The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type(OMR Valuation) Test held on 18-8-2006 and Dictation test conducted on 6-10-2007 and 31-3-2009 and verification ofdocuments that followed for selection to the post of Confidential Assistant Grade-II on Rs. 3590-5400 (PR) in Various Departments(Category No. 223/2005) and based on the percentage of marks in S.S.L.C. and the Common Dictation Test (CategoryNo. 224/2005) in List-II By Transfer category in Kollam District arranged in the order of merit. All the candidates appeared for thedictation tests who were found eligible are included in the List I of the Ranked List.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 1-12-2009. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication ofa new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier.Candidates will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation asamended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As theadvice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list willsecure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointmentson the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will berechecked, if the candidates apply for rechecking, remitting the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) inany one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-105-State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost fromthe Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4size paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. The original chalan receiptfor the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for rechecking.

Valid applications for rechecking addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Andamukkom, Kollamshould reach in this office within one month from the date on which notification of the Ranked List is officially releasedby the Commission. Applications for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed formwill not be entertained. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidatedwill not be considered. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who submit applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limitenclosing Original chalan receipt as stated above the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the re-checking will beintimated to the candidates from this office.


Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selectionshall remit a fee of Rs. 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account“0051-PSC-800-Other receipts 99-Other-receipts”). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form available fromthe Commission website www.keralapsc.org along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Offices,Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Kollam within one month from the date of official publication ofthe Ranked List. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to the candidate. Copies of OMR sheetinvalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheetwhich is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put on column 4 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application formand proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly notedin the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Offices, Kerala Public ServiceCommission, District Office, Kollam within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit ofreservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, thecandidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type(OMR Valuation) Test held on 17-10-2008 and the verification of documents that followed for selection to the post ofPharmacist Grade II on Rs. 4000-6090 (PR) in the Health Services Department in Kollam District (Category No. 78/2007)arranged in the order of merit. The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 5-12-2009. The Ranked List willbe in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiryof three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rulesand orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported tothe Commission during the pendency of list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the listat the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their namesin the list.


The candidates who have secured 35 (Thirtyfive) marks and above in the OMR test have been included in theMain List of this Ranked List. Marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under thereservation group of communities.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will be re-checked, if the candidates apply for re-checking, remitting the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any oneof the treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of costfrom the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A

size paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in anyother manner will not be considered.

Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not beconsidered. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the ranked list are advised to refer to NotificationNo. ERII (2) 1424/2009/EW dated 15-9-2009, showing the Register Numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reasonthereof.

The applications for re-checking along with the original chalan reciept should reach the District Officer, KeralaPublic Service Commission, District Office, Kollam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List.Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who send applications forre-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, themarks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in theirapplication forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not beencorrectly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KeralaPublic Service Commission District Office, Kollam within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the ranked list toget the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with therules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacanciesreported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrenceof vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidatesremaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusionof their names in the list.


According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of markswill be done on payment of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head ofAccount “0051-PSC-105-State-PSC-99 Examination Fee”. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on anyaccount. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate from this office. Application for re-checkingof answerscript should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of thevarious offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’sWebsite www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not beconsidered. The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed tothe District Officer, KPSC District Office, Visitors Building, IInd Floor, M.G. Road, Thrissur should reach this officewithin one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List officially released by the Public Service Commission.The application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

Entries are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by themwith necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as provedby them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, DistrictOffice, Thrissur within 1 (One) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservationto which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates willbe advised as incorporated in this list.

Candidates who wish to obtain a xerox copy of the answer sheet have to remit a prescribed fee ofRs. 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) which shall be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State which is tobe credited to the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts 99-Other receipts” and the original chalan receiptshould be attached with the application. The application form is given with this notification. The copy of the OMRsheet will be given only once and copy of both “A” Part and “B” part will be given. Copy of invalidated answerscriptswill not be given. The Xerox copy will be sent by Registered Post to the applicant. Candidate will be given the copyof their own answerscript only and if it is proved that application has been given to get the copy of other candidatesanswerscript legal action will be initiated against the applicant. The application to obtain the Xerox copy of OMRanswerscript should reach this Office within one month from the date of publication of Ranked List.
