Karen McManus

Karen is a Chartered Psychologist with over twenty years’experience specialising in leadership development, talentmanagement and organisational change. She works withclients across Ireland and the UK, Europe and Middle Easton leadership, assessment, development, and coachinginterventions. Her professional interests include individualand team coaching, leadership development, organizationalchange and executive assessment and profiling. Karen was aDirector with an international firm of business psychologistsand held senior roles in Ireland, UK and Australia beforesettling in Ireland and joining the Seven Team in 2017.

Karen is committed to the development of people at work and has comprehensive leadership developmentand coaching experience. She leverages a Positive psychology approach to enable positive change forpeople at work. Karen combines psychological rigor and insight alongside pragmatism to support others toachieve their goals. Throughout her 25 year career history Karen has engaged in consulting and coachingassignments across both public and private sector organisations, in a wide variety of roles and geographies.
