It's a booklet, published in 1980, by the National Commission for Justice and Peace -- an episcopal commission of the Catholic Bishops of Bangladesh. It deals with the need for a declaration on justice and peace, the main contradiction, why justice is a concern of the Church, biblical basis of justice and peace, analysis of existing situation in Bangladesh, road to progress (political realism, awareness building & trade, not aid), and appeal to Christians (need for Christian witness, Christian role in Bangladesh, justice within the local Church, and the Church as a sign of peace).
