Built to perform Delivering the ride and the safety

AWD lock modelWhen you encounter low-traction surfaces such as deep snow or sand, a simple push of a button engages AWD lock to provide a 50:50 torque split between the front and rear wheels.

Class-leading powerWith a choice of a 2.0L petrol engine or a 2.0L R diesel engine, you’ll enjoy smooth, measured power together with low CO2 emissions. The 2.0L petrol version generates a maximum 122 Kw @ 6,200 rpm, and with its low weight aluminium construction gives lower fuel consumption.

Dynamax's Intelligent ControlDynamax's intelligent control unit works by continuously monitoring driving conditions and anticipating AWD system requirements, and then applies the correct amount of torque to the front and rear wheels (AWD models only). The result is optimum grip, so you can tackle any kind of road surface and gradient with complete confidence and increased safety.

1999ccR 2.0 VGT Diesel engineMax. Power 135 Kw @ 4,000 rpmMax. Torque 392 Nm @ 1,800~2,500 rpm

1999ccNu 2.0 D-CVVT Petrol engine Max. Power 122 Kw @ 6,200 rpm

Max. Torque 205 Nm @ 4,000 rpm

Collision countermeasuresImproved interior cabin safety is delivered by using high-tensile steel to strengthen the front, rear and sides. Oversized bumper beams; a ringed structure at the centre pillar area; and a chassis design thats helps to disperse any impact.

Front and rear parking sensorsSound an alert if you get too close to obstacles, making parking safer and easier than ever before.

Electronic Stability Control (ESC)In the event of sudden braking or turning, Electronic Stability Control activates to regulate engine torque and distribute braking force across all four wheels, slowing you down safely with maximum control.

Active headrestsCushions the head and neck during a rear-end collision, moving forwards and up within a split second of impact.

Downhill Brake controlHelps you safely maintain control and a steady speed on steep descents.

Disc brakes with (Anti-lock) Braking System (ABS)Large disc brakes offer plenty of stopping power, while the ABS prevents skidding to maintain steering control under hard braking conditions.

Six airbags Two at the front for the driver and passenger, two at the sides, plus curtain airbags running front to back. The side and curtain airbags incorporate a rollover sensor, automatically inflating in the event of the car turning over.

Reverse camera displayThe 4.3" or 7" LCD touch screen audio features reverse camera display to ease the process of parallel parking and reversing out of tight spots.

Hill-start Assist Control (HAC)Prevents you from rolling backwards when pulling away from a stop on an incline.
