JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing & Preparing architectural drawings from preliminary design to IFC (issued for construction), as per project requirement & Architect's / Project Engineer's instructions.
Preparing building Plans, Elevations, Sections, wall sections, Openings and finishes schedules and standard detailed Drawings.
Preparing wet areas enlarged plans and elevations. Preparing ceiling plans with inter-disciplines coordination (structural,
HVAC, Fire Fighting and Electrical lighting layouts). Preparation of detail site plans as per survey drawings and indicating
North & Easting co-ordinates & levels. Preparing demolition plans in-coordination with existing building layouts in
Building extensions / renovation projects. Preparation of As-Built drawings and field verifications. All the above drawings prepared as per Royal Commission (RC)
standards, SABIC engineering Standards (SES) and best engineering practice.
ONGOING PROJECTS: SABIC Affiliates Beach Camps (Ibn Zahar, Ibn SIna, Saudi Kayan and Al-Byroni),
each Beach camp comprise of Sitting Hall, Dining Hall, Chalets, Kitchen and storage, Toilets and wash areas, Guard house and Generator room.
OBEIKAN Glass company (OGC) Coater plant, Guard house and waiting lounge. Ibn Rush (IR Learning Hall) cafeteria extension and renovation project.
ACCOMPLISHED PROJECTS: SABIC Dammam HQ extension project.
The Marines base around individual 120 buildings including two complete battalions including residential blocks, mess halls, Jail, weapons storage, offices, mosque, sports facilities and various ancillary support buildings.
