Production

Our factory is equipped with the most advanced machineries. The sewingmachines have been imported from Juki and Pegasus, withcomplimenting finishing equipments. The GERBER GGT CAD system is theheart of the cutting department which also boasts of the highlysophisticated GERBER FABRIC-SPREADER. The sewing floor uses theETON Mover system for better productivity and control.In addition to employing the latest technology, we believe in assigningthe right person for the job. Both, the production as well as the qualityteam, are built of some of the most experienced and innovative peoplein the industry. We promote a culture of self-monitoring in our laborforce which is key in achieving international quality standards along withhigh productivity.

Fashion Design

We have an in-house fashion design studio headed by anexperienced European designer, who keeps our collectionsupdated with the latest trends and designs. Not only do weprovide our clients with the latest in fabric to productdevelopment, but also work with customers’ productdevelopment department to incorporate their inputs and give amore personal service.

We employ the most sophisticated ETON mover system. Thissystem enables us to obtain high level of quality productivity whilereducing labor costs.

The automatic moving hangers are operated by the centralcomputer running on an advanced software which balances theline plan and monitors the production flow in real time. Theadvanced software helps the staff by:• Alerting of bottlenecks in the line,• Informing which station is non-operational,• Pointing out which sewer is responsible for defects, if any,

found during production.
