Last summer, I chose Kelli to be the social media intern for PROOF: Media for Social Justice. PROOF is a small peacebuilding organization, and we needed someone self-‐reliant to help grow our Facebook presence. Kelli jumped right into the task, familiarizing herself with PROOF’s brand and voice, posting daily to the Facebook page, and engaging our constituents with tact and grace. Over her six months with PROOF, she proved easy to work with and eager to learn. More important, Kelli’s initiatives led to a 16% increase in Facebook followers for PROOF. Shares and likes also grew substantially. One of the traits I valued most in Kelli was her ability to speak her mind clearly. After considering PROOF’s initial situation and objectives, she provided fresh insights on our social media strategy. Her point of view was clear, her reasoning sound. I didn’t have to wonder where she stood. Kelli will certainly be an asset to your organization, and I recommend her highly.
