The agenda is set and was agreed by PTI top

leadership pre-election.

The PM reiterated commitment to each point in

his August 19th address to the nation.

We have no option but to deliver.

The PM will personally review and ensure progress on a

fortnightly basis along with the Cabinet.

We will be honest about our performance.

A website will track progress live

A monthly press release deliver greater detail

At the end of the 100 Days, we will hold a public event on the

way forward.

Ministers as well as provincial government representatives

should personally lead execution.

We will need to work at a speed that government is not used to

in order to deliver.

We must challenge our department officials to come up with

plans that are aspirational yet implementable.

Today…

…we will review each of the 35 initiatives of the 100

Days Agenda.

…we will focus on agreeing milestones, and on

assigning responsibilities for individual actions.

…we will arrange a more in-depth discussion in your

ministry as a follow up, as and if required.

For initiatives that are underway

Certainty of being on track for timely completion

Well in progress, and likely to be completed on time or

close to scheduled time. May have a slight delay.

In progress, but significantly off track

Critically delayed, needs immediate corrective action

For initiatives that are not started or completed

No work started, or not enough information.

Initiative completed

As we review progress, we will use a simple traffic light

system to collectively review progress
