The Z8 represents the ingenuity of Swiss engineering. The new Profes-

sional Aroma Grinder guarantees 12.2 %* more aroma and consistently

high grind quality so that flavours unfold to perfection. The Pulse Ex-

traction Process (P.E.P.®) ensures the optimum extraction time for short

specialities such as Ristretto and Espresso. Creations with milk and milk

foam are easy to prepare using fine foam technology by simply touch-

ing the precise, 4.3” high-resolution color touchscreen display. The Z8

is crafted from high-quality materials with painstaking attention to de-

tail. The front and top sections are made of 3-millimetre-thick alumini-

um. The grooved water tank and chrome-plated coffee spout accentu-

ate the sculptural design.

An impressive range of specialitiesThe premium coffee machine makes an impressive statement when it

comes to variety and choice. Full-bodied, aromatic classic coffee drinks,

trend specialities with light and airy milk foam, even Caffè Barista, Lun-

go Barista as well as Pots of Coffee never fall short of perfection thanks

to the One-Touch Lungo function. Two times eight different specialities

can be selected simply by touching the start screen, and a total of 21

programmable specialities are available. Two pumps and two heating

systems allow the coffee and milk to be prepared in parallel, creating

the perfect Café au Lait in the cup.

One-touch Lungo for a light, aromatic‚ long coffeeInspired by know-how from the world’s best baristas, the Z8 turns en-

joying a coffee into a long-lasting pleasure. For the Caffè Barista, the

Lungo Barista and the Pot of Coffee, it uses a special preparation meth-

od to also combine the coffee with hot water during the extraction pro-

cess to produce full-bodied, delicate, deliciously long specialities. Creat-

ing the perfect treat for the body and soul.
