This generation of washing machines is based on SensoCare technology which provides the formula for specialized washing of all kinds of fabrics, thanks to its numerous advanced solutions. Gorenje’s natural orientation towards environmental protection has once again served as the inspiration for the development of energy efficient appliances. These ecological technologies are the part of GreenCare solutions. SensoCare washers also feature a spacious, high quality SpaDrum, which treats the laundry gently.

Knowing that every fabric demands a special treatment and unique combination of temperature,

water level and drum rotation, we have developed SensoCare technology. The constant support

of eight sensors and other smart solutions enable us to offer something that seemed impossible

– washing white fabrics in a machine, at low temperatures. The right combination of washing

parameters, most of all constant temperature and soft tumbling, provides an ideal treatment,

even for a white silk blouse. After we had found the solution for white laundry, the rest was easy.

TimeCare washing mode dramatically

shortens the program duration. It is

ideal for less dirty clothes and smaller

quantities of laundry. The washing

process is more intensive and quick,

remarkably time-efficient and provides

optimal washing results.

UltraWhite program was especially

developed for your delicate laundry which

cannot be washed at high temperatures,

in order not to become greyish. Such

laundry (synthetics, silk, nylon) is

becoming more common nowadays and

it is possible to damage it by washing.

UltraWhite program takes excellent care

of delicate white laundry at temperature

of up to 30°C, thanks to soft tumbling

and more water.

Note:

We recommend using special detergents

for delicate white laundry

This special program is suitable for those who use “green” biological detergents, such

as BioBall laundry balls or soapnuts. The level of water during washing remains very

high, with temperatures up to 90˚C and a high tumble rhythm.

If you set the start for night washing, you don´t have to worry about you or your family

getting a good night sleep. Gorenje SensoCare washing machines offer a special NighWash

program, set for silent operation, with slow, gentle and almost noiseless drum rotation.

Program duration is longer than usual, but washing results and silence are guaranteed.

We know from experience that black

clothes can become greyish, fade

and lose the shine, regardless of the

fabric type. This mostly happens due to

intensive tumbling which causes colour

fading, or the detergent residues, which

can also leave grey stains on the black

clothes. The solution is PerfectBlack,

a special program for black laundry

made of any type of fabric. The program

washes at 30°C, with soft tumbling and

high water level.

Note:

We recommend using special detergents

for black laundry, since the detergent can

often be the reason for colour fading.

EcoCare was invented for those who

appreciate low water and energy consumption. During the washing

process, the water level sensor and

temperature sensor provide the most

economical washing ever. Washing time

is a bit longer and washing efficiency

is excellent. Those who take care of the

environment and family budget choose

EcoCare.

Washing mode that rinses the laundry as

much as possible, leaving it completely

free from detergent. AllergyCare washing

mode is intended for thorough washing

of the fibres, with additional rinsing.

This removes allergens that create

an unpleasant feel on sensitive skin.

The program uses higher water level and additional rinsing to dissolve the

detergent better. Therefore, there is no

trace of detergent, or any other allergens

on your clothes.

Exceptionally reliable and powerful motor operates without

brushes, therefore eliminating mechanical stress, friction and

wear. That resuls in better overall washing performance, energy

efficiency, quiet operation and also longer life span of the motor

and the appliance. Since this motor is very powerful, it is also

used in our best models, such as 9kg and 1600 rpm washer.

SensoCare generation of Gorenje washers, based on

sensor technology, solves the problem of energy, water

and time consumption. Total Weight Control sensor

is especially important. It adjusts all the parameters

according to the amount of laundry inside the drum.

This results in lower energy and water consumption,

shorter washing time, silent operation and longer

appliance useful life, with always the same washing

results.

Drum interior, or its construction, is exceptionally important

for efficient washing, rinsing and spinning of laundry, as

well as for the prevention of damage. Washing machines

of SensoCare generation feature a stainless steel drum. In

order to achieve maximum efficiency, we have created three

different drum sizes, according to the washer depth (45cm

and 60cm) and the load (6, 7, 8 and 9kg)

3mm PERFORATIONS

The inside of the drum is made of the best quality stainless steel. Extremely smooth

and spacious, it features perforations of only 3 mm diameter which treat

the laundry gently. Size, shape and the

pattern of perforations optimize the

amount of water and energy consumption

to provide effective washing, spinning

and rinsing. Most importantly, the shape

and size of perforations prevent damage

of the clothes. In Gorenje SpaDrum,

laundry feels exactly like in the best spa

center.

3D RIBS

SensoCare generation of Gorenje washers

comes with redesigned drum ribs, in the

shape of a wave, carefully created to

support the laundry during washing. Such

3D ribs dramatically improve the washing

results. They gently push the laundry

towards the back wall of the drum and

then lift it up towards the top. Such

movements improve laundry distribution.

The soft material they are made of gently

massages the fibres, while the openings

on their surface spray additional water,

which helps in the soaking process.

TILTED DOORS

Brand new, round shaped glass doors also

contribute to washing perfection. When

laundry gets to the door, it is pushed back into the central part of the drum,

where it gets the best treatment. The

doors also increase the overall drum volume.

SensorIQ is the system of eight intelligent sensors

which control the entire washing process and

allow us to offer the true washing perfection.

Thanks to the coordinated operation of sensors, we

were able to develop personalized washing modes,

that we are truly proud of.

This special function for stains removal in Gorenje

washers efficiently removes numerous stains. It

is no longer necessary to set high temperature or

treat the stain prior to washing cycle. Our special

StainExpert function successfully removes stains,

with the perfect combination of temperature,

time and the amount of water. It is available in

the premium line of Gorenje washing machines

– Superior. All stains treated by this function are

divided in these 4 groups (see the table).

EXPERIENCE THE REAL DRYINGPERFECTION

SensoCare generation of Gorenje tumble dryers has raised the design bar – in terms of aesthetics, ergonomics and technology. Gorenje tumble dryers offer solutions for drying the most delicate fabrics by protecting the shape, form, flexibility and firmness of each fiber. The fresh and monitored environment inside the drum brings a pure wellness treatment for laundry and regenerates it. One of the most beneficial functions is IonTech, which treats the laundry with purifying, negatively charged ions which eliminate allergens from laundry.

SensoCare dryers have the capacity up to 9 kg, which solves the issues of drying large items and frequent loads. We are particularly proud of high energy efficiency and a new heat pump that provides savings of up to 63% higher than A energy class. Red dot design award is the confirmation of our excellence in terms of aesthetics and the sophisticated design of our appliances.

TwinAirspecial system for evenly dried laundry

solutions are technological innovations

that provide amazing A+++ energy

rating. The solutions are specially

optimized for large, 9kg capacity.

Aside from remarkable efficiency, they

provide gentle treatment thanks to

lower temperature.

TwinAir is a two-directional air blowing system which

provides evenly and equally dried laundry. Each model

with a heat pump is based on TwinAir, which adjusts

the direction of air blowing to the drum rotation. There

is a special flap on the fan, which constantly opens and

closes, controlling the blowing direction. The result

of this is soft, straight, evenly dried and easy-to-iron

laundry.

revolutionary efficient drying

All Gorenje dryers with a heat pump have very

high energy classes, even up to A+++, which saves

63% more energy than class A. We are particularly

proud of our dryer with A+++ energy class and

9kg drying capacity. This combination of features

makes it unique on the market.

We succeeded in reaching such high efficiency by

optimising a regular heat pump, which was a great

step forward. All the parts of this system (heat

exchangers, compressor, motor) were designed to

support a large amount of laundry and the most

spacious drum on the market, with 120l volume.

In addition, we used wider air channels for fast

and efficient drying, without regard to such large

capacity. The heat pump also provides more

gentle drying than conventional drying system,

at 50˚C, the temperature which is optimal for the

laundry and prevents overdrying.

Excellent drying performance is provided by air

ioniser placed at the back wall of the drum. During

the drying process, the ioniser emits negatively

charged ions into the laundry, eliminating most of the

allergens and bacteria from the clothes and making

them free from smoke, pollen and fumes, while the

fibers are additionally softened and retain their

shape. Creases and electrical charge accumulated

during the drying process are removed, as well as

bacteria, mites, allergens, dust and odours. In models

with the IonTech function, ionisations takes place

during any drying program.

Gorenje tumble dryers offer a function which

makes ironing, the most tiring chore, much easier.

SteamTech is actually a steam generator which uses

condensed water extracted from the laundry during

the drying process. At the end of the program, steam

is injected into the drum and into every thread of

the fabric. It provides the best drying quality, softer

clothes and more free time for the user, since it

straightens the wrinkles. SteamTech can be used

for programs such as cotton, mix, synthetic, shirts

and XL program. Independent, amazing program for

steam drying of five shirts will especially please those

who are tired of ironing. RefreshSteam program is

perfect for the laundry that needs some refreshment

with steam, such as winter jackets and blankets.

Gorenje tumble dryers feature two drying modes –

NormalCare and GentleCare. NormalCare is the best

option for everyday, regular dryer operation, while

GentleCare is specialized drying mode for sensitive

fabrics. We are all afraid of placing our favourite

blouse or woolen sweater into the dryer. Therefore,

select GentleCare and relax, since exceptionally low

temperature protects the fabric from any kind of

SensorIQsensor technology for safe operation

Intelligent SensorIQ technology consists

of six sensors which automatically

adjusts the drying process according to

the selected program, laundry type and

desired level of dryness. The efficient

communication of sensors prevents any mistake in the drying process,

creating the best environment and

drying conditions for the laundry. At the

same time, the sensors control all the

parameters in order to lower energy consumption.

CONDENSATE LEVEL SENSOR

The sensor controls the amount of water inside the condensate tank. The tank has

a large capacity, of around 5l. The sensor

on the control panel will signal when the

tank is full and needs to be emptied. It will

even stop the operation of the dryer if the

container is full.

MOISTURE LEVEL SENSOR

The sensor continuously measures the level of moisture inside the laundry

and automatically adjusts the drying

duration. When the sensor perceives that

the selected level of dryness has been

reached, it automatically stops the dryer.

If the laundry is not dry enough, it signals

that drying time should be prolonged.

AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR

It is well known that hot air dries

the laundry much faster and more

efficiently than cold air. However, if

the air is overheated, the laundry can

easily get damaged. Therefore, the air

temperature sensor is very important,

since it constantly monitors and adjusts the drying temperature in order to

prevent overheating. Therefore, there

is no possibility for laundry shrinking or disfigurement. Always the right

temperature for each type of fabric and

the level of moisture.

SensoCare Gorenje dryers are condensate, which

means that all the moisture from the laundry is

extracted, condensed and transported into a

special tank. This simplifies the drying process,

since there is no need to worry about venting. A

light signal on the condensate tank notifies you

when the container is full. It can be removed and

emptied in just a few seconds and the water can

be used for watering the plants and other chores.

Automatic programme selection

The most sophisticated models feature

an automatic programme that enables

you to wash your dishes within two

temperature ranges (party glassware

or fine porcelain at a lower temperature,

and other, less fragile dishes at a higher

temperature). The sensors continually

monitor the water in the dishwasher,

identifying impurities and adjusting their

Due to the rectangular shape of the

45 cm Slim dishwashers, the standard

spray arm does not reach the front and

the rear of the dishwasher equally well.

Gorenje has developed an innovative

solution: a special shower arm design,

which in addition to spinning on its axis

also moves longitudinally from the front

panel to the rear and back. This enables

the water to be sprayed evenly over the

entire dishwasher interior so as to achieve

The water quality sensor monitors water

A designated, triple crown gas burner

heats the wok at an accelerated rate,

Cooking with gas

Gas cookers are characterized by their

utilisation of an open flame, which

translates into a superior heat output

and improved cooking performance. The

food coagulates faster, which locks in the

majority of nutrients and preserves the

natural flavour. The burners are made of

components, which can be easily taken

apart and just as easily cleaned.

Two or three and oval ring heating zones

Two- or three ring heating zones make it

possible for your hob to adapt precisely

to the various cookware used. The oval

heating zone is ideal for cooking large

cuts of meat or fish. By simply switching

on the extra rings, you can increase the

cooking zone as required, thereby saving

valuable energy.

BoilControl

The BoilControl function prevents pots from

boiling over as it automatically adjusts the

temperature of all HiLight cooking zones.

After initial operation at maximum heat the

hob regulates the heat output to hold the

temperature at the set level. Function can

be switched on or off any time. Your pots

will never boil over ever again!

Cooking with induction

With induction technology only the

surface under of the utensil is heated.

The hob surface, which is not in

contact with the cookware, is cool and

safe to touch. Once the utensil has

been removed or the plate has been

switched off, the temperature of the

hob surface drops rapidly. Due to the

instant responsiveness of the induction

zone, there is no danger of boiling over,

which also spares you the unpleasant

chore of extra cleaning. You can easily

adjust the temperature when preparing

various sauces, melting chocolate or

performing other temperature-sensitive

PerfectGrill for a perfect crust

The large upper and the smaller lower

infrared heating elements are safely hidden

in the depths of the recessed, vaulted oven

ceiling while the difference in their relative

heights ensures that food is cooked evenly

and perfectly, every time. In selected

models the upper heating element can be

tilted down, which makes the oven easier

to clean.

Baking on several shelves set at different levels

By choosing a Gorenje oven you can

bake your biscuits up to three different

levels at the same time. Fan at the rear

of the oven ensures an even and swift

distribution of heat. This enables a more

efficient circulation of hot air and delivers

outstanding cooking and baking results

while saving you valuable time and

Extra-deep, XXL baking tray

For gourmets who enjoy making home-

made bread, lasagne, quiches or similar,

we have designed a special, extra deep 5

cm baking tray. The tray features EcoClean

enamel coating, which makes it easy to

clean. In addition, the oven walls tend

to get less dirty as the raised tray sides

prevent the fat from escaping. Our large

selection of baking trays also features

traditional size enamelled and glass trays.

The latter can also be used as serving trays.

Temperature probe

Selected models of Gorenje ovens are

fitted with a temperature probe – a special

sensor allowing you to control how done

your food is. Insert the probe into any

larger chunk of food to be baked, roasted,

or grilled, and set the desired temperature.

The display on the oven control panel will

indicate when the food is done exactly

as you want it. Hence, your roast will be

deliciously juicy, and the dough will be

perfectly leavened and baked.

Cool oven panels with DynamiCooling

A highly efficient cooling system

designed to keep the temperature of oven

panels down during the cooking process

(DC) as well as afterwards (DC+) ensures

significantly cooler outer surfaces of oven

panels. A fan mixes cooler ambient air

with the hot air in the oven, forcing the

cooled mixture to circulate right under

the exterior panels of the appliance.

Once the oven has been switched off, a

heat sensor keeps the fan going until the

oven temperature has dropped below

60°C (DC+). By keeping the temperature

of the oven panels and door down,

DynamiCooling significantly improves the

safety of oven cooking.

AquaClean

Oven models Premium and Exclusive

additionally feature the highly convenient

AquaClean option. Just pour half a litre

of tap water into a baking tray, place it

into the cavity and select the AquaClean

option. The steam generated by the auto-

heat programme (70°C) acts to soften the

dirt on the oven walls. After approximately

half an hour simply wipe down the oven

with a soft cloth. Using no cleaners

whatsoever, the result is astounding as well

as environmentally friendly.

ChildLock for safety

The ChildLock function prevents children from interfering with or resetting the selected parameters, thus also providing protection against accidental activation and operation of the hob.

Low temperature of the oven door

Gorenje ovens are fitted with safe and energy efficient CoolDoors (CD). More sophisticated models feature triple-glazed, heat reflective UltraCoolDoors (UCD). Superior door insulation in conjunction with special reflective glass layers improves oven performance together with significantly lower energy consumption. A low exterior door temperature keeps you safe from burns when touching the oven door.

Safety switch

Oven door safety switch prevents damage and burns as it makes it impossible for the children to open the oven door during cooking.

Cleaning made easy with EasyClean liners

Easily removable EasyClean liners on both

side panels and catalytic lining on the

rear panel are designed to help you keep

your oven clean. The liners feature super-

smooth EcoClean enamel coating, which

means that warm water is all you need. Or

you can simply remove them and let the

dishwasher do the job for you!

Catalytic self-cleaning lining

Some Gorenje oven models feature

superior EcoClean enamel coating with

catalytic lining on the rear panel. Owing

to the catalytic coating, food and juices

splashing from the baking tray are

decomposed already during the cooking

process. The procedure is based on a

chemical reaction that causes oxidation

upon contact with fat at high temperature.

Fat residues are thus continuously broken

down and your oven is clean even in those

hard-to-reach spots.

PizzaThe oven will preheat for 8 minutes to 200ºC. After preheating place the pizza in the middle level guide in shallow pan or on a baking stone. Baking time 10 minutes for a pizza of 400 g.

Pork chops, fishRoasting on the grid in the upper level guide (dripping pan is placed one level below) with door closed. Turn the meat around halfway through roasting. Oven temperature is 250º C, roasting time 25 minutes for 4 x 200 g.

The large upper and the smaller lower

infrared heating elements are safely

hidden in the depths of the recessed,

vaulted oven ceiling while the difference

in their relative heights ensures that

food is cooked evenly and perfectly,

heating element can be tilted down,

Selected models of Gorenje ovens come

with a meat probe, which allows you to

directly monitor and control the backing

of your meat. All you need to do is insert

the probe tip into the meat and set the

temperature to the desired level. The

indicator on the control panel will alert you

like it. With the meat probe you can enjoy

Professional grill pan set

This useful piece of kit made silicon

coated aluminium alloy which heats up

exceptionally fast and is ideally suited for

Extra-deep, XXL baking tray

For gourmets who enjoy making home-

cm baking tray. The tray features EcoClean

clean with ordinary tap water, without

the use of harmful chemicals. In addition,

the oven walls tend to get less dirty as

the raised tray sides prevent the fat from

escaping. Our large selection of baking trays

also features traditional size enamelled and

glass trays. The latter can also be used as

Child lock function allows locking the oven

settings. When the settings are locked,

Oven door safety switch prevents damage

and burns as it makes it impossible

for the children to open the oven door

during cooking.

Spacious oven ceiling for extra safety

The oven ceiling is slightly recessed - just

enough to accommodate the top heating

element. This feature enables a better

use of the oven interior and results

in improved safety. This way, the risk

of inadvertently touching any hot parts

when reaching inside the oven is drastically

reduced. The upper heating element can

be tilted down, which makes the oven even

Cool oven panels with DynamiCooling

A highly efficient cooling system designed

to keep the temperature of oven panels

down during the cooking process (DC)

as well as afterwards (DC+) ensures

significantly cooler outer surfaces of oven

panels. A fan mixes cooler ambient air with

the hot air in the oven, forcing

the cooled mixture to circulate right under

the exterior panels of the appliance.

Once the oven has been switched off,

a heat sensor keeps the fan going until

the oven temperature has dropped below

60°C (DC+). By keeping the temperature

of the oven panels and door down,

DynamiCooling significantly improves

the safety of oven cooking.

High performance cleaning - PyrolyseSupreme

Pyrolitic ovens from Gorenje employ the

concept of pyrolysis to deliver perfect

automatic cleaning. Oven interior, baking

sheets and trays, and wire guides are

coated with a special high-temperature

resistant pyrolitic enamel and they can

therefore be left in the oven during

pyrolysis. Ovens are also fitter with highly

efficient halogen lighting. During the

pyrolitic cleaning process, the oven will

heat up to approximately 500 °C. When

the temperature reaches 250 °C, the door

is automatically locked for user safety.

Combination of high temperature and

an innovative combination of heaters

and fan propelled air circulation leads

to optimum cleaning effects even in the

remotest corners. A special catalyst is

installed in the upper part of the oven,

which neutralizes odours and smoke

generated during the cleaning process.

The user can choose from three cleaning

levels, depending on how soiled the oven

interior is. 30 minutes after the end of the

program, oven door is again unlocked.

Then, simply wipe the dirt residues in the

form of ashes, using a damp cloth and the

cleaning is complete. Owing to this feature,

Gorenje ovens rank among the best in the

market.

Easily removable EasyClean liners on both

your oven clean. The liners feature super-

smooth EcoClean enamel coating, which

means that warm water is all you need. Or

you can simply remove them and let the

dishwasher do the job for you!

Easy maintenance with AquaClean

All oven models additionally feature the

highly convenient AquaClean option. Just

pour half a litre of tap water into a baking

tray, place it into the cavity and select the

AquaClean option. The steam generated

by the auto-heat programme (70°C)

acts to soften the dirt on the oven walls.

After approximately half an hour simply

wipe down the oven with a soft cloth.

Catalytic self-cleaning lining

Some Gorenje oven models feature

superior EcoClean enamel coating with

catalytic lining on the rear panel. Owing

to the catalytic coating, food and juices

chemical reaction that causes oxidation

Glass ceramic hob with warming zone

A designated warming zone on your

glass ceramic hob makes sure that the

food, once cooked, is kept at just the

right temperature until served. The food

Well though-out positioning of the lighting

unit in the freezer chest cover provides

excellent view inside, particularly when

the appliance is installed in a dimly lit

room. Movable baskets will add to the

convenience and accessibility of frozen

Optional lock

Some models feature a lock which is

particularly convenient for markets

where chests are installed outside the

Control and safety

Control unit is placed at the lower front

side of the freezer chest. Temperature

settings knob and FastFreeze function

on/off key are complemented by signal

lights providing information about

appliance operation: when the appliance

is on, when FastFreeze is activated,

has been activated (more than –18 °C).

Activate the FastFreeze function 24 hours

Concealed skin condenser unit

SensoTech: accurate temperature regulation

Electronic control allows accurate

settings of optimum cooling and freezing

temperature independently of the

environment temperature. Advanced

models also feature separate temperature

regulation for refrigerator and freezer

compartment. In addition to the core

functionality, these models offer the

FastFreeze freezer boost function and the

SuperCool refrigerator boost function.

A dedicated signal light, combined with

an acoustic signal, will warn you of any

increases in temperature in the appliance.

This way, the food will receive optimum

care while you save power.

MultiFlow technology

MultiFlow accelerated air circulation

technology provides a constant

temperature in all models with

a ZeroZone drawer. Cool air is blown

through the vents in the refrigerator back

wall directly into the drawer. Compared

to conventional systems, MultiFlow

delivers the most efficient cooling of

food, keeping the freshness, aroma, and

nutrients of fruit, vegetables, and meat

much longer.

FastFreeze rapid food freezing

Maintaining the quality of frozen food

depends largely on how fast the freezing

process is. When the freezing process

is faster, the crystals that are formed

are smaller and do not damage the cells

in the food, thus allowing it to retain the

vitamins, minerals and nutrients longer.

For a true freezing boost, choose models

with the FastFreeze function that freezes

the food at extremely low temperature of

-24°C. If the function is not deactivated

manually, the fast freezing process is

ended automatically after a certain period

of time and the freezer returns to the

initially set temperature.

SuperCool function for cooling larger amounts of food

When the SuperCool fast cooling function is activated, the refrigerator will

provide a boost to the cooling process,

dropping the temperature to 3°C which

is nearly half of the usual temperature.

Low temperature, combined with large

volume, is ideal for rapid cooling of

food after major shopping trips. After

six hours, the function is switched

off automatically and the refrigerator

compartment temperature returns to the

initial setting.

Eco - economy program

During periods of less frequent use (door

opening) or absence from home, such

as vacation, Eco program can provide
