Time for a Kick Start 1. This is an 8 week programme designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. 2. To get the best results we recommend you attend the Club at least once a week for 8 weeks. You will also get 3 sessions with a personal trainer. 3. After each visit you will get your programme card signed by a member of the gym staff. 3 weeks later you will have a 1 to 1 session with your personal trainer.

Your progress will be assessed and your fitness programme reviewed.

Your next review will be booked for 3 weeks time

A further 3 weeks later you will have your second 1 to 1 session.

Your progress will be assessed again to keep you on track for your final assessment.

Your final review will be booked for 2 weeks time.

The Result –

A fitter, leaner YOU!

Week 8 - The final assessment

Review of your results and fitness programme for the future.

You will receive a Kick Start t-shirt providing all fitness targets have been met! You will also get a guess pass to bring someone with you next time you train.
