*During Gym activities, paid party guests under 36 months, are not permitted in Gym A or B, under 4 years not permitted in Survival Island, and under 5 years not permitted on Top Roping (Rock Climb), but they may play in the Kids Fun Factory as an alternate party activity. The same applies to any paid guest that our staff determines to be displaying behavioral concerns. Guests over 14 years (including Parents) are not permitted on the gym/rock floor. TRIO Party has no top roping (rock climb). Booking in a timely manner allows us to properly staff for all our activities. There will be a $35 non-refundable late fee paid at the same time as the party deposit, when the deposit is paid less than 15 days prior to the date of the party. This is a separate charge and does not reduce the balance due the day of the party.
