DETERMINING INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOR : A HYPHOTHETICAL MODEL

1. Level where each individual see organization climate that support positive inovation  related with inovative behavior.

2. Quality of leader, member of exchange  between an individual and its supervisor is positive related with individual inovative behavior.

engineers, scientists, and technicians who involved in applied research in specific technology area. and it held in three parts:

1. Technology product

2. Proccess, and Supporting Technology

3. Service Laboratory like Chemist Analytics

CONCLUSIONIndividual inovative behavior include four interaction result, they are :

- Individual System- Leadership- Team Work- Climate.

Inovation is IDEA, including people who develope, do, react, and modificate that idea.Inovation is also including adaptation of product or proccess from outside of an organization.
