DESCRIPTION
Investigative report on contents of Mike Porter's computer after he was charged with first degree murder and sexual assault of Kelsey Smith Briggs. Autopsy results show that Kelsey suffered "forcible sexual assault" and that her anus was torn to her vaginal wall. This report was finished on January 29, 2007 and Mike or Michael Porter accepted a 30-year plea for enabling child abuse (reduced from murder and sexual assault) on February 2, 2007. His trial was set to begin in mid February 2007 with the death penalty on the table. He escaped trial due to Kelsey's paternal family's "desire" for him to be offered a plea deal.
