software solutions like projects or platforms, from design to deployment and support stage.The Frontend Developer reports directly to one Software Development Team Leader and realises tasks assigned by Product Owner or/and Project Manager within a team.

Skills/Experiences required :

Essential3 year's experience working in Front-End Development (Mid +)Very good verbal and written communication in English languageA sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s successExperience working in mixed Waterfall and Scrum/Kanban development processEnthusiastic about the use of technology, Effective time management and organisational skills (Mid +)Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving (Mid +)Able to prioritise work and balance competing demands (Mid+)Able to deal with ambiguity and cope with change (Mid+)
