NursingManagement&Leadership(NURS1610-421) NursingManagement&Leadership describes the concepts and principles relevant to managerial functions: planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling and their application in different nursing situations at the various health care settings. Key issues in Nursing Leadership, concepts and application into practice.
