Uluslararası Ticari Bilimler Ekonomi Öğrenciler Birliği (AIESEC) Kocaeli şubesi tarafından Sakarya Üniversitesi’nde kültür panayırı düzenlendi.Kültürel kaynaşmayı sağlamak amacıyla yapılan etkinlik, yabancı ve Türk öğrencileri bir araya getirdi.Etkinlikte farklı ülkelerden gelen öğrenciler tarafından ülkelerini tanıtan stantlar açıldı.

A culture fair was organised by Kocaeli branch of AIESEC in Sakarya University.The event, which was held in order to provide cultural fusion, gathered foreign and Turkish students.

Stands were prepared by students coming from different countries to introduce their countries in the event.

A planting event was organised by Sakarya University, Faculty of Communication, in the leadership of the head of Department, Ass. Prof. Nuray Yılmaz Sert. Public Relations and Advertising Department, Community Service Practices students in Esentepe Campus.

Sakarya Üniversitesi Genç Tema Öğrenci Topluluğu 11 Mayıs’ta Esentepe Kampüsü’nde ‘Kömürsüz yaşam’ adlı bir etkinlik düzenledi.

Kömürlü termik santrallerin kurulmasına dikkat çekmek amacıyla “Kömür mü? Ömür mü?” sloganıyla pankart açan topluluk üyesi öğrenciler ayrıca kampüste bisikletlerle tur atarak broşür dağıttı.

Sakarya University Young TEMA Students’ Community organised an event called “Life Excluding Coal” in Esentepe Campus in 11 May.

The student members of the community who unfurled a banner with the slogan “Coal or Life?” with a view to attracting attention to the foundation of coal thermal power plants distributed brochures by wandering around with their bicycles.

Rectorship Special Award in the competition “Campus from My Own Eyes”, went to İbrahim Öner who is a Metallurgical and Materials Enginereing student.

Sakarya Üniversitesi Korumalı Futbol takımı Tatankalar, 2015-2016 Üniversiteler Süper Ligi’nde Türkiye şampiyonluğu elde etti. Anadolu Üniversitesi Rangers’ı 6 Mayıs’ta Marmaris’te oynanan final maçında 13-3 mağlup eden Sakarya Tatankaları, Korumalı Futbol Süper Ligi şampiyonluk kupasının sahibi oldu.

***Sakarya University Guarded Football Team Tatankas won the championship of Turkey in 2015-2016 Universities Super League. Tatankalas of Sakarya, who defeated Anatolian University Rangers in the final match which was played in Marmaris in 6 May with the score of 13-3, became the owner of Guarded Football Super League Championship Cup.

The students of Sakarya University attended in the First Duty March, which was organised on the occasion of 19 May the Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day.

Eğitimde Yetkinlik Odaklı DönüşümCompetence-based Education TransformationSakarya Üniversitesi olarak yoğun ve başarılı geçen bir eğitim öğretim yılının daha sonuna geldik. Öncelikle bu yıl mezun olacak öğrencilerimizi kutluyor, bundan sonraki hayatlarında kendilerine başarılar diliyorum. Üniversite olarak dâhil olduğumuz kalite ve akreditasyon sürecini başarıyla sürdürüyoruz. ÖSYM’nin bu yıl yayınlayacağı tercih kılavuzda kurumların akreditasyon durumları da ayrıca belirtilecek. Bu bizim için önemli. Türkiye’de şu anda bölümleri en çok akredite olmuş üniversiteyiz, bu konuda önemli bir mesafe kat ettik. İçinde bulunduğumuz eğitim öğretim yılında 40’tan fazla bölümümüzün akreditasyon süreci tamamlandı. Uzun ve meşakkatli geçen bu süreç üniversitemizde kurduğumuz sistem sayesinde ilgili kurumlarda kısa bir zamanda gerçekleştirildi. EUA değerlendirmesinden başarıyla geçtikBu yıl başvurusunu gerçekleştirdiğimiz Avrupa Üniversiteler Birliği (EUA) Kurumsal Değerlendirme Programı (KDP) çerçevesinde kapsamlı bir değerlendirme sürecinden geçtik. Yapılan görüşmelerde EUA ekibinin üniversite çalışmalarımızı yerinde görmesi ve üniversitemizle ilgili pozitif izlenim ve değerlendirmelerde bulunmaları hedeflerimiz açısından önemliydi. Eğitim ve araştırma kalitesini arattırmaya yönelik bugüne kadar yaptığımız birçok çalışmanın son iki yılda meyvelerini alıyoruz. Eğitim öğretim dönemi boyunca öğrencilerimizle yakından ilgilenen, başarı hikâyemize önemli katkılar sunan akademik ve idari kadromuza da emek ve özverilerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.

***We came to the end of a successful and busy academic year as Sakarya University. First of all, I would like to congratulate our students who will graduate this year, and wish success to them in their life following this.I sustain the quality and accreditation process where we got involved successfully. The accreditation case of the institutes will be also indicated in the preference manual which ASPC will publish this year. This is significant for us. It is our university the departments of which have been accredited in Turkey the most now. We have covered an important distance in this regard. More than 40 departments have completed their accreditation process this very academic year. This long and toilsome period has been realised in the related institutions in a short time thanks to the system which we set in our university.We are successful in EUA evaluationWe went through an evaluation programme within the framework of European University Association (EUA), Institutional Evaluation Programme (IEP), which we have applied this year. That EUA council found our studies appropriate and stated positive impressions and evaluations was really important for us, regarding our goals. For the last two years, we have had the fruits of various studies that we have carried out in order to increase the quality of education and research up to now. I would like to thank our academic and administrative staff who provided invaluable contributions to our success story and dealt with our students closely during the academic year for their labour and devotion, as well.

Derslere katıldığımda zaten not tutuyorum. Onun dışında arkadaşlarımdan eksik olan notları alıyorum. Sınavdan bir gün önce notları tekrar ediyorum. Arkadaşlarımla birlikte çalışıyorum ve takıldığım yerde onlardan yardım alıyorum. Arkadaşlarımla daha verimli ve sıkılmadan çalışabiliyorum.

I already take notes when I attend the classes. Except for this, I take the missing notes from my friends. I repeat the notes one day before the exam. I study together with my friends and I get help from my friends when I get stuck. I can study with my friends more efficiently and without getting bored.

Özlem Zehra Yılmaz- Hemşirelik/Nursery

Sınavlara arkadaş ortamında değil de bireysel olarak çalışmayı tercih ediyorum. Derslerde tuttuğum notları kullanıyorum. Sınavlardan önce yapılan kısa sınavların da katkısı oluyor. Kütüphane sınav döneminde çok kalabalık olduğundan daha sakin yerleri tercih ediyorum. Çoğu arkadaşım kütüphanede yer bulamadığından çimenlerde veya başka yerlerde çalışmak zorunda kalıyor.

I prefer to study for exams individually, not in friends’ atmosphere. I make use of the notes I take during the classes. Quizzes made before the exams also make contributions. Because the library is very crowded in the exam period, I prefer more silent places. Majority of my friends have to study on grasses or different places, since they cannot find any space in the library to study.

Mert Karapınar- Çeviri Bilimi/ Translation Studies

Sınav haftasından 1 hafta önce çalışmaya başlıyorum. Yazarak çalışmayı seviyorum. Kütüphanede çalışıyorum. Derslerde not tutuyorum. Hem dinlemem hem yazmam gerekiyor. Tuttuğum notları arkadaşlarımla da paylaşıyorum.

I find more efficient to study for the classes by reading. I prefer to memo-rise. I do not go to the library. I don’t even find efficient to study over there. I study better when I am alone in my room in the dormitory. I rarely take note during the classes.

Şeyda Çakmak- Sosyoloji/ Sociology

Genellikle sınavlardan 1-2 gün önce notlara bakıyorum. Sınavdan önce de notlara son bir göz atıp sınava öyle giriyorum. Kütüphaneye ders çalışmak için değil de daha çok roman okumak için gidiyorum. Orada çalışanları görünce heves ediyorum ama kütüphanede sıkılıyorum. O yüzden yurtta çalışmayı tercih ediyorum.

I generally have a look at my notes 1 or 2 days before the exams. I have my exams by having the last glimpse on my notes just before the exam. I go to library not to study my lessons, but to read novels. I feel encouraged when I see those who are studying there. But I get bored in the library. Accordingly, I prefer to study at dormitory.

Akın Kökalp – Çalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri İlişkileri/Environmental Economics

Sınav haftasından 1 hafta önce çalışmaya başlıyorum. Yazarak çalışmayı seviyorum. Kütüphanede çalışıyorum. Derslerde not tutuyorum. Hem dinlemem hem yazmam gerekiyor. Tuttuğum notları arkadaşlarımla da paylaşıyorum.

I start to study one week before the exam’s week. I love studying by writing. I study in the library. I take notes during the classes. I need to both listen and write. I also share my notes with my friends.

Ebru Bilir- Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı/Turkish Language and Literature

Çalışanlar için heyecan, az çalışanlar için stres kaynağı olan final sınavları başladı. Kimi bilindik taktiklerle hazırlanıyor sınavlara, kimi de kendine özgü çalışma stratejileriyle. Bireysel çalışmadan yana olanlar, grup halinde çalışmayı tercih edenler, sessiz mekanlarda daha iyi konsantrasyon sağlayanlar, tekrar yapanlar,

ezberine güvenenler, kendi ders notlarıyla yetinebilenler, arkadaşlarının çalışma notlarından medet umanlar derken, her bir öğrenci ister istemez bir hazırlık süreci içine giriyor.

Final döneminde, SAÜ öğrencilerine sınavlara nasıl hazırlandıklarını sorduk.

Final exams which are the source of excitement for hard-workers and stress for less hardworking students are approaching. Some people are getting prepared for the exams with common strategies while some others do it with their own studying strategies. Every student differentiating between those who like studying in groups or studying alone, who have got

better concentration in silent places, who make revisions, who trust on their memorisation, who makes enough with their own notes or trust on their friends’ notes enters into the process of getting prepared for the exams inevitably. We asked SAU students how they are getting prepared for the exams on the eve of final exams period.

SAÜ öğrencileri sınavlara nasıl hazırlanıyor?How students of SAU get prepared for exams?

Oğuzhan Kılınç - Onur Trak

Sınavlara kütüphanenin bireysel çalışma salonunda sabahtan akşama kadar çalışarak hazırlanmayı tercih ediyorum. Ancak arada kafeteryadan gelen müzik sesinin ve kütüphaneye sanki grup halinde sohbet etmeye gelmiş öğrencilerin gürültülerinin verimli çalışmayı engellediğini de söylemek isterim. Sınav için kitap okuyup özetler çıkarıyorum. Derslerde tuttuğum notlara da çalışıyorum.

I prefer to getting prepared for the exams by studying in individualised studying halls of the library from morning to evening. However, I would like to say that the music sound coming from the canteen and the noise coming from the students who prob-ably come to the library to chat in groups disrupt effective studying, as well. I read books and make summaries for exams. I study the notes I took in the classes, as well.

Yeni dönemde buluşmak dileğiyle…Hope to meet in the new semester…2012 yılında kurulan fakültemiz öğrencileriyle buluşmasının dördüncü yılını kutluyor. İlk günden bugüne iletişim sektörüne donanımlı ve yetenekli gençler kazandırma misyonuyla hareket ederek önemli mesafeler kat ettik. Uygulama gazetemiz Kampüs Haber, muhabir öğrencilerimiz ve danışman öğretim elemanlarımızın katkısıyla 21. sayısına ulaştı. İnternet televizyonumuz SAÜ TV, üniversitemizin etkinlikleri ve lisans derslerimizin geniş kitlelere ulaştırılmasında önemli bir sorumluluğu üstleniyor. Bu yıl yayın hayatına başlayan uygulama dergisi SAÜ Aktüel ile geleceğe ve öğrencilerimize yatırımımız devam ediyor.

Fakültemizin sektörle olan ilişkilerini güçlendirmek için alanında uzman iletişimcilerin deneyimlerini öğrencilerimizle paylaşabilecekleri ortamlar yaratmaya her zaman özen gösterdik. Sosyal sorumluluk projeleri, topluma hizmet uygulamalarıyla öğrencilerimizin yaşadıkları topluma değer katabilmeleri için onlara yol göstermeye çalıştık.

Amacımız herşeyden önce, büyük önder Atatürk’ün geleceğimizin teminatı gördüğü gençlerimize, değerli öğrencilerimize iyi bir rehber olmak, onlara ışık tutmak. Bu vesileyle, Cumhuriyetimizin emanetçisi gençlerimize ithaf edilen 19 Mayıs Atatürk’ü Anma Gençlik Spor Bayramı’nı en içten duygularımla kutluyorum.

Yeni dönemde, yeni sayılarda buluşmak dileğiyle…

***Our faculty, which was founded in 2012, is celebrating the fourth year of its meeting with its students. We have covered important distances by moving with the mission of bringing well-qualified and skilful young people to the communication sector up to now since the first day. Our practice newspaper, CampusNews has reached to its 21. Issue with the contributions of reporter students and counselling instructors. Our Internet television, SAU TV takes an important responsibility in announcement of the events and postgraduate courses to large mass. Our investment for the future and our students are continuing with the practice magazine, SAU Actual, which has begun its publication life this year.

We always took care of creating atmospheres where specialist communicators can share their experience with our students so that we can strengthen the relations of our faculty with the sector. We tried to lead our students to enable them to contribute value to the society where they with social responsibility projects and community practice services.

Our goal, above all, is to be a good guide for our youth, our students whom the great leader, Atatürk regarded as the assurance of the future, and enlighten them. I would like to celebrate 19 May Commemoration of Atatürk and Youth and Sports Day, which was attributed to our youth, the trustee of our republic, with my best wishes hereby.

Sakarya Üniversitesi, “Geleceğimi Güvenle Planlıyorum” adlı konferansta Pamukkale Üniversitesi Çalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri İlişkileri Bölümü öğretim üyesi Doç. Dr. Kamil Orhan’ı konuk etti.

Doç. Dr. Orhan, Türkiye ve Avrupa Birliği (AB) işbirliği çerçevesinde Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu (SGK) tarafından uygulamaya konulan “Etkin Rehberlik ve Denetim Yoluyla Kayıtlı İstihdamın Teşviki Operasyonu” projesi kapsamında düzenlenen konferansta, SAÜ öğrencilerine gelecek ve kariyer planlaması hakkında bilgi verdi.

Yeni beceriler kazanınKonuşmasında gençlerin kariyer planlarına

yönelik araştırmalara değinen Orhan,“Araştırmalara göre şu anki nesil ortalama 5-6 defa kariyer değiştirecek. Bu da, böylesine ciddi bir değişikliğe hazır olmanız için yeni beceriler kazanmanızı gerektirir” şeklinde konuştu.

Yeteneklerinizi keşfetmek önemliGeçmiş dönemlerde iş başvurularında adayların hangi üniversite ve bölümden mezun oldukları önemsenirken bugün yeteneklerin sorgulandığını kaydeden Orhan, “Önümüzdeki 10 yıl yetenekleriniz konuşacak. İş ilanlarında hangi yeteneklere sahip olduğunuz önemli olacak. şeklinde konuştu.

***Sakarya University hosted Ass. Prof. Kamil Orhan, an instructor in Pamukkale University Business Economy and Industrial Relations Department, in the conference named “I am Planning My Future Safely”.

Ass. Prof. Orhan gave SAU students information

about the future and career planning within the framework of the project “Operation of Formal Employment Encouragement through Active Counselling and Supervision” in the conference which was operated by Social Security Institution (SSI) within the framework of Turkey and the European Community (EU).

Attain New SkillsOrhan, who touched on investigation of young people on their career planning in his speech, uttered, “Recent studies have shown that today’s generation will change their career approximately for 5 or 6 times, which demands that we attain new skills in order to get ready for such a serious change.”

Important to realise our skillsOrhan, who mentions that while from which university and department the candidates graduated was more important in work applications at the past, today the skills are questioned, said, “Our skills will have a word in the next 10 years. Which skills you have got will be important in work applications.

Golden Pumpkin Kısa Film Ödülleri sahiplerini bulduGolden Pumpkin Short Film Awards go to their winnersSakarya Üniversitesi İletişim Fakültesi tarafından düzenlenen Golden Pumpkin Kısa Film Yarışması’nın ödülleri sahiplerini buldu.

Ana temanın “Üniversite” olarak belirlendiği yarışmada beş film jüri değerlendirmesinden geçti. En iyi üniversite tanıtım filminin seçildiği etkinlikte birincilik ödülü ‘Rota’ adlı kısa film ile SAÜ İletişim Fakültesi öğrencilerinden Mehmet Ali Şahin ve Ebru Büyükdağ’ın oldu. Yarışmada ikincilik ödülü SAÜ İletişim Fakültesi ‘ne, üçüncülük ödülü de Marmara Üniversitesi İletişim Fakültesi Animasyon Birimi’nin tanıtım filmine verildi.

Festival havasında geçen etkinlikte konuşma yapan SAÜ İletişim Fakültesi

Dekanı Prof. Dr. Aytekin İşman, “Öğrencilerin çektikleri bu filmler geleceğin iletişimcileri olarak çıktıkları bu yoldaki en güzel dersler,

en büyük kazanımlardır” şeklinde konuştu. Dekan yardımcısı Yrd. Doç. Dr. Ekmel Geçer koordinatörlüğündeki öğrenci ekibi tarafından hazırlanan yarışmada, SAÜ öğrencilerinin hazırladığı müzik dinletisi ve dans gösterisi de etkinliğe renk kattı.

Öğrencilerin yoğun ilgi gösterdiği kısa film yarışması etkinliği, ödül töreni ve hatıra fotoğraflarının çektirilmesiyle son buldu.

***The awards of Golden Pumpkin Short Film contest, which was organised by Sakarya University Faculty of Communication, found their owners.

Five movies passed from jury evaluation in the contest where the theme was determined as “university”. It was Mehmet Ali Şahin and Ebru Büyükdağ of the students of SAU Faculty of Communication to win the championship award with the short film named ‘Rota’ in the event where the best university introductory short film was chosen. The runner-up prize was given to SAU Faculty of Communication and the third prize

was given to the introductory film of Marmara University Faculty of Communication.

Dean of SAU Faculty of Communication, Prof. Dr. Aytekin İşman, who made a speech in the event similar to a festival, said, “Those films shot by the students are the best lessons, the biggest attainments in this way they set off as future’s communicators. In the event, which was prepared by the student team in the leadership of the vice-dean, Ass. Prof. Ekmel Geçer, the music concert and dance show SAU students prepared also gave a novel touch to the event.

The short film contest event, which attracted huge amount of interest from the students, ended with award ceremony and having their photo taken.

Sakarya Üniversitesi (SAÜ) Engelsiz Yaşam Topluluğu tarafından işitme engellilerinin sorunlarına dikkat çekmek amacıyla “Konuşan Eller” etkinliği düzenlendi.SAÜ Kültür ve Kongre Merkezi’nde gerçekleşen etkinlikte işaret dili kullanıldı.

İşitme engelli bireyler için işaret dilinin önemi hakkında toplumsal farkındalık yaratmak isteyen topluluk üyeleri, işaret dilini kullanarak şarkılara eşlik etti. Can Yücel şiirleri ve Çok Güzel Hareketler Bunlar isimli televizyon programından bir skeç de yine

işaret diliyle sunuldu.Engelsiz Yaşam Topluluğu üyeleri, etkinliğin hazırlık sürecinde profesyonel yardım almaksızın kendi çabalarıyla işaret dilini öğrendiklerini ifade etti.

***“Talking Hands” event was organised Sakarya University (SAU) Unobstructed Life Community with the aim of attracting attention to hearing impairment. Sign language was used in the event, which was held in SAU Culture and Congress Centre.

Community members who create social awareness on the

importance of sign language for hearing impaired individuals sang along the songs by using the sign language. Can Yücel’s poems and a skit from the television programme named “Çok Güzel Hareketler Bunlar” were presented through the sign language again.

Members of Unobstructed Life Community expressed that they also learned the sign

language with their own efforts without getting any professional help during the preparation period of the event.

İletişim Fakültesi öğrencilerinden çifte gururDouble pride from the students of Communication FacultySakarya Üniversitesi Sapanca MYO Halkla İlişkiler ve Tanıtım Bölümü öğrencileri tarafından düzenlenen “Benim Gözümde Sapanca” adlı fotoğraf yarışmasında Halkla İlişkiler ve Reklamcılık Bölümü öğrencilerinden Orhan Aslan Sapanca Fotoğraf Derneği’nin (SAFOD) , Oğuzhan Bakırcı ise Sapanca Belediyesi’nin verdiği özel ödülün sahibi oldu.

The winners of the photography competition, named “Sapanca from My Own Perspective”, organised by Sakarya University Sapanca Vocational School Public Relations and Publicity, are determined. Orhan Aslan, became the owner of Special Award of Sapanca Photography Community (SAFOD) and Oğuzhan Bakırcı became the owner of Special Owner, which was given by Sapanca Municipality in the competition.

Gelişen teknoloji müzik aletlerinin yapısından, kayıt ve depolama yöntemlerine, ses özelliklerine kadar pek çok şeyi değiştirdi ister istemez. Plaklar CD’ye evrildiğinde, sesi dijital ortamda saklama ve daha fazla müzik depolama imkanına eriştik belki ama ya bu süreçte müziğin tınısında oluşan değişime ne demeli? Plak kültürünü yaşatmakta ısrarcı olanlara göre bu değişim tam manasıyla bir kayıp ve dijital müzik, duyguyu taşıyabilen ve hissettirebilen analoğun yerini tutmuyor. Sakarya Üniversitesi Adapazarı Meslek Yüksekokulu İnternet ve Ağ Teknolojileri Bölümü öğrencisi Özgür Çelik de analog müziğin tadını bir kere alıp vazgeçemeyenlerden.

Her plak yeni bir hayalTeknolojiyle iç içe olan bölümüne rağmen analog müziğin takipçisi olan Çelik, yaşadığı öğrenci evinin başköşesini pikabına ve plaklarına ayırmış. “Eskimiş de olsa güzel şeylerden vazgeçilemiyor” diyen Çelik, dört yıl kadar önce bir antikacı dükkanında başlayan plaklarla tanışma hikayesini şu sözlerle anlatıyor:

“Alelade bir gün kapısından girdiğim antikacıdaki mistik ortamdan çok etkilendim. Oraya daha sık uğrar olmuştum. Antikacının pikabından çalan şarkının bir an için beni o şarkının yaşandığı yıllara götürdüğünü hissettim. Saf ve berrak bir ses size hayal kurdurabiliyor. Ben de bir hayal kurdum ve bir pikap edinmeye karar verdim. Sonrasında aldığım her plak yeni bir hayaldi benim için. Bazen sanat güneşimiz Zeki Müren’le 70’lerde “Senede Bir Gün” diyerek yaşanan, bazen de Tanju Okan’la birlikte belki de hiç sevdalanmadığın birine “Kadınım” dedirten bir hayal.”

Çelik, bir koleksiyoncu olmadığını söylese de bir plağı edinme arzusunun zaman zaman bir takıntıya dönüştüğünü de eklemeden geçemiyor: İstanbul’da Sahaflar

Çarşısı’nda girmediğim dükkân kalmıyor kimi zaman. Dört yıllık çabalarım sonunda 150 plaklık bir koleksiyon oluşturdum. Bugün birçok şarkıyı farklı şekillerde dinleme olanağına sahipsiniz. Ben yine de çok sevdiğiniz bir Sezen Aksu şarkısını bir de pikaptan dinleyin derim. O zaman ne demek istediğimi anlayabilirsiniz.”

Nostajik müzik keyfi bir lüks olmamalıNostaljik plak sahibi olabilmenin zor ve lüks bir aktivite gibi algılandığını belirten Çelik,” Bazen akıllı bir telefonun üçte birinden daha düşük fiyata pikaplar satılıyor. Çok kıymetli sayılmayan plak fiyatları 10 liradan başlıyor. İşin içine girince harcadığınız para da çok önemli olmamaya başlıyor. O sesteki yalınlığın verdiği keyif gerçekten çok başka. Pikap iğnesinin dönen plaktan aldığı ilk tını, çıkan seslerin ardından müziğin başlamasını beklemenin verdiği haz her dinlemede size farklı şeyler hissettirebiliyor." diyor.

Gelecekte “45’lik” adında bir kafe açmayı planlayan Çelik, bu hayalinin gerekçelerini şu sözlerle anlatıyor:

“Dinleyenin gam teline dokunan plak dinletilerini diğer insanlarla paylaşmak hayallerim arasında. İnsanlara plak dinleyebilecekleri keyifli bir ortam sunmak istiyorum. Plakçılık lüks bir aktivite değil. Zamanın tozlu sayfaları arasına sıkıştırılmayacak kadar değerli. Nesilden nesile aktarılması ve her insanın kaliteli müziği dinleyebilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.”

Enhancing technology has changed various things ranging from structure of music instruments to record and storage techniques and to voice features unavoidably. We probably attained the opportunity of storing more music and voice in digital media when records were inverted to CDs. But what about the change which occurred in the tone of the music in that process? Those who insist on keeping the culture of record alive think that this change is totally worthless and digital music does not substitute for analogue which reflects the feelings and make them easy to feel. Özgür Çelik, the student of Sakarya University Adapazarı Vocational School Internet and Network Technologies Department, is also one of those who took the pleasure of analogue music and have failed to give up.

Each record, a new dreamÇelik, who is a follower of analogue music in spite of his department interrelated with the technology, made his gramophone and records the honour guests in the student hour where he is living. Çelik, who says “Old things cannot be given up although they are old.”, is describing his story of meeting records which started in an old curiosity shop nearly four years ago with the following words.

“I was very impressed with the mystical atmosphere of the old curiosity shop which I entered through its door in a rush day. I used to visit it more often. I felt that the music playing in the gramophone of the old curiosity shop took me to those years

when that song was experienced. Pure and clear sound can let you dream. I also dreamed and decided to buy a gramophone. Each record I bought after that was a new dream for me. It was like a dream who was experienced by saying “Senede Bir Gün” with our sun of art, Zeki Mürin in 70s for some of the time. Sometimes it was like a dream who let me call a woman who I had never loved as Kadınım” with Tanju Okan.”

Çelik cannot pass without saying his wish for attaining a record sometimes turns into an obsession although he says he is not collector: Sometimes I enter all the shops in Sahaflar Bazaar in Istanbul for some of the time. I prepared a collection including 150 records at last. You have got the chances to listen to many songs in different ways today. But I suggest you to listen to your favourite song of Sezen Aksu from a record. You can understand me better this time.”

Vintage music pleasure shouldn’t be luxuryÇelik, who says that the ability to be the owner of a vintage record is perceived to be hard and luxurious activity, is stating, "Sometimes records are sold in a one-third of prize of a smart phone. The amounts of the not-so-valuable records start at 10 TLs. As you involve in the work, the amount of the money you spend on it will become worthless. The pleasure that the plainness in this sound gives is totally something different. The first tune that the phonograph needle takes from the whirling record and the pleasure of waiting for the music after the arising sounds can make you feel different things in each listening.

Sakarya Gazeteciler Cemiyeti Başkanı Sezai Matur’la hem gazetecilik anlayışı ve mesleki deneyimleri hem de yerel habercilik ve Sakarya basını üzerine keyifli bir söyleşi yaptık.

Öncelikle gazeteciliğe yöneliş hikayenizi dinleyelim sizden… Ne zaman ve nasıl karar verdiniz gazeteci olmaya? İlkokulu bitirdikten sonra yaz tatilinde bir koltuk imalat atölyesinde çalıştım. O günlerde eve giderken gazete almaya başladım ve gazete okuru oldum. Gazetelerde okuduğum köşe yazarları bu mesleğe ilgi duymamı sağladı. Daha lise yıllarındayken bir gazetenin fahri muhabiri oldum. Zaman içinde gazeteciliğe olan ilgim arttı. Üniversite sınavında tercih zamanı geldiğinde hiç tereddütsüz mesleğimi seçtim. İstanbul Üniversitesi Basın Yayın Yüksek Okulu’nu kazandım.Kaç yıldır meslektesiniz, hangi gazetelerde çalıştınız?Bugünkü adıyla İletişim Fakültesi olan Basın Yayın Yüksekokulu’nu bitirdikten sonra Sakarya’ya gelerek gazeteciliğe başladım. Yerel bir gazetede başlayan meslek serüvenim 28 yıldır devam ediyor. Kanal 54 ve SRT televizyonlarında, Adapazarı Gazetesi’nde çalıştım. 2004 yılından bu yana Yenihaber gazetesinin genel yayın müdürüyüm.Meslek hayatınızda sizi en çok zorlayan haber hangisiydi? Birçok açıdan zorluklar yaşadığım farklı haberler oldu. Ancak yazmakta en çok zorlandığım bir köşe yazısından söz edeyim. 2004 yılında canım ablam köyde bir düğünde bir serseri kurşuna kurban gitti. Bir gece yarısı aldığım bu haber hepimizi yıkmıştı. Yıllarca bireysel silahlanmaya karşı yazılar yazan ben, ablamı kurban vermiştim. Gazeteye dönüp köşemi yazmaya başladığımda, isyanımı dile getirirken kullanacağım kelimeleri seçmekte bir hayli zorlanmıştım. Geride bir dakika bile başlarından ayrılmadığı 2 güzel çocuk bırakıp gitmişti ablam. O duyguları yazmak çok zor gelmişti. Peki ya meslekteki en güzel anınız?Gazetecilikte en büyük keyfi atlatma haber yaptığınızda alırsınız. En güzeli bilmem ama aklıma ilk geleni anlatayım. Yıl 1995… Kanal 54 Genel Müdürüyüm. Anavatan Partisi o dönem ana muhalefet partisi ama Sakarya siyasetinde çok yakından takip ediliyor. İlçe kongresi yapılacak. Yerel televizyonculuğun ilk ayları. Kongre, rakibimiz olan Kent Televizyonu binasındaki düğün salonunda gerçekleştirilecek. Biz canlı yayın yapma kararı aldık. Çok kıt imkanlarla hazırlığımızı yaptık. Kongre saati yaklaşınca duyurularımızı yaptık. Kent TV’nin İstanbul’dan gelen ve çok deneyimli olduğu söylenen yöneticisi patronundan iyi bir azar işitmişti. Kablolar çekilerek onlar da yayın vermeye çalıştılar ama başaramadılar. Biz imkansızlıklar içinde bugün ulusal televizyonların partilerin kurultaylarında yaptığı yayına benzer çok başarılı bir yayın yapmıştık. Cemiyet Başkanlığına nasıl seçildiniz? Sizi başkanlığa teşvik eden ne oldu?Ben çok önceden beri bu meslekte olmama rağmen Gazeteciler Cemiyeti üyeliğim 2000’li yıllarda gerçekleşti. Kısa sürede de yönetime girdim. 2006 yılıydı. Necdet Güngörsün başkanlığındaki yönetimde başkan yardımcısı oldum. Çok kısa süre sonra da Necdet Ağabey’i kaybettik. Yönetim olarak kongre kararı alındığında benim başkanlık gibi bir niyetim yoktu. Yıllarca Necdet ağabeyle çalışan bir arkadaşa başkanlık teklif ettik. O kabul etmeyince ben aday oldum. Tek amacım gazeteciler cemiyeti yönetiminin gazete patronlarının değil gazetecilerin kontrolünde olmasıydı. Yaklaşık dokuz yıldır Başkanlık görevini layıkıyla yapmaya çalışıyorum. Cemiyet başkanı olarak yerel basın mensubu olmak üzerine neler söyleyebilirsiniz?Zorluklar içinde mesleğinizi yapmaktır yerel basın mensubu olmak. Oldukça düşük ücretle çalışıp, başkalarının haklarını savunmaya çalışmaktır. Bazen patronun çıkarlarına hizmet etmek adına kurduğu gazetede onun istekleri doğrultusunda çalışmaktır yerel basın mensubu olmak. Çoğu zaman her türlü zorluğa rağmen onurlu bir şekilde kent insanına kent haberlerini duyurmaktır yerel basın mensubu olmak.Yerel habercilik size ne ifade etmektedir?Başkalarını bilmem ama bana göre yerel kavramı size yakın olandır. Bu hem coğrafi anlamda, hem manevi anlamda yakınlığı kapsar. Sakarya’da yaşayan için Sakarya’da olan biten yereldir. Bir Sakaryalı’nın dünyanın neresinde olursa olsun kazandığı bir başarı, başına gelen üzücü bir olay veya Ankara’dan Sakarya için alınan bir karar yereldir. Yani yereli sadece bir coğrafyaya hapsedemezsiniz. Sizce yerel basının işlevi ve sorumlulukları nelerdir?Yayın bölgesinde olan biteni halka duyurmak, kentin, bölgenin, halkın sorunlarına çözüm aramak, bulmak, yerel kamuoyunun oluşmasını

ve yerel yönetimlerin denetimini sağlamak gibi görevleri üstlenen basın kuruluşlarına yerel basın diyoruz. Sanırım iki soruya birden cevap verdim. Yerel basının öncelikli sorunu nedir?Bence en önemli sorun yerel basının bağımsız olmaması. İkinci sorun ekonomik yetersizlikler. Bununla birlikte nitelikli personel istihdamında yaşanan sorunlar. Gazeteler, radyolar, televizyonlar ve günümüzün yeni iletişim mecrası internet siteleri kendi ekonomik güçleri yeterli olmadığı için çoğu zaman bir ekonomik güce bağlanmak durumunda kalıyorlar. Bunların istisnası yok mu? Elbet var. Bağımsız gazetecilik örneklerini en güzel şekilde uygulayan yerel basın örneklerini Sakarya’da da başka yerlerde de gururla görüyoruz. Ekonomik yetersizlikten bahsettiniz? Bu gazeteleri nasıl etkiliyor? En önemli etkisi ekonomik özgürlüğünüz yoksa editöryal bağımsızlığınız da olmuyor. İkincisi teknik ve görsel olarak yeterli zenginliğe ulaşamıyorsunuz. Üçüncüsü de nitelikli personel istihdamında sıkıntı yaşıyorsunuz. Nitelikli personelden kastınız nedir?Türkiye’de berber dükkanında çalışmak için bile bir eğitim almış olmak şartı aranıyor. Ancak gazetede çalışmak için böyle bir şart yok. Oysa bir gazete çalışanı her şeyden önce Türkçe’yi iyi konuşup, yazabilmeli. Kendini ifade noktasında eksiklikleri olanların gazetecilik yapması çok doğru değil. Nitelikli personel derken illa iletişim fakültesi mezunu olmak gerektiğini iddia etmiyorum. Ancak bir gazeteci en azından bir yüksek öğrenim görmüş olmalı ve kendini bu alanda geliştirmeye adamalı. Temel gazetecilik bilgilerine sahip olmalı. Bunun yanında genel kültürü çok iyi düzeyde olmalı. Yaşadığı kenti, ülkeyi tanımalı. Dünyada olan bitene duyarlı olmalı. Artık bilgiye ulaşmak çok zor değil. En temel nokta nitelikli gazeteci kendini yenilemeyi bilmeli.

Yerel basın ile haber kaynakları arasındaki etkileşim nasıl? Sağlıklı bir iletişim kurulabiliyor mu? Yerel basın ile haber kaynakları arasında her zaman çok iyi ilişkiler varsa bir sorun var demektir zaten. Yerel basının başlıca haber kaynakları merkezi idarelerin yerel temsilcileri, yerel yönetimler, siyasi partiler, sendikalar ve STK’lardır. Yerel basının bu tür yapılarla düzeyli bir ilişkisi olmalı, basın bu kuruluşların güdümüne girmeden, kontrolü onlara kaptırmadan yayınlarını sürdürmelidir. Bir de yerel basının haber kaynaklarının basın bültenlerini kopyala yapıştır yöntemiyle sayfalarına taşıyor olması büyük bir sorun. Yerel basın sahada yeterli muhabir çalıştıramadığı için, basın bültenleriyle ajans haberleri sayfalara sorgulamaksızın yerleştirildiği için gazeteler çoğu zaman birbirinin kopyası haline dönüşüyor.

***Let’s listen to your story of heading for journalism first of all. When and how did you decide to be a journalist?I worked at a chair production factory during the summer holiday after finishing the primary school. Those days I started buying newspaper on my way to home and became a newspaper reader. The columnists who I used to read on the newspapers enabled me to show interest in this profession. Even in high school years, I became the voluntary reporter of a newspaper. My interest in journalism increased in time. I chose my profession without any hesitation when it was the time to make university choice in the university exam. I gained Istanbul University Press-Broadcasting Vocational School.How long have you been in this profession? In which newspapers have you worked?I started journalism by coming to Sakarya after completing Press-Broadcasting Vocational School, which is called Faculty of Communication. My professional adventure, which started in a local newspaper, has been going on for 28 years. I worked at Kanal 54 and SRT channels,

and Adapazarı Newspaper. I am the editor-in-chief of Yenihaber newspaper since 2004. What was the news that challenged you in your professional life the most? There were many news that I felt difficulty with from various perspectives. But I would like to mention a column which I felt difficulty writing the most. My beloved elder sister fell a victim to a stray bullet in a wedding ceremony in the village in 2004. That news that I learned in the midnight affected us very deeply. I, who had been writing against individual armament for years, gave my sister as victim. When I turned back to the newspaper and started to write my column, I felt a huge difficulty with choosing the words that I would use to express my rebellion. My elder sister went leaving two beautiful children whom she always took care of. It was very difficult to express those feelings. What about your best memory in the profession?It is when you published a news that you got the biggest pleasure in journalism. I don’t know the most beautiful one, but I would like to talk about the first one that comes to my mind. Year 1995… I am the editor-in-chief of Channel 54. Anavatan Party was the main opposition party during that period. But it used to be followed by Sakarya closely. A county congress would be held. The first

months of local broadcasting… The congress would be heldin the wedding ceremony hall of our rival, Kent Television. We decided to broadcast live. We made our preparations with limited opportunities. We made our announcements when the congress hour approached. The editor of Kent TV who was said to come from Istanbul and to be very experienced got a good slap on his wrist from his boss. They also tried to broadcast by cabling, but they couldn’t succeed. Within those limitations, we made a successful broadcast which is similar to the broadcasts that national televisions do in the general assembly of the parties today. How were you chosen as the Head of Community? What motivated you to become the Head?Although I was in that profession very long time ago, my membership in the Journalists’ Community started in 2000s. I got involved in management in a short time. It was 2006. I became vice-president in the management under the presidency of Necdet Güngörsün. After a short time, we lost Brother Necdet. I hadn’t got any intentions for becoming the head when the decision for the congress was taken as the management. We offered presidency to one of our fellows who had been working with Brother Necdet. I became the candidate when he did not accept it. My main goal was that the management of the journalists’ community was under the control of the journalists, not under the newspaper bosses. I have been trying hard to perform the presidency task about for nine years thoroughly. What can you tell about being a member of local press as the Head of the Community?Being a member of the local press means performing your profession in challenges. It is working with quite a low salary and defending others’ rights. Being a member of the local press sometimes means working in accordance with the wishes of the boss in the newspaper which is organised in order to serve to the profits of the boss. Being a member of the local press

means announcing city news to city people in an honoured way for most of the time in spite of every kind of challenge. What does local journalism mean to you?I don’t know others, but the term local is the one which is close to you. This includes closeness in terms of both geography and spirituality. What occurs in Sakarya is local for those who live in Sakarya. A success which a person from Sakarya gets wherever he/she is around the world, a sad thing that he/she experienced or a decision taken in Ankara for Sakarya is local. That is to say, you cannot limit the local as geography. What do you think the function and responsibilities are?We call the press institutions which takes the responsibilities of announcing what’s happening in the broadcasting area to the public, looking for solutions for the problems of the city, region and public, enabling the organisation of local public opinion and supervision of local authority as the local press. I think I have answered both of the questions at the same time.What is the plenary problem of the local press?I think the biggest problem is that the local press is not independent. The second problem is financial insufficiencies, besides the problems experienced in employment of qualified personnel. Because newspapers, radio stations, televisions and today’s new communication area, the Internet sites haven’t got a strong financial power, they have to trust on another financial power. Aren’t there any exceptions? Of course, there are. We proudly see the examples of local press in Sakarya and other places which conduct examples of independent journalism.You mentioned financial insufficiency. How does it affect the newspapers? Its biggest impact is that if you haven’t got any financial freedom, you won’t have editorial freedom, as well. The second one is that if you cannot achieve enough wealth visually and technically. The third one is that you experience problems with employing qualified personnel. What do you mean qualified personnel exactly?One has to have training even in order to work in barbers’ in Turkey. But there is no such condition for working in newspapers. However, above all, an employee of a newspaper should speak and write in Turkish very well. It is not very appropriate for those with problems in expressing themselves to perform as journalists. I don’t necessarily mean qualified personnel as the need to graduate from Faculty of Communication. But journalists should have higher education at least and dedicate themselves to improve themselves in this profession. They need to have basic information in journalism. Besides, their literal education should be in a good level. They should know the city, the country where they live well. They should be sensitive with what is happening around the world. It is not very hard to access information now. The main point is that qualified journalists should know how to renew themselves. How is the interaction between local press and news sources? Is a healthy communication possible? It means there is a problem if there are always good relations between the local press and news sources. The main news sources of the local press are local representatives of the central managers, local authorities, political parties, and non-governmental organisations. The local press should have gracious relationship with those kinds of structures. The press should sustain its publications without dealing with the directions of those institutions and without giving rein to them. Furthermore, it is a big problem that the news sources of the local press present the press bulletin on their pages with the method of copy-paste. Because local press cannot employ enough reporter in the area and the press bulletins and agent news are presented on the pages without questioning, the newspapers are converted to one another identically for most of the time.

Kitaplar belki de gerçekliğin satırlarda dile gelip kulağımıza fısıldamasıdır. Kitaplar aracılığıyla gerçeklere başka açılardan bakabilmeyi, kendimizi başkalarının yerine koyabilmeyi ve yaşamın aslında düz bir yoldan fazlası olduğunu görürüz. George Orwell’in, ütopik bir düşünceye kalemle hayat verdiği 1984 romanı da, gerçeği sorgulatan eşsiz romanlardan biri.

1984, insanları pusuda bekleyen ‘’total totalirizm’’e karşı bir uyarı. Hayali bir ülkede baskıcı rejimin insanları nasıl kısıtladığını, özgürlüğün nasıl esarete dönüştüğünü ve korkunun rüyalarda bile bireyi nasıl ele geçirdiğini anlatıyor. Kaygıların, korkuların, geçmişin, geleceğin, soyut ve somut her şeyiyle satırlara döküldüğü 1984, ütopik olduğu kadar gerçekçi, dünyanın hemen hemen her yerinde yaşanmış, gelecekte de

yaşanabileceklerin ifadesi bir roman aslında.

Dilin kısıtlandığı, insanların düşüncelerinin ve eylemlerinin kontrol altına alındığı bir dünyayı betimliyor Orwell. Geçmiş ve geleceğin yeniden yazıldığı, herşeyin bir fırtına ile yalana dönüştüğü bir yerde, bazen grinin en açık bazen de en koyu tonunu yansıtırken bizi sorgulamaya itiyor.

1984 bir romandan fazlası ve okuyucuya gelecek için güçlü bir uyarı gönderiyor. Raflarda yerini aldığı 1949’dan bu yana popülaritesini kaybetmeden birçok dile çevrilerek okuyucusuyla buluşan ve beyazperdede de oldukça ilgi gören eser, mutlaka okunması gerekenler listesinde belki de ilk sırada yer alıyor. Eğer bugün ne okumak istediğinize karar veremediyseniz, 1984 sizin için güzel seçenek olabilir…

Maybe books are whispers of the realities which finds its tongue in our ears. It is through books that we can see how to look at the truths from different perspectives, how to put ourselves in different people’s shoes and the fact that the life is more than a straight way. The novel, 1984, which was written by George Orwell with a utopic thought, is one of the unique novels that questions the reality.

1984 is a warning for “total totalirism”, which is waiting silently. It depicts how the regime restricts people in an imagery world, how freedom is converted into captivity and how fear captures individuals even in their dreams. 1984, where anxieties, fears, past and future was verbalized with all its abstract and concrete stuff, is realistic as much as utopic, and indeed a novel, an expression of what was experienced nearly all around the world and what

will be experienced in the future, as well.

Orwell describes a world where the language is restricted, and where thoughts and actions of the humans are under control. It pushes us to question the lightest tone and the darkest tone of grey from time to time in the place where an individual is converted into a lie and the past and future are written together.

1984 is beyond a novel and sends a strong warning to the reader. The work, which has been available for the readers by getting translated to several languages without losing its popularity since 1949 when it was released, and attracted great attention on the silver screen, perhaps takes the first range in the list of must-read. If you haven’t decided on what to do today, 1984 can be a good option for you.

Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyesi Şehir Tiyatrosu, Necip Fazıl Kısakürek’i anma haftası kapsamında Sakarya Üniversitesi Kültür ve Kongre Merkezi’nde “Reis Bey” adlı tiyatro oyununu sahneledi.

Sanat yönetmenliğini Ertan Akman’ın yaptığı ve teknik ekiple birlikte 44 kişi tarafından hazırlanan oyun, 60’lı yıllarda, görevindeki tavizsiz tutumunu, idama mahkum ettirdiği gencin suçsuz olduğunu

anlayınca sorgulamaya başlayan bir ağır ceza hakiminin hikayesini anlatıyor.

***Bursa Metropolitan Municipality stages the theatre play named “Reis Bey” in Sakarya University Culture and Congress Centre within the framework of the week of commemoration of Necip Fazıl Kısakürek.

The play, the art directing of which was performed by Ertan Akman and which was prepared by 44 people, including the technical team, describes the life of a severe penalty judge in 60s who start to question his uncompromising attitude in his job when he understands that the young person whom he condemns to death is not guilty.

yapımcılığı, sinema sektörü ve oyunculuk mesleğinin zorlukları hakkında öğrencilere bilgi verdi.

Etkinliğin sonunda öğrenciler Umut Oğuz’la hatıra fotoğrafı çektirdi.

The famous actor of the TV series, Kertenkele, Umut Oğuz met with the students in Sakarya University Culture and Congress Centre.

Oğuz gave students information about TV serials production, cinema

sector and challenges of the profession of acting in Turkey in the talk show, organised by SAU Cinema Community.

The students had a souvenir photo taken with Umut Oğuz at the end of the event.

Sakarya Üniversitesi İnsan Kaynakları ve Kariyer Topluluğu tarafından düzenlenen 6.Medya Günleri etkinliğinin konuğu Piiz Grubu oldu.

Kültür ve Kongre Merkezi’nde gerçekleşen söyleşide Piiz Grubu’nun ortaya çıkışı, müziğin hayatlarındaki önemi ve müziğin değişimlerden nasıl etkilediği hakkında bilgi verdi.

Piiz Grubu söyleşi sonunda dinleyicilerden gelen istek üzerine mini bir konser verdi.

Some information about how the Piiz Group came to existence, the importance of music in their life and how they effected from the changes on music was given in the event, which was held in Culture and Congress Centre.

The Piiz Group gave a mini concert as a result of the request coming from the audience at the end of the speech.

Sakarya Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarı Türk Halk Müziği Ortak Seçmeli dersi öğrencilerinden oluşan koro, dün akşam SAÜ Kültür ve Kongre Merkezi’nde bir konser verdi.

Devlet Konservatuarı Öğretim Görevlisi Kazım Gürkan’ın yönettiği konsere, Türk Halk müziğinin üstadlarından Prof. Dr. Şenel Önaldı da konuk sanatçı olarak katıldı. Ege yöresinden Azerbaycan’a sevilen türkülerin

seslendirildiği konserde, Türk Halk Oyunları bölümü öğrencileri de dans gösterileriyle dinleyicilere adeta görsel şölen yaşattı.

***The choir comprised of the students of Sakarya University, State Conservatory Turkish Folk Music Joint Selective Course, performed a mini concert in SAU Culture and Congress Centre yesterday.

Prof. Dr. Şenel Önaldı, one of the masters of Turkish Folk Music, also participated in the concert as a guest attendant, which was managed by State Conservatory Instructor Kazım Gürkan. In the concert, where popular folk songs ranging from Ege district to Azerbaijan were sung, students of Turkish Folk Dances let the audience have a visual feast with their dance show.

Elektrik-Elektronik Mühendisliği otoparkında gerçekleştirilen etkinlikte Atıf Yılmaz’ın yönettiği Şener Şen ve Kemal Sunal gibi usta isimlerin yer aldığı Kibar Feyzo filmi gösterildi.

Öğrencilerin yoğun ilgi gösterdiği etkinliğin açılışında söz alan Sinema Topluluğu Başkanı Erdem Çayan “ Etkinlik duyurumuzu internetten ve fısıltı

gazetesiyle yaptık. Özel bir hazırlığımız olmadığı halde buraya gelenlere, sinemayı seven ve ilgi duyanlara teşekkür ediyorum. ”dedi.

The concert, which was directed by Tuncay Kardaş, Instructor of State Conservatory Turkish Folk Music Department, was accompanied with Orkun Çakalp in zither, Ali Sert in clarinet, Furkan Aslan, Hasan Çizmelioğlu and Tayfun Sadık in violin, Alican Kalkan in guitar, Hüseyin Berkan in keyboard, Hasan Öz and Şahin Akgül in rhythm instruments.

In the concert, which was comprised of the works chosen from the rich repertoire of Turkish music, the works, such as ‘’Duydum Ki Unutmuşsun’ ‘Gurbet İçimde Bir Ok’ ‘Kapat Gözlerini’’ were sung as choir.

The event, which lasted approximately one hour, let the audience enjoy delightful moments.

Topluluğu ‘Hayat Kısa Film İzle’ sloganıyla yola çıkan 12. Akbank Kısa Film Festivali’nin ödüllü filmlerini öğrencilerle buluşturdu.

Etkinlikte, 12. Akbank Kısa Film Festivali’nin Ulusal Kategori dalında En İyi Kısa Film ödüllü “Günah”, Seyirci ödüllü “Karadeniz”, Mansiyon ödüllü “Altın Vuruş” ve “Salı” filmleri ile Uluslararası Kategori dalında En İyi Kısa Film ödülü alan “EverythingWill Be Okay” ve Mansiyon ödüllü “The Translator” filmi gösterime sunuldu.

***National and International awarded movies were presented

to the students within the framework of the event “Awarded Movies in Universities” of 12th Akbank Short Film Festival, which started to appear with the slogan ‘Life is short, watch short films’ by Sakarya University Cinema Community.

In the event, the film with the best short film award “Günah”, the one with the audience award “Karadeniz”, the ones with the mansion award “AltınVuruş” and “Salı”

in the national category branch of 12th Akbank Short Film Festival, and in the branch of international category, the one with the best short film award “EverythingWill Be Okay” and the one with mansion award “TheTranslator” were put on the display.
