Caprini & Pellerin Architectes is specialised in architecture and design for high-end residential and commercial projects. The practice was founded in 2008 by two raw talents: Kevin Caprini (French, born in 1981) & Jerry Pellerin (Dutch / French, born in 1986). The architects lead an international team of over twenty architects and designers as well as a handpicked network of artists and craftsmen. Based on the French Riviera, they provide a full range of services from conceptual ideas to the implementation of architecture, interiors, landscaping, furniture design, antiques and art buying. The practice’s aesthetics are inspired by the unique characteristics of each location. Villa Fidji / Casa Vara

Villa Fidji

Nestled within the heart of the Cap d’Antibes, with the sea in sight, a once outdated neo-Provençal villa has been entirely rejuvenated by Caprini & Pellerin Architectes. Today, its beauty lies within the angled form of its bare concrete envelope softened by Mediterranean architectural influences. The villa Fidji is a superb example of elegance and minimalism. Linear and geometric, the property delicately and artfully blends into its stunning French Riviera surroundings.

Casa Vara

Located on the Côte d’Azur, not far from the picturesque village of Valbonne, the architects Caprini & Pellerin dreamed up a contemporary villa by combining different southern styles with flair. Working with the constraints of the land, the villa Casa Vara is accessed from the top and unveils itself floor by floor, layer by layer. Created for close friends of the architects, this bohemian chic construction combines noble materials with grace and alludes to exotic destinations.
