Weathers/Knight Circle Meeting - Thursday, April 19th at 10:00 am in the Conference Room. Personnel Committee Meeting - Thursday, April 26th at 7:00 pm in the Conference Room. Meet-n-Eat - Thursday, April 26th at 7:00 pm at IHOP. April 29th is Food Pantry Sunday, so don’t forget your food pantry donations! Supporting our local Food Pantry is an on-going mission project of the Angelic Ministers. Food collection barrels are located in the Education Building for you to place your food donations. A grocery list is included in today’s bulletin. The “Backpack Buddies” program is an ongoing ministry KBC has with Knightdale Elementary School. We provide a plastic bag filled with food items to help get a hungry child through the weekend who might not otherwise get a meal until they return to school again on Monday morning. Please help us with this ministry by contributing food items to help a hungry child in our town. A grocery list is included in today’s bulletin. Please no glass containers due to the possibility of breakage and if you can find any of the grocery items in plastic containers instead of cans that would be great as well.

Art and Craft Fair - Saturday, May 5th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm in the FLC. Funds raised benefit the Life Changing Transplant Foundation.
Church Council Meeting - Sunday, May 6th at 6:00 pm in the Conference Room.
RBA Deacon and Leadership Conference - Exploring Biblical Models of Servant Leadership Saturday, May 19th from 8:00 am - 12 noon at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 8304 Leesville Road, Raleigh. The registration fee is $5.00 and covers all food, drinks and materials. Please register with the
RBA office at 919-231-3995 by Monday, May 14th. Pay at the door. Please mark your calendars - everyone is encouraged to attend this conference!
Annual Spaghetti Lunch and Auction 2012
Come one, come all to our famous
spaghetti lunch and auction on Sunday,
April 29th immediately following
worship.
We’re looking for items for our silent and live auctions. Do
you own a business or work for a business that could
donate a service for auction? Do you have season tickets to
State, Carolina, Duke, Hurricanes, or the Mudcats that you
would give up one game for auction? Help us come up with
some neat items. Contact Robin or Jim Farrington (919-
266-7690) if you have a donation.

Please note: If for some reason you are not available to help on the day that you volunteered to work, we ask that you please don’t forget to find a replacement for yourself so there is adequate coverage during the worship service. Also, if you have a change in the schedule for the children’s nursery or children’s church, please contact the monthly coordinator so that the change can be made prior to the printing of the worship bulletin. However, any permanent changes in the schedule should continue to be handled by the lead coordinator.

Attention KBC Parents: If you have a child participating in children’s worship, please make sure they are picked up at the end of the church service by a parent or adult. The children’s worship leaders will only allow children to be picked up by a parent or adult from the nursery, toddler, 2-3 year old, 4-5 year old, or 6-7 year old classrooms. We love our children at KBC and want to ensure their safety!
