The module of an access control is used for access rights setting to individual persons into the separate parts of building. Agenda of events provides a detailed overview of the complex access control for example identif cation by unknown cards, monitoring movements of people, unauthorized access, change of status (open, closed) and etc. Thanks to it you can also f nd out the required information in the case of an alarm, theft or other events.
Agenda of opening modes lets you set for each reader a permission of access or prevention of access at the particular time. For example, you can set a total ban a l s o t h e p e r s o n w i t h a v a l i d c a r d o r t o a l l o w a c c e s s a n y o n e at the particular time, or only after an identif cation by a valid card.
The Antipassback function eliminates the possibility of multiple people entering onone identif cation card and increases the overal security of the system. In case of repetitive entry of several persons or an entry or an exit of cars on the same card, the card will be blocked up and it makes a misuse impossible.
The function of direct control is designed for a remote control of specif c devices(entrance doors and gates, turnstiles) from a computer or a mobile device. You can also switch individual states for example one-off opening of door, permanent opening or closing or to f nd out its current status.
The function of monitoring of passages enables to monitor a movement of peopleon the selected readers or terminals. Unlimited numbers of selected devices canbe assigned to the one monitor, number of monitors is unlimited. A photo is displayed during passing a person including entered data of user.
The access control function supports the connection to the integration of C4 and Alvis security systems that integrates all security systems into one central intelligent interface. The system also allows the integration of Ateas systemCCTVso it's possible to play a video or a photo.

Registration of Visits
Recordkeepingof visitors and vehicles
The visitor's module deals with the complicated paperwork of recordkeepingof visitors. In this system it is possible to differentiate between pedestrian visitors,visitors with a passenger car, visitors with a truck, visitors with special outgoing inspection and other types according to the customer's requirements.
B fasic data are recorded or individual visitors, such as a purpose of visit, visited person. Visitors receive cards which are allowed to enter into the selected areas ofthe company. The system can be expanded by a reader of personnel documents. It's a special device for rapid and reliable recording of personnel data from the identity documents.
The module operates independently or in conjunction with an access control module, which allows setting of access rights of visitor's cards.

Summary
Agenda of persons allow you to enter to the system new persons, basic data, photographs, assigning contactless cards, f ngerprint or face. It is also possible toset permissions on a specif c zones, readers or terminals in connection with an access control module.
Agenda of education provides information about records of trained persons and also enables to organize and plan individual training courses effectively. An administration works on the rule called as a qualif cation requirement. It def nes the required training for an each job. An incoming employee has a review of whattraining he must attend in a def nite time.
Agenda Workflow enables eff cient planning of human resources, ensures an accurate number of employees at any given time at an appointed place. The supervisor has a possibility to plan events and shifts or approve applications for a holiday. The agenda provides information to employees about a detailed overview of scheduled plan and drawing a regular holiday.
Agenda of documents allows to assign each employee personal or company documents. The worker sign the selected documents by using signature pads, the conf rmed document is subsequently saved to his person. Agenda thus provides the complex management of documents.

It is possible to def ne time limitations also of individual persons and entriesvehicles or a combination thereof in the system. For example the car is allowed to enter (leave) the controlled zone only with a concrete person. Thanks to using of proximity identif ers as means of identif cation it is possible to allow entry an unknown car. Parameters of access rights can be set individually for each entry. Interconnection with other Aktion. NEXTmodules, eventually with an unfamiliar software, it is commonplace.
The system with the help of a camera captures vehicles and on their basis RZoperates the barriers or gates. In the event, that the license plate is recognized by outdoor camera and the conformity with the saved data in database is found and also meets with all the conditions of entry, the vehicle is allowed to enter or exit.
