2018 Points StandingsLate Model Pick ‘Em Challenge

• Fill out 1st through 10th with the car number of the associated driver you think will finish in that position. At the end of the race, if you got a driver’s finishing position correct, you score their finishing position points.

• If any of the drivers you picked finish in the top 10 but not the corresponding position, you score 5 points. Points are based on the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Championship Points structure.

• Example: Your picks are 2, 3, 4, 10, 17, 39, 51, 71, 74, & 98. The finishing order is 5, 3, 131, 11, 4, 27, 98, 71, 39, & 51. You would be awarded 67 pts for the 3 finishing second. 10 pts each for the 4, 98, and the 51 for finishing in the Top 10. Then 49 pts for the 71 finishing in 8th.

• Additionally, there are bonus points for drivers who win their Heat Races and the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ). If a driver in your top 10 won their Heat Race, you are awarded an additonal 15 pts. If a driver in your top 10 won the LCQ, you are awarded an additonal 5 pts.

• Example: From your Top 10 in the previous example, the 98 and the 17 won their Heat Races. Both earn the 15 bonus points for a total of 30 extra points. As well as, the 51 won the LCQ. That would be an additional 5 pts for a total of 35 bonus points.

• Your total then is 181 pts.

Top 10

• For these you get to select 3 drivers each. If any of the 3 is the driver who met the criteria, you gain points.

Pass Differential, Fastest Lap, & Most Laps Led• Bonus Points are as follows:

Pass Differential - 50 pts

Most Laps Led - 120 pts

Fastest Lap - 200 pts

• Pass Differential - Calculated based on the drivers starting position subtracted from their finishing position. Example: The 55 car starts 40th and finishes 20th. Their Differential is 20.

• Fastest Lap - This is the driver who records the fastest lap time in the race.

• Most Laps Led - This is the driver who leads the most laps during the race.

Final results for PICK ‘EM will be tweeted out after the race.

* The maximum amount of points that can be acquired during an event is 1,000 pts *

• Example: Your picks are 5, 55, & 80 for Pass Differential. The 55 ends up being the one who had the largest pass differential. You score those bonus points.
