DEBTRESOLUTION
Debt resolution services also include reorganization of asset-liability mismatch, realign-
ment of debt servicing obligations with those of operational cash flows, one-time settle-
ments with lenders of the ‘distressed’ debt (Non-Performing Assets or NPAs). The key
factors in resolution are business realities, stakeholders’ interest and most importantly

Mr. V.K. Jain is founder & Chairman of Kanchansobha
Finance Private Limited. He started Kanchansobha in the year
2012 as a Boutique Investment Banking Company and under
his able guidance Kanchansobha today has more than 100
clients associated with it.
Prior to promoting Kanchansobha, he has worked for over 30 years in industry. He started his career with Birla group and worked with Nath Group for 12 years and S. Kumars for 15 years in various capacities including whole time Director and Managing Director.
He has handled large Corporate Debt Restructuring and turnaround, mergers and acquisitions and advised large corporates on business development, expansion, treasury management, raising of term loans, raising of equity through private placements and public issues and rais-ing of mezzanine funding.
He is actively involved in the business operations for Kanchansobha and works closely with most of the Banks, Institutions, Private Equity, Public Mutual Funds, FIIs to meet the require-ments of various projects.

He has been dealing with Banks and Institutions for Term Loan, Working Capital and Venture Capital. He has been working with various sectors including Infrastructure, Real Estate, Power and Textiles, Engineering, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals, Telecom Infrastructure etc. NutanGoyal has also worked with National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) for selection of bidders for awarding the highway projects contract on PPP (Public Private Partnership) basis.

Mrs. Aditi Jain is a First generation entrepreneur with an expertise in the field of marketing, business development, advertising strategy, financial analysis and merchandising and has worked across multiple geographies including India, France and the USA. .
As an entrepreneur she designed "The World's First Functional Beach Bag" and launched it in April 2016 on crowd funding platforms in the USA. She launched this product under the banner of a start-up company, DEZZIO LLC which she promoted in Chicago USA. Prior to this, she worked with SOJEANS (Leading Fashion E-commerce Company in Europe), KARLA OTTO (Brand Consulting and PR Firm in Paris) and TRIBURG CONSULTANT PRIVATE LTD. (Buying Agency in India). Aditi has a Masters in Fashion Marketing from ESMOD, Paris and a Bachelors in Fashion Technology from NIFT, Mumbai.
Mr. G. Anantraman served IDBI for about 36 years and retired as GM of IDBI/SASF:During his long stint, he handled various indirect finance schemes of IDBI – Development Bank, Refinance to Finance Institutions / Banks, Bills Rediscounting Schemes, Evaluation of performance of State Level Agencies, Assessment of Financial Requirements of State Agencies, etc.agencies.
He is well conversant with Assessment of Term Loan requirements, Working Capital require-ments of Small / Medium and Large Scale Units, tracking the operational performance of the assisted units as also follow up and recovery of the amounts lent. He has also handled the Corporate Internal Audit Department with focus mainly on audit of Corporate Finance ac-counts, HR Department of the Bank handling the entire process of recruitment of officers, identification of vacancies and assessment of pan India requirements and placement of offi-cers at various branches, Debenture Trustee Cell providing trusteeship services to a large port-folio of institutional and corporate debenture holders and handling large corporate distressed assets of the bank.
He has sound knowledge and experience of various aspects of stressed assets resolution, de-veloping strategy for recovery representing in various legal for strategy and stand for presen-tation at BIFR / DRT etc. He is well conversant with various aspects of SARFAESI Act, DRT Act, procedures at DRT, Official Liquidator etc. He was keenly involved in working out strategies, fix-ation of recovery targets, periodical review of the targets and mid-course correction where required and successful in achievement of targets.

Ram Krishna Dash, aged 60 years having qualification of M.A. CAIIB and LLB has served the banking behemoth SBI for more than 35 years in various positions.He retired as DGM in the Stressed Assets Management Group (SAMG) of the Bank in the Corporate Centre, Mumbai.
