Once a completed registration form and payment is received, the written materials and a link to the webinar will beprovided to you by email. As you watch each webinar, every presenter will display one or two poll questions on thescreen. Be sure to answer each poll question in order to get credit for attendance.

BIDS will report your attendance to the CLE Commission. You will not be required to sign a separate affidavit foryour attendance. Once the CLE commission records your hours, you will get an email update from the CLEcommission reflecting a change to your CLE transcript. Please keep in mind that, as a provider, BIDS has 30 daysafter the end date of the CLE to report these hours to the CLE Commission.

Currently employed Kansas Public Defenders' webinar costs will be waived.
