I have international level and e.g. been training key employees in South

Development of courses and training in audit focusing on evaluation of

effectiveness and maturity regarding organizations ability to execute quality

strategies.

Development of courses and training in management and communication with a systematic approach – this done with humour, outlining perspectives

and making the attendants reflect. I have trained hundreds of auditors and managers on all different levels

from novices to auditors who wanted the highest international level.

I have worked with appreciative enquiry in different aspects and development of cultures and understanding of own influence of quality,

product, working environment and why mutual understanding and conflicts

emerges across organizational lines.

Besides audit, I do maturity assessments and benchmarks on an international level and is a part of EFQM’s Award Assessor team.

I conduct different types of audits; internal, second party and third party

(ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004) and I am IRCA certified Lead Auditor, QMS 2008, QMS 2015 and EMS.

bodies e.g. I am Lead Auditor for DNV-GL and SGS and has been for FORCE Certification.
