FLEXBIMEC viene fondata nel 1974 come produttrice di elementi per loleodinamica.

Grazie al know-how acquisito , lazienda si specializzata nel settore della movimentazione dei fluidi lubrificant i con lo sviluppo di una v asta gamma di attrezzature per la lubrificazione.

Il primo prodotto realizzato da Flexbimec stato la pompa pneumatica , per la cui semplicit di utilizzo e comprov ata affidabilit tuttor a riconosciuta.

Lattivit dellazienda sempre stata focalizzata sulla produzione di pompe di elev ata qualit, conseguendo immediatamente il marchio tedesco di qualit TUV-GS e ottenendo un ottimo riscontro sui mercati internazional i pi selettivi.

Attr averso una continua ed attenta ricerca tecnica FLEXBIMEC in gr ado di proporre una linea di articoli di estrema funzionalit ed affid abilit per la mo vimentazione dei fluidi lubrificanti.

La produzione della FLEXBIMEC comprende una vasta gamma di attrezzature e sistemi sintetizzabili nelle seguenti categorie: attrezzature per lingrassaggio e la lubrificazione forzata;

attrezzature per la gestione e il t ravaso degli oli lubrificanti; attrezzature per la gestione e il travaso di gasolio; attrezzature per aria compressa e per lavaggio; attrezzature per la miscelazione di f luidi industriali; sistemi elettronici computerizzati di contr ollo delle erogazioni dei fluidi; attrezzature per il recupero, la gestione e lo stoccaggio di flui di esausti, in particolare olio motore.

Le attrezzature FLEXBIMEC trov ano impiego nelle officine di ripar azione vetture, v eicoli industriali, macchine oper atrici, macchinari agricoli, motocicli; autoconcessionarie; industrie meccaniche; autolav aggi; nautica.

Oltre alla produzione di attrezzature, FLEXBIMEC progetta, installa e effettua la manutenzione di impianti centralizzati chiavi in mano per la distribuzione, gestione e monitoraggio dei lubrificanti nelle officine auto , moto e ve icoli industriali. Ad oggi sono stati realizzati ben oltre 400 impianti centralizzati progettati in base alle specifiche esigenze del cliente.

Si avv ale di una consolidata rete di rivenditori sia a livello nazionale che internazionale esportando una consistente quota della propria produzione.

Nel 2006 FLEXBIMEC inizia un processo di ristrutturazione logistica e ampliamento della propria sede ubicata su una superficie totale di 63000 mq con unarea coperta dedicata alla ricerca e alla produzione di oltre 7000 mq.Sui nuovi spazi vengono anche previste aree dedicate alla formazione tecnica, alla dimostr azione e alla simulazione in uso delle nuove attrezzature e impianti centr alizzati.

FLEXBIMEC v anta al suo interno una moderna organizzazione con un sistema di gestione per la qualit certificato UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 .

FLEXBIMEC was founded in 1974 as producing company of hydraulic parts.The acquired knowledge in that field enabled the company to specialize in lubricant handling systems and equipment.The first product performed by Flexbimec was the air-operated pump , that is nowadays renowned as easy-to-use and reliable product.

The companys focus has always been the production of high quality pumps, achieving promptly the German quality brand TUV-GS and reaching a prominent share of the most selective international markets.

Thanks to a continuous and caref ul technical research, Flexbimec o ffer a range of reliable and functional products for lubricants management.

The FLEXBIMEC range includes:

equipment for greasing and driven lubrication;

equipment for lubricants handling and transfer;

equipment for diesel handling and transfer; equipment for compressed air and washing; equipment for industrial fluids mixing; PC based electronic systems for fluids

control and monitoring; equipment for recovery, handling and

stocking of wasted fluids, particularly motor oil.

FLEXBIMEC equipment has a large variety of application s in workshops of car, motorbike, industrial vehicles, tooling and agricultural machinery; car dealer; mechanical industries; car-washes; marine.

Besides the standard equipment production, Flexbimec designs, installs and technically supports central lubricating plants for the dispensing, handling and monitoring of lubricant fluids in car, motorbike and industrial vehicles workshops.Nowadays Flexbimec has installed more than 400 centralized lubrication systems, designed to comply with the specific needs of the customer.

FLEXBIMEC exports main share of t he annual production through a worldwide dealers network.

Since 2006 FLEXBIMEC begins his plant-restructuring which will provide a new 7000 sq m. indoor facility dedicated to research and production, located in a 63000 sq. m area.In the new plant Flexbimec will assign some specific departments for technical training, display and use reproducing of the new equipment and centralized systems.

Le pompe pneumatiche FLEXBIMEC per grasso si basano su di una concezione costruttiva provata nel tempo.Il motore ad aria compressa in lega ottone alluminio di semplice e collaudato utilizzo.Il sistema di pompaggio dotato di asta di pompaggio in acciaio indurito per sopportare gli usi pi gravosi, le guarnizioni e le tenute sono adatte alla maggior parte di grassi multiuso per lubrificazione a base di oli minerali da NLG 0 a 2, possono inoltre essere esaminate applicazioni in particolari condizioni di viscosit.

La scelta della pompa idonea va individuata innanzi tuttonel tipo di FLUIDO da movimentare.Parliamo di GRASSI quando si devono movimentare fluidi particolarmente viscosi che presentano nel punto di erogazione un aspetto molto denso.

La VISCOSIT di un fluido caratterizza la propriet di un fluido di opporsi allo spostamento delle sue particelle.

Il RAPPORTO DI COMPRESSIONE un valore ottenibile dal rapporto tra la superfice del pistone del motore e la superfice del pistone che pompa il fluido. Maggiore questo numero e maggiore la pressione di uscita del fluido. Pertanto, nel pompaggio dei grassi che sono miscele di oli minerali e saponi (sostanze addensanti inorganiche) e quindi con alta viscosit, sono necessari dei rapporti di compressione molto alti quali possono essere le pompe 50:1 e 100:1.

It is important to know the type and the properties of the fluid you will be transferring, in order to select a pump which can perform the correct application.If we pump GREASE we are transferring an high viscosityfluid which has the form of thick drops at the dispensing point.

The VISCOSITY of a fluid is the property of the fluid to resist to the travel of its particles.

COMPRESSION RATIO is the ratio between the area of the air-motor of the pump and area of the lower pump fluid piston. Bigger is the area of the air motor and/or smaller is the surface of the lower piston, higher is the outlet pressure of the grease.The greases are mixture of mineral oils and stiffening inorganic materials (soap) with high viscosity, therefore very high compression ratio pumps are needed like models 50:1 and 100:1.

Motomatic is an air-operated pumping system characterized by a single motor to insert to different suction shanks.The system starts fastening, by a rapid cluch, the motor to the appropriate shank, depending on the choice of the liquid to pump.This solution gives an economic and rea l advantage to pump grease, oil, antifreeze fluid and fuel because it is possible to let the shank inside the drums, and to select the wanted choice of liquid with a simple clutching of the motor to the shank.

Grease Power 750 is a manual operated greasing kit composed by a spring loaded pump which feed a booster gun able to reach pressure up to 750 bar. Such system can be used in 3 different ways getting the following outcomes:1- Delivery of 0.3 gr of grease at 750 bar each stroke. Il motoread aria compressa in lega ottone e alluminio di semplice e collaudata affidabilit.Il sistema pompante dotato di asta di pompaggio in acciaio adatta a sopportare gli usi pi gravosi, le guarnizioni e le tenute sono adatte alla maggior parte di lubrificanti a base di oli minerali e vengono utilizzate mescole poliuretaniche adatte alle nuove generazioni di lubrificanti particolarmente aggressivi. La scelta della pompa deve tenere conto del tipo di LUBRIFICANTE da movimentare e della sua VISCOSIT, della TEMPERATURA ambiente, della distanza da percorrere e quindi della PRESSIONE necessaria per trasferire il liquido dalla pompa al suo punto di erogazione. Pertanto si deve porre attenzione al RAPPORTO DI COMPRESSIONE, valore ottenibile dal rapporto tra la superfice del pistone del motore e la superfice del pistone che pompa il fluido: in pratica il rapporto tra la pressione dellaria di alimentazione della pompa e la pressione con la quale esce il fluido pompato.

Sono disponibili pompe pneumatiche nelle seguenti versioni:- Rapporto di compressione 1:1 per travasi di oli a brevi distanze con grande portata;

- Rapporto di compressione 3:1 per travasi a media viscosit e a media distanza con buona portata;

Special mix of polyurethane provides excellent resistance of the seals and gaskets to the new generation of oil even with low corrosive additives. It is important to know the type and the properties of the LUBRICANT you'll move, its VISCOSITY, the TEMPERATURE at which the fluid will be dispensed, the distance that the flow must reach and therefore the PRESSURE which is necessary to transfer the fluid from the pump to its dispensing-point in order to select a pump which can perform the correct application. COMPRESSION RATIO is the ratio between the area of the piston of the air-motor of the pump and the area of the lower pump fluid-piston: ratio between air pressure of pump feeding and pressure of fluid pumped. - Lapplicazione di valvole, curve, rubinetti, contalitri riduce sensibilmente la portata delle pompe.
