Entered into manufacturing of Telecom Tower and catered to almost all presKgious players in Telecom Sector.

AddiKon of first ever cermaic lined galvanising furnace for fasteners galvanising in India.

Set up manufacturing facility at Tarapur for manufacturing of Hot Rolled (High Tensile and Mild) Structural Steel to cater to enKre T&D Sector.

Ventured in 765 kV class of Transmisison Line Towers.

Acquired 100% ownership in Steel Rolling Mill in Nagpur to cater to steel angles requirements of Central India.

Signed Technology License Agreement with Wise Control, South Korea for for design & manufacture of spacer dampers , conductor accessories & hardware fiYngs .

Launched 100% owned Subsidiary named Karamtara Italy S.r.l. in Italy for InternaKonal expansion.

Acquired 100% ownership in an Italian Company having manufacturing plant near Milan for Hardware and fiYngs.
