Box of Cereal Cereal is a quick and easy meal that provides your body with energy, fiber, vitamins and minerals. It is important to start out the day with a healthy breakfast to help you learn and grow all day! Grains like pasta and rice provide your body with energy to grow and play! Choosing whole grains, like whole wheat pasta and brown rice, will give you more fiber and nutrients than the more processed white variees.
