Cold wall — wrapped wall construction Unlike a forced air unit, wrapped wall units do not require air movement to cool the pans. The cold conducts from the frost on the side wall to form a cold blanket over the food, protecting it against heat rise.

Rail on/off switch and rail thermostat By turning the rail off at night the operator can save 50% in energy cost. A separate temperature dial is located next to the switch giving operator control of rail temperature (separate control for bottom located on mullion coil in base).

Rail drain and clean out valve A 1” diameter interior drain with clean out valve and integral pan ledge make it easy for the operator to clean up the rail at the end of the night.

“Dog-house” air shroud and hinged louver Our hinged louver promotes regular cleaning because it gives the operator easy access to the condensing unit. The number one

failure in a compressor-run system is lack of airflow because of a dirty condensing coil.

to +40ºF so red meat stays fresher longer (at 26ºF) and chicken is

100% front breathingAll Randell equipment stands are 100% front breathing, allowing the customer to seal the units on the back and sides, or curb mount the unit for a cleaner installation. In high-heat areas it is

critical that fresh air circulates through the condenser coil. Our fresh-air/exhaust-air louver design, combined with our exclusive fresh air duct, prevents recycling of the exhausted air through the condenser, allows the Randell units to be 100% front breathing and typically runs 25°F cooler than traditionally designed condenser housings.

Temperature performance The Randell designed, manufactured and fully balanced evaporator coils are located in between the drawer sections in order to provide unparalleled air-circulation throughout the base cabinet. This is especially important in drawer units as the essence of the drawer slides can block air-flow.

Drawer configurations Randell’s standard space saving 27” wide drawer sets hold two 12” x 20” (full-size) pans back-to-back in each drawer. Tremendous value and added capacity in space-conscious lengths.

For designs requiring more space or greater length to accommodate longer cooking equipment configurations, 32” wide

drawers are an alternative. The pans can be rotated 90° for a side-by-side set-up, which is especially useful when using fractional pans in the drawers.

Standard configurations accommodate 4” deep pans in both the bottom and top drawers. When more capacity is required and flexibility in equipment work height is available, Randell offers 6” deep pan capacities in both the top and bottom pans. Another Randell exclusive.

Patented drawer cartridge The Randell unitized drawer system assures quality is built into the design by creating a solid framework that is free-standing and slides into the base after it is completely assembled. This provides a consistent construction process that outlasts any design that is assembled inside the unit, typical of most drawer systems. The entire cartridge is removable, without tools, to allow full access to the base for cleaning or working on the evaporator coil.

3-Year parts and labor warrantyThe most comprehensive warranty on drawers in the industry covers 100% of the patented removable cartridge, not just parts of the slides.

Exclusive press-fit gaskets Keep your refrigeration running more efficiently with the easy to remove, without tools, design of our gaskets. Allows the maintenance and replacement of gaskets to be done in a matter of minutes for each drawer.

YouagreethatyoumustpayUNIFIEDBRANDSallsuchfees

Returnsmustbe labeledwith theapplicableReturnMaterialAuthorizationNumber, you must include all RMA forms and the equipment must be shipped toUNIFIEDBRANDSpre-paidwithin30daysofauthorization.Returnswithoutpriorwrit-tenauthorizationwillberefusedandyouwillremainliableforthefullamountofthepurchaseprice(andotherchargesapplicablethereto).Therewillbearestockingchargeappliedtoallreturneditems,asdeterminedappropriatebyUNIFIEDBRANDS.Noitemsmaybereturnedmorethan90daysafterthedateoftheapplicableinvoice.Longleaditems or special order equipment built to your specifications may NOT be returned.All orders for standard items may be cancelled with the written consent of UNIFIEDBRANDSatanytimeuptoseven(7)daysprior toshipment;butyouare responsiblefortheappropriatecancellationcharges,andouragreementtocancellationissubjecttoyourpaying thosecancellationcharges. Delivery and Delays in DeliveryAllrequestsforspecifictimeofshipmentmustbeacceptedbyusinwriting.Intheeventofanyconflictbetweentheshipmenttimerequestedinanorderandtheshipmenttimespecified in theacceptancewesent to you, the timespecified inouracceptancewillgovern.Youmaychangeashipmentdateonlyifwereceivenoticeofsuchchangeatleastsevendaysbeforetheshipmentdatetobechanged.Allagreementsastotimeandmethodofshipmentaresubjecttostrikesorotherlabordifficulties,laborshortages,fire,flood,orotherActsofGod,war,breakdowns,failureofplantmachineryorequipment,governmentalprioritiesorallocations,delaysofsuppliersoranyothercausebeyondourcontrol. InnoeventwillUNIFIEDBRANDSbe liable foranyconsequential,specialorcontingentdamagesonaccountofdelay inshipment,whetherornotwehaveactualorimpliedknowledgeoftheimportanceorsignificanceofthetimingofsuchshipmentandwhetherornotanyemployeeoragentofUNIFIEDBRANDShasgivenanyassur-anceswithrespecttosuchshipment.Ifyourequestashipmentmethodotherthanournormalshipmentforthatequipment,weareinnowayresponsiblefortheconditionoftheequipmentsoshippedorthetimelinessofitsdelivery.

4 . Warranties, Limitations on Warranties, and Limitation of remediesUNIFIEDBRANDSwarrantsitsproductsagainstdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipundernormaluseandservicesforwhichsuchproductsweredesigned.Thiswarrantyrunsonlytotheoriginalenduserandis in lieuofanyother liabilityfordefects. Brandsbeforefabricationholdsthedealeraccountableforalladditionalcharges.

8 . Storage chargesUnifiedBrandsmakeseveryefforttoconsistentlymeetourcustomers’shipmentexpecta-

tions.Ifaftertheequipmenthasbeenfabricated,thecustomerrequestsdelayinshipment,

• Equipment held for shipment at purchaser’s request for a period 30 days beyond

handlingorvisibledamage,tominimizeliability,afullinspectionisnecessaryuponarrival.

Anotationmustbeplacedonthefreightbillandsignedforbythetruckdriver.Appear-

anceofdamagewillrequireremovingthecrateinthepresenceofthedriver.Consignee
