All indoor SMART exhibition spaces will be equipped with real time micro-location mapping solutions, augmented reality, proximity notification beacons, and other new groud break-ing capabilites .

All of these tools will help both attendees and exhibitors to navigate and locate their desired products, capabilities, and prospects with ease . This will allow everyone to maximize their time spent at KIDEC by enabling each party to focus on efforts specific to thier objectives .

INDOOR EXHIBITION SPACEKIDEC will be held at Camp Doha near Ku-wait City November 15th-19th, 2015 . The Exhibition presentation platform utilizes four covered showrooms of 60,000 square meters, equipped with all basic infrastruc-ture services, while the field show platform will cover a space of 100,000 square me-ters . All of KIDEC 2015 indoor and outdoor space will utilize the patented SMART technology that will quickly become and exhibitor’s force multiplier .

KIDEC will unveil new and exciting capabilities, that will allow the exhibitors to dynamically grab the attendees’ attention . This will be done through the use of HQE Systems, Inc . patented SMART technology .

Every exhibitor’s space will be layered with augmented reality content customized to each exhibitor’s specifications . The exhibitors will be able to link already existing promotional and informational videos to any 2D image or 3D surface in their exhibition space, and on product labels or promotional materials . Attendees will be able to view the SMART content simply by pointing their mobile device at the layered image or object . This allows exhibitors to turn every logo, brochure, and business card into a video screen .

All exhibitors will have access to real-time analytics . These analytics allow for the exhibitor to analyze how effective their present marketing tactics are and be able to adjust in real-time to maximize the return on investment .

Each SMART Zone will be linked to KIDEC’s SMART applica-tion that maps out the entire exhibition floor space down to the exact micro-location . The user will be able to interact and locate desired locations quickly and easily utilizing the SMART Zone mode of the KIDEC’s SMART application . This time saving capability eliminates time wasted in searching for exhibitor’s booths, sponsored sites, and meet up zones .

SMART Zones will have private meeting rooms and chalets that will be constructed to allow the exhibitor to engage the attendees in a private setting . These state of the art SMART Zones will be located in every zone to allow easy access to all exhibitors and attendees .
